Took my MK5 GTI here for parts and service. Long drawn out story, but to sum it up I traded in old problems for new problems. The car was there for weeks (no rush from us), and the service technician along with the service consultant allowed us to pick up a car that absolutely wasnt ready for pick up. The rear suspension subassembly wasnt tightened up and could have fallen off on the I-10.Service manager offered to bring the car back at their expense to make it right. Um hello you couldnt even do it right the first time and the fault was life threatening. What makes you think I will allow you to touch my car ever again? No other comps offered. Seriously bad experience.
Victor was very helpful on my journey of buying a new car. I don’t have the best credit but him and Melanie were so kind and patient and were able to get me the perfect car within my budget! I had some issues getting the title for my trade in but Melanie helped me work everything out. I will be recommending them to everyone I know looking to buy a new car, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Humberto was great! He was very informative and professional while helping me make my first purchase. Alex was helpful and went out of his way as well to get my the best deal. I will be recommending this place to all my friends who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle .
I really enjoyed buying my car from Rudolph VW. First, I loved how laid back the salespeople were. I’ve seen how they come to you like vultures in other dealerships and here they only approached me once I was ready to talk to someone. My salesperson Humberto did not try to sway me a specific way, he listened and answered all the questions I had. Nicole and Melanie from finance did an amazing job explaining the contract. They gave me a great sense of security and confidence, they answered all my questions thoroughly 😅. The car itself is great but part of the reason why I bought it here instead of a different dealership was the great service I received. In and out in less than 1 hour(took longer because I had to run to the bank and get money for my down payment). También hablan español no se preocupen en cuanto a eso.
Best dealer experience ever!!! From the time we step into the dealer to the time we drove out with our brand new Atlas! The salesperson, Francisco Espinoza, altogether with the finance team (Melanie Gabaldon and Gabriel Gonzalez) made our experience very pleasant and made us feel at home.
It was a very experience, no pressure and we were showed all options available. Very satisfied with my purchase.
Rudolph VW generally has better than average customer service compared to the other dealerships. I dont dread the idea of dropping off my car for service and 9/10 times I am pleased when I pick it up from them. I appreciate the transparency and will more than likely continue to purchase vehicles from Rudolph VW.
I like how the place looks. Got a laughed at by the employees when I was looking at the nice cars they had in the show room. Maybe it was the way I was dressed or something, but anyways. I have taken my car to get its ground wire for the sparkplug repaired. They were rude on the phone and had me wait. Wasnt until I complained about the service and was booked for an appointment a week later because I complained. I was recommend to leave because it was going to take 2 hours to get replaced. I left when they took my car in. Took about 3 hours. I thought they replaced it the way it was recommend, which is making it look like the other wires. They instead just added a washer and used electrical tape to hold it together. Wasnt what I was expecting. But the good thing is that the tape has 1 year/ 12,000 mile warranty and it costed me almost $300. Took them 3 hours to just put tape on the car.
I had the an incredible experience at Rudolph VW, the sales person Humberto was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Its rare to get such great help, I will definitely come back to him. Thank you Humberto, see you soon!
Arrived 15 minutes late and still my appointment was honored. They took two hours with my car and was back on the road. Everything explained and was satisfied with the customer service
I have bought 2 consecutive BRAND NEW cars from them, first car gave me a check engine and died on me the FIRST DAY I drove it, did not do much to try and fix it, basically gave it back said they could not find anything, took them MONTHS and plenty of miles driven as well as a handful of visits due to car malfunction for dealership to do something about it, by that time my cars value was way down, and it ended up just breaking down about 12-18 months in. On my second service due to malfunction they suggested I just trade in, (would end up with upside down debt) nothing more, did not speak to upper management, it was all sales personnel. After the LAST and final breakdown they got me in another NEW vehicle, and now THAT one has failed, had my pregnant wife and son with me in the car driving down trans mountain when I had a dashboard message that alerts when breaks or steering could fail abruptly, I called for service, I was told they would call me back but no luck yet, Rachel at their service department was helpful and polite but I have received no calls from upper management yet, waiting for VW customer care to call me back directly after a nearly 2 hour hold.
