Ive worked here for over 4 years, out of all those years Ive worked at multiple viva dealers and can tell all of el paso to never purchase a vehicle from this company. Shady to the max and management doesnt care about hiring quality employees. The good ones they get rid of right away because theyre integrity is SO LOW. I can say that in full honesty, because Ive witnessed it first hand. Do not trust viva auto group, youre better off buying a vehicle from another dealer. Ive also been a customer here as well so my experience is not biased at all. Dont waste your time, money, and trust into them.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They dont bother returning calls, their service department at Viva Ford is absolutely the worst. I dont understand how they stay in business, they clearly do not care about their customers.
Viva Las Cruces is the best place to buy a car it’s fast and easy. Very friendly staff and our salesperson Jesus was the best ever! I have never had such a good experience in buying a car till we went to Las Cruces. The finance manager was also awesome. Would highly recommend anyone to go there, It’s worth the drive👍🏼
This place should have a more appropriate name such as MUERTO- meaning dead instead of VIVA -meaning alive. Shade shade and shade. dealt with a saleman who by my opinion was true to his word. But MANAGEMENT. Especially. Mr. Juarez -a Manager at the location on Montana, (accross the