Fantastic service! I was assisted by Peter, Gary and Rachel. A great team who truly cared for me as a customer. I have an Audi and I do not really see a reason to drive all the way to the Airport to get my car serviced. I will bring my car here unless its an Audi software update they is needed (they do not support that at this time). I really recommend this dealership. It is a very clean and organized location too. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism guys.
They did not fix my AC problem. They said they topped off the coolant but did not include it in the service report, and they did not look for the leak. Adding coolant without looking for the leak is illegal.
The experience was great I visited the Eastside VW store and it was absolutely a disaster. I went to Rudolph Volkswagen I met with Victor and Mel. They made me completely forget about My experience Hoy Volkswagen. If you live on the east side it’s a 15 minute drive to get treated like absolute like royalty without any shenanigans. I will purchase my Volkswagens for Rudolph from now on!!!
This place is amazing!!! Amber especially helped me so much with my car situation and helped me get through it! I would trust in her!
WOW, I really enjoyed the dealership, salesman (Humberto) and the sales manager. They are awesome people. They treated both of us with total respect and listened to what we were requesting. The showroom was really open and full of light. My daughter purchased her car and was EXTREMELY delighted with the deal and the personnel there at Ruldoph Volkswagen. I can guarantee I will go back when either of my daughters want another vehicle! They are just awesome people there. Wish I could have given them 10 stars!!! TO ALL VETS, THEY DO GIVE YOU A MILITARY DISCOUNT FROM VOLKSWAGEN!! They are the place to go for a Volkswagen vehicle!
My experience with the service department is spotty at best. I want to start out my stating I never want to deal with Carlos Tinejero again. In the 4 years I have owned this car, I have had the displeasure of working with him more often than not. The latest is a 3rd time attempting to get my car in to have a check engine light evaluated. Mr Tinejero made a 3:45 pm appointment on a Friday (knowing full well what the concern was). I arrive only to be told oh, its too late in the day to do that, youll need to make another appointment. I took the afternoon off of work for this appointment. Only after calling the manager Rachael was the car finally evaluated and a repair was determined by bringing it in again the following morning.Lastly, I inquired about possible out of round rotors. Mr. Tinejero said very matter-of-fact that they DO NOT resurface rotors; only replace - no exceptions. When I came for my new appointment on Saturday morning 8/21, Desiree Lara stated they do, in fact, resurface rotors (as long as they are not too out-of-spec).I am not what Mr. Tinejeros issue is. Having had to deal with him made working with Rudolph VW service a great displeasure. I should not have to speak to a manager every time I bring my car in for service.
If you like a dealership breaking your car while driving it then making you pay for it… this is the place.
Excellent and trustworthy customer service. They did not rest until I found the perfect car to fit my needs and when it came down to talking numbers, the deal was transparent, honest, and unbeatable. Highly recommended!!
All I gotta say is my expirence has been horrible with this Volkswagen dealership. I regret ever getting one here as I never had this problem with any other new car I had.. problem after problem and having to take a whole day off just to get my car service. THEN it takes a week to get an appointment. Will be avoiding this place in the future.Update: My car has not been fixed. Had the initial appointment (05/25) to get car diagnosed, was advised that they will call me to schedule an appointment when the part came in. After about two weeks, I called back to see status on the part. Rude service lady on the phone kept asking me for the specific name of the advisor that helped me...after that, I finally was helped and appointment was scheduled.I show up to the appointment (06/09), drop my car. Found a ride back home. Then, I recieved a call saying one of the part was not in and they couldnt fix the issue. Its now 07/07 and have not heard back from them.
Before you read this, I know the management is going to reply. With some positive statement acting like they care. But THEY DONT CARE! So screw your response!Service managers are not mechanically inclined AT ALL. They only exist to make appointments. Wouldnt even look at my problems.Return issue, part was ordered no one ever called. Now i need to bring the car in AGAIN, twice... And wait for a two week process.Common issue with GTI... easy fix but no help. Never coming here again. Typical El Paso service.Furthermore.. I went to the parts department to request summer tires for my GTI, and the parts representative offered me all season tires 3 times!!!! He just couldnt understand that I needed sticky tires. It was impossible for him to get the fact that I want to order tires and i dont need them right away...so I just said thank you and left.Heading back to Los Angeles ASAP.
The service department at Rudolph VW is great! Rachel, Amber and Desiree have the best customer service. I want to thank the VW team for treating us like first class!
Great attentive staff that really helped me and cared.
The professional manner and follow up from the Sales Agent, he was not pushy and in the end got me the deal I was looking for. The Sales Manager as well was very friendly and provided us with great service.
Service has drastically declined over the years. Phone calls go unanswered, and voicemail messages go unreturned. I purchased a vehicle in 2017, and I would never purchase here again.
Professional and friendly staff. Work done well and in a timely manner. Clean and comfortable facility if you need to wait for your vehicle maintenance.
I am glad I ended up going to Rudolph VW! I was hesitant about going to another VW dealer in El Paso due to the “good service” I received before. Ask for Jose Anaya to help you. We arrived nervous not knowing what to expect and we came out with a brand new car with the best deal package!
I recently bought an Atlas and I thought I was having issues and took it to get looked at and let me tell you, John Ansell, the shop foreman there is GREAT! He took time out of his busy Saturday to listen to all my concerns. After he listened to all of my concerns, he addressed all of my concerns one by one but not by just telling me but also showing me why I was having those issues and all had to do with some settings. He went above and beyond!! VW you have a great employee. I felt he was being very genuine and I could tell he loves what he does!!
Great service and awesome staff! 👍🏻
Called ahead to ask when vehicle could be dropped off for oil change was told 8-1. Show up at 11 and lady acts like were stupid for trying. Yall need to get your service department fixed. Terrible service
We moved to El Paso several years ago. My wife owns a 2013 VW Passat TDI. The car is great but was having post upgrade problems that the VW dealer in Kansas City could resolve. We took the car into VW Service at Rudolf VW. We found the service team to be extremely courteous and the facility is world class.Their master mechanic found the problem immediately and it was repaired under the extended warranty regarding the upgrade on emissions.Sadly, it was time to move from El Paso. At the start of the trip the car failed. We towed it back to VW and they kept the car, found the problem. It required a complete engine replacement. They gave us the very best price and service they could. The car runs like new.I cannot say enough good things about the Service Team at Rudolf VW in El Paso Texas.
All these Rudolph dealerships are trash. This one in particular did the same thing to me as one reviewer and I got stuck with MULTIPLE hard inquiries on my credit. Sarcastic salesman that I had no choice but to tell off because I wasnt going to put up with a sassy grandpa.
Truly one of the finest service departments around, having lived in several states and taken my VW’s to many a different dealership, this one is a stand out. Everyone is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Work performed is always top notch, and explanation of charges and an overview of the multipoint inspections is clear and concise. Lobby waiting area for the service department is expansive and has plenty of seating. I choose to make the drive from Las Cruces every time for service because of the excellent experience here.
Had software update and cat recall on my 2018 VW atlas sel r-line 4 motion. What a crew. Carlos is fantastic. You can tell when people work good together and are a great crew. Please keep up the great work you guys do. I will not take my suv anywhere else. You can trust these guys and gals. What a awesome crew. Thank you.
Best dealer service in elPaso Tx
Alan Kaplan attended us. From the time we met Alan to the pick up of our new vehicle, Alan was amazing. He was attentive, answer all our questions and overall was so helpful.
I wish I could say I had a good experience at the dealership. I had called earlier in the day to inquire about a vehicle I was, and I guess I still am, interested in. I asked about any discounts offered, such as for military/veterans, and I guess its only for active duty. I was told to come by and let them know when I was coming by so they could expect me. I tried calling and got voicemail and no call back. It was difficult to find a way to get out there, being I live in the valley, so its quite a trip. I get to the dealership and Im told the vehicle isnt ready. I mentioned it wouldve been nice to have been told that so I wouldnt have made quite a trip for nothing. Then Im told by the salesperson I can do the paperwork and buy the vehicle so it cant be sold. How do you figure that? How am I going to purchase a vehicle when I just looked at the outside and not even the inside or even a test drive? I was already approved for financing so I already did most of the work, at least the major hurdles for the most part. I bet others have had a good experience, which is great. Im just speaking about my experience, which I wouldve hoped had been much better.
Very good service and a friendly staff.
Great buying experience. Sales team really helped get the vehicle I wanted
I recently purchased a VW Jetta from Rudolph Volkswagen of EL Paso. From the moment we arrived my daughter and I noticed that we were not bombarded with a bunch of eager sales people. We were pleasantly welcomed by Jose. Jose provided all the information i needed and financial options available without any pressure to buy. We came back the following day and purchased the Jetta. Not only was my sales person (Jose) helpful but also the sales manager. They took the time to explain my options. i was also impressed with finance the young lady that met with me was very professional and kind and knowledgeable of the products available. I would definitely go back and purchase my next vehicle with Rudolph VW. Sincerely, BH
Recently had a minor service on my xar here. After about an hour or so of eating, I walked to the back of the dealership and saw my car just sitting there in a parking spot. At that time I went inside and asked for an ETA. He said that he had my car ready for an oil change (remember: it was outside in a parking stall). He have me a 4-HOUR ETA. I left at that point. When I came back after receiving a text... I was expecting to receive my car back WASHED. That wasnt the case! Im not from around here, but every dealership Ive ever been to has returned my cars and trucks washed and ready for me. It was a big let down.
I just bought a car from VW Rudolph and my experience has been nothing but outstanding. I rarely write reviews but this one is well worth taking the time to commend the quality of service that I’ve been provided from my very first steps walking in to the dealership to driving away with my 2020 VW Atlas. Our salesman (Mr. Victor Guerrero) as well as his manager (Mr. Armando Aguilar) were a true example of what a great customer service should be. They both went above and beyond to ensure our confort in choosing the right vehicle (and color) and helped us with the trade-in. Victor did a great job in saving us time; he throughly went over the specifications of the car and explained its various features. Armando made sure that we leave the place very happy. And we did. Big thank you 🙏🙏Also, the finance office (Ms. Melanie - sorry didn’t get her last name) was also amazing and she made sure that the terms of contract as well as the additional warranties offered were well explained. The whole experience overall was nothing short from being phenomenal. And yes the place is following CDC guidelines everyone inside had a mask on and kept a distance from each other (including other customers). And I look forward to purchasing again and will definitely recommend and refer others to this place. Kudos !!
Incredible customer service from this Rudolph Team. Knowledgeable and friendly!!
I called to ask if my battery still had warranty and the rude fellow at the parts department told me Thats not how it works you need to come check if the battery is bad we don just hand out batteries When A) all I did was ask if he could check on my warranty status on a battery purchased Rudolph. B) I was told when I purchased my battery that I could call and with my name they could pull up my information and this individual said it doesnt work that way, I need receipt and part number when thats his department smh..Just when I was looking for a golf R to replace my GTI that I purchased from there.. bad timing for a rude person.
Excellent Customer service!
I like the all in one concept of the dealership. Service, Finance, Waiting area... Appreciated the quick response of the employees when I showed up without an appointment. Walked out with a new Atlas in about 2 hours.
Luis the sales rep was so cool. Patient, not pushy at all. So if ever looking for a Volkswagen, ask for luis..
The customer service here is AMAZING! The best part is the service department, they take care of you no matter what with a smile on their face! I drive here to get all my vehicles serviced from Las Cruces. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience a great one! I have been here multiple times purchased a vehicle and my family just purchased one. Rudolph does it right from the moment you walk onto one of their lots or pull into the service department!
I purchased a used car from Rudolph VW and the trouble started before I even set foot in the store. I had been perusing preowned crossovers for almost a year and finally found the one I wanted. When I contacted Rudolph I was told that the car was actually not for sale, something about the title and them auctioning it off, and that I couldn’t buy the car despite them listing it for sale on their website. After that I was contacted by them again saying what they told me was in error and that it actually was for sale. Which of course made me less confident in the car wondering if they had been telling the truth originally but changed things just to get the sale.Overall the buying experience was an adequate experience. I was able to get in there and see the car immediately. The car had not been cleaned so it was a mess. The sales person was not talkative and knew almost nothing about the model or the specific car. Luckily I had done my own research and had my own used car buyer checklist to evaluate the car. While I evaluated the tires, electronics, fluids, etc. the sales person kept commenting that they would go over the car themselves and I shouldn’t bother, but I trust car people as much as a kleptomaniac in a jewelry store.Happy with what I saw I decided to purchase the car and that process was relatively straightforward. I was able to barter and get the price down to what I wanted. I utilized my own bank for the car loan so I cant speak to that part. They did their customary warranty doomsday sales pitch, which I declined, and I purchased the car. Upon picking the car up I noticed there was a dealer specific plate glued to the car and I asked for it to be removed and I was promised by the sales associate they would at the 90 day service appointment. Turns out they would not remove it and the 90 day service appointment was extremely brief and was just them checking fluid levels. It was free so I would still do it but I wouldnt sweat if you skipped it.Overall the online advertisement was confusing, the inspection of the preowned car was solely on my knowledge and was without any help from the sales associate, and the services promised upon purchased (removing the dealer plate) was not followed through. With so many other dealers in El Paso I cant say Id recommend this dealership but if you do go: dont trust their website, educate yourself on the buying experience, dont pay for anything until their services are actually performed, and maybe skip on the 90 day service appointment/fluid check.UPDATE: I was contacted by the dealership and they addressed my concerns. My initial review still stands but I will amend my rating from 3 to 4 because they really do take your feedback seriously and will address it.
I bought and leased my first (attainable) dream car, the Passat once I turned 18 with Rudolph VW. Now 3 years passed and I had the chance to get my next dream car, the Arteon. Rudolph VW has been nothing but helpful, courteous, and always there to help with amazing customer service for my needs. Lisa helped me out this second time on leasing my new car. She was an amazing saleswoman. She answered all my questions, she always makes herself available for anything I need. I’ve worked in customer service for about 5 years now and Rudolph and Lisa provide me with the best customer service. I visited the other VW dealership in El Paso to service my car only because it was closer, and their customer service was horrible to say the least. I will not be making that mistake servicing my vehicle there. Thank you Lisa, and the whole Rudolph team for the help!
I got some services done here. They replaced a few things and they did damages to the interior of the vehicle, that they are not taking fault for the damages and they hand wrote notes with no date or time (i was unaware of any notes that were written). I did receive the printed pages of the notes the day i went for the service but nothing was typed up about any damages that were done or that were already there before. So more then likely that was written the day i visited the department when i went back to let them know that the damages weren’t there when i took the vehicle to get the services done! Not only that but Carlyle Meek asked me to email him (as you can see below on the comments) about the issue (Very Unprofessional Manager by the way, I have proof in my email) So I emailed him, he said that they take pictures and a video before any services are done (Just in case you were unaware of that, they do that) I asked if i can get a copy of it and right away he just jumped into conclusion blaming it on a Car Seat, that’s not even on the damage part but about 5-6 inches away! So he replied back asking if i had pictures in which i do, plenty of them of the damaged area. He said they weren’t gonna fix it and left it like that. I thanked him for replying back to my email and told him i was gonna get corporate involved. Don’t waste your time going there.Very pitty people, unprofessional environment! Don’t recommend this location nor the company to shop for a vehicle or even get any services done! If i would have known i was gonna receive this type of service i totally would have travelled else were to get a better customer service.
I absolutely love this place. Usually I feel like the dealership is trying to squeeze money out of you but the service team here is amazing. They keep you informed about whats going on with your car and there is no surprise when you get to the cashier.
Steve was amazing!! He is very knowledgeable and made the purchasing experience very easy. Everyone was very polite and kept us informed on the progress of our status ever step of the way. Steve explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with. The manager came to also make sure that we were taken care of. Very professional.
My experience dealing with Rudolph Service Dept has been outstanding! After a very unexpected, bizarre accident I encountered a few months back, I found myself suddenly needing to replace the engine of my VW Jetta due to extensive damage. This unfortunate, upsetting experience was beyond difficult as it occurred over the holidays. However, the entire process was made easier as it was dealt with a great deal of responsiveness and care by Rudolph from beginning to end. A new engine was ordered, transferred and delivered with the utmost care and finally placed, without incident, into my vehicle. Throughout the entire process I was kept well appraised step by step and treated as a valued customer. I was especially thankful for Service Advisor Gabe who showed patience and worked tirelessly assisting with the insurance adjuster as well as advising as to the process along the way. He always displayed a cheerful, positive approach no matter where we were at during the entire process. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance. Alongside Gabe were Desiree, Carlos, Rachel as well as Master Technician and shop Foreman John with Technician Dom who were awesome. My every concern was and continues to be treated with a sense of importance. Obviously this was a timely process, but Im beyond thankful for the patience and care along the way as the new engine sounds and runs great!! Goes without saying, Im so thankful that I chose Rudolph Service Department!
I couldnt be any happier than with the car I bought at Rudolph Volkswagen. I got the car I wanted and it was delivered as they promised. The color of the car that I wanted was not there at the dealership but they kept me up to date wlhen the car would arrive.
Both sales agent Victor G & sales manager Victor R were great and easy to deal with. Thank you!
As I told them not to run my credit because I wasnt going to buy a car that day they ran it after they promised me they wouldnt. When I tried to leave, since I wasnt going to buy that day, and they literally panicked and ran my credit a couple more times see if I could get a higher offer. When I asked them if they ran it they said no it was just estimates so now Im stuck with those hard inquiries for the next 2 years!
I think they need a better organization. I was waiting to pick up my car from service for more than 30min. After all the people there are very polite and helpful.
Extremely unhappy with their attitude in general. Very patronizing and rude mechanic and management. They fixed all the faults that my car insurance paid for but we’re reluctant to find the cause of issues that would fall under the warranty of the car. They simply keep saying there is nothing wrong with the car regardless how many times I tell them exactly what is wrong with it. They are just flat out unwilling to help you at all and actually become quite aggressive and rude toward you.
I recently took my car for a repair on the AC compressor which cost me around 1,500 just to fix it obviously took it it because it was a place y trusted after waiting for my car for a day I went to pick up and my Ac wasn’t blowing air from the feet and defrost portion I went ahead and told me saying they’ll check it again with no charge, after the free check up they tell me the Ac motor controller was not working and that it would cost another 400 they offered me discount and it was still pricing they told me I had to inform them that day that Ac was working from all ventilators, so be careful when taking in your cars for a big and expensive repair because they will brake something else just for you to be back and pay more and still blame you of being a lier.
Great experience over all from management to sales and service. Love Rudolph Volkswagen
Buying a new car can be a hassle but the salesman and managers helped simplify my process. They were friendly and helped me purchase a vehicle that catered to my needs. From the moment I stepped inside the dealership I was greeted and acknowledged. The excellent customer service along with the cleaniness of the dealership make it an inviting environment for your next car purchase.
Friendly sales personnel.Nice dealer ambiance.Good service!
Joaquin is a true star and the ONLY reason we purchased our vehicle from this dealership. He has excellent customer service skills, like no other salesman. He is not your typical pushy salesman, he actual cares about his customers and has their beat interest in mind. He deserves a raise!
I’ve brought my car here and have taken it to service all the time here. Sadly, I took it in couple week ago because engine light was turning on and they diagnosed it with 2 things that total into $2,900 to fix. I have always taken my car there and for it to have all this problems i was shocked. I’m glad I went for a second opinion and they fixed my car somewhere else and it was nothing what Rudolph Volkswagen service had diagnosed it with and the list and expensive cost it would have been to fixed it. VERY DISAPPOINTED I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT THERE SOMCE I PURCHASED MY CAR AND I WONT BE TAKING IT THERE ANYMORE OR WILL BE RECOMMENDING.
Wonderful staff, great prices, splendid facilities. Was well worth the drive to El Paso from Albuquerque!
Excellent service ans staff
It was a great experience working with the people at Rudolph Volkswagon, especially Alan Kaplan. He was very friendly, extremely helpful and made this process work very smoothly.
Always bring my car for service. Its done really fast and they always keep me updated on the progress of my car. They did send me photos and videos of them working on my car. Prices are are high but what dealership isnt. Either way I do plan on getting another VW in the future. This time an SUV probably the atlas cause the tourig might not be made anymore
Rachel was great and offered excellent service!! I highly recommend them!!
Great curtious service, if you dont have time to wait on the service to be complete they will give you a loaner until its done. Car is washed after too! Very personal service, the technician hand wrote a card and answered all my questions with no complaints.
Miguel Chavez great salesman! Excellent customer service. Rudolph staff very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Rudolph Volkswagen.
Great place to buy and service your Volkswagen! Great treatment, great amenities and great staff!! They even have a kids play area.
I take my 2013 VW CC in there for service and they have always treated me and my wife great! Fair pricing, quick service, and most of all, great customer service!Definitely will continue to come here!
Great service and work. It is a pleasure to cine here. If you are coming for service. Desiree and Rachel are great at putting your needs first. I dont recommend Gabe.
This dealership has the friendliest staff. The customer lounge area is complete with a TV, pastries and a soda fountain. Restrooms are clean and entire dealership is in pristine condition.
Wanted to take my car here to diagnose a couple of different issues but they wanted to charge $120 for each individual thing that I wanted diagnosed. Thats $480 for diagnosis alone! I called International Foreign Auto and they want $95 for diagnosis of all four of my concerns and they will waive the $95 diagnosis fee if I decide to have them repair it.
I purchased a used vehicle a couple of months ago. They told me they fully inspect their selection of used vehicles by their 150 point inspection. 2 months after mt purchase the paint started to faint. I am guessing they did some work to it just to make it look good foe the purchase. I spoke to their rude and sarcastic manager normando. He literally did nothing and jusr wasted my time.I would never nor recommend dealing with this dealership. I am now stuck with a used car with mayor paint damage. Do your research before going with this people. This car dealership mafia is very bad.
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I bought a brand new vehicle and have had nothing but problems. There were several things that were promised and a month later I have yet to get a call from anyone. I’ve called multiple times and have left multiple messages with the sales person and 2 different managers and nothing. Never will I purchase a vehicle from this location again!
Finance manager was informative and super nice. The lobby was very clean and comfortable.
I love coming here cause they treat you like family. Thank you Francisco Espinoza, for the special treatment.
Long story short I just bought my car out of state, and was driving it back from where i bought it and hit a dead deer laying in the road. I called Rudolph volkswagen since it was along my drive and brought it to them to look at. They took a look at the car right away and got me back on the road. Thanks Hector for taking care of me so fast.
I bought a certified used VW a couple months ago, come to find out that this vehicle is costing me money to fix on my own. This car ended up having a bent wheel, and electrical issues. They had me feel very confident about this car when I was signing papers. Thanks Rudolph.
I went in for an oil and filter change. I told Alex my day time running light was out so I wanted to get a new blub. When I picked up my car she told me it was working. She was certain so I said okay and forgot about it, until 2 weeks later when a friend told me my light was out. I dont know how they missed it.The mechanic was great and gave a lot of info but the service wasnt worth the price.
Very friendly staff and excellent service all around!
Hello on dic 31 I went in because I had bought a car here 3 months ago so I had a service light on of loosing pressure from one tire. Got an appointment on line and was there bright and early I waited 1hr 1/2 for the service department to let me know that I needed a new tire and they did not have the one I needed in stock and I would need to wait until Wednesday due to holidays Which is understandable and I agreed but looking online I saw that the same tire was at another establishment for a lower price it states on their website that they would price match when I showed this to the clerk he told me that he needed a typed out order form from the establishment that had the tire at a lower cost and in stock to validate the price match I asked to speak to the supervisor and they took me back to the front desk of parts. The price Match was only $45. The front desk called a man by the name of Rudolph and he said he would not validate because they bought the tire for $201 so they did not make enough off the sale they would not price match. Not only did they not let me speak to a manager because one person said he was in a meeting another said he was not their yet, but they lie by saying on their web page that they price match. They care more about making $45, then Honoring their advertising. I called the parts manager and left a massage about this issue they never called back. I called Hoy Volkswagen El Paso and they had it in stock and for only $207 I was in and out after 1hr 1/2 the same time left happy and knowing that my vehicle was safe for my family. At Rudolph Volkswagen they had me Waiting just to provide a bad experience bad customer service and lies. For any one in my situation I would strongly recommend calling as many places as possible first instead of going to were you bought your car. To the owner of this establishment I would advise to provide better customer service by honoring what is advertised on website referring to price match.
Well, I had been looking for a specific Volkswagen. I called Rudolph and they had it. I was connected with Pablo Sandoval. He was very good, he sent me numerous pictures and kindly and patiently answered my many questions over the weeks it took to make the deal happen.Pablo is one of those sales people who is passionate about his product, he is a VW enthusiast. He took care of everything, all I had to do was get down to El Paso and sign.He presented the car nicely, made me feel like a valued customer.Angie, the finance specialist, also made things easy, explaining and answering questions as we went along.Other staff that I interacted with also were friendly and professional. Rudolph represents their product well. THANKS!!
DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, they have horrible customer service!!!!!!We are a military family... please!!!! don’t trust that they take care of service members and family!!!Our initial purchase/deal was approved and ran smoothly... paperwork and tag registration was horrible! We had recalls and needed to get some parts replaced after only a week of ownership. Spouse deployed leaving me to get our needs taken care of... they took more then 2 months to fix the issues, nothing was fixed! Also never even offered a lender because “it takes a month to sign up for one” 😡....NOW Tell me why after deciding to let someone else help us, Hoy VW Dealership, exceeded our expectations! THEY NOT ONLY fixed our issues, they replaced parts Rudolph supposedly fixed and it’s in the system! They also checked for recalls without even asking and also repaired them in a timely manor... oh and gave us a lender without asking for one due to the known delays of fixing our issues! I have all the proof and will be filling a BBB review. Horrible customer service!
We had an excellent experience at Rudolph VW & Chevrolet. Bob Nicely from VW was our salesman. He stayed late to meet us after I got off work and when he realized that Chevrolet actually had the specific vehicle we wanted, he was kind enough to take us over there and introduced us to another salesman John James. They were both very friendly, helpful, and patient - even the Finance guy was great!
Worse place ever! Visited to get an oil change as it was recommended as one of the best places in the city they simply declined to assit me saying they close at 1pm. How is that my problem! Why would you eve have a business if you cant help customers!
Another great experience! Desiree and the service techs are awesome sauce n cool beans
Rudolph Service Department have been exceptionally helpful over the years for me. Rudolph came to my rescue again a few days ago: my 2006 VW Beetle would not start. Rachel, Service Advisor was very helpful as she explained the process. Next, John, Technician, ran a series of diagnostic checks to isolate the problem. He got me back on the road in remarkably short order. I am personally very satisfied with the Rudolph culture of customer first. They have won my respect and confidence to keep coming back for all my 2006 VW Beetle service needs – integrity, professionalism, and caring.
My family purchased a new bettle from them this year, we went in to buy a new GTI, and planned to go back in the beginning of next year for a CC. They told us that our truck, which has a few miles on it, was in excellent condition but they offered us way lower than the trade in average from their own website. The salesman said that the website gives you an estimate; in reality: it is bad sales tactic to get you into their store. They do not have customer loyalty.Furthermore, the salesman gave us wrong information at least three times.
Bought my car from this place good service very diligent about follow ups.
Couldnt ask for better service, Steve Wu took care of us every step of the way and got us the best deal possible. We will definitely be going back to Rudolph VW in the future. Thanks =)
Same issue as Tiffany. Tech told me there was a leak in my radiator and water pump. Said it would be a 1600 repair. Sent my car in two other dealers for another diagnostic and it came back leak free.Even if it was leaking, and OEM radiator costs around 300 so the technician was going to charge me around 1300 for labor. Complete rip off.
Very messy lay out and vague signs. I couldnt find the offices of allstate and it took me a good 10 minutes to find.
Small friendly dealership. Alan was great
The service at Rudoph Volkswagen is top notch. Everyone there is so friendly, courteous and always goes the extra mile for the customers. Koodos to Rachel Hinojosa always so helpful and very patient with all customers.
Edit with update down below. Currently in the car buying process. Worked out a deal with Albert at Rudolph Honda on a Volkswagen they have down at Rudolph VW. Albert was great and very courteous. Did everything he could to make the deal right and find a number we both could work with. They detailed it, serviced it, etc. Albert was told by VW it was ready to go, so of course he trusted them and told me it was ready to go and be taken home after they had 2 days to get the car right. Came in with my wife the evening before the military is separating us for over 60 days to find that the vehicle was not ready to go and the headliner was separating in numerous spots. Pretty frustrating to waste hours of precious time with my wife before I dont see her until after Halloween. Time is priceless and I cant get it back. Hopefully they can make it rightEdit - well they didnt make it right. I was offered $500 for almost $1k worth of headliner repairs it needed. Decided I liked the car enough to go through with it. Then suddenly they couldnt take my car due to a title issue that they had me running all over town to solve and VW decided to give me a tight timeline and tell me at least 3 other people wanted the car to make me rush. When I finally solved it and just had to wait for the title in the mail, Normando told me him and finance didnt want to wait for the title and I had to pay the difference in cash. Definitely do not recommend this dealer to my family, friends, or any of the thousands of soldiers looking for a car. Oh and the person above who told me to contact him doesnt return my calls.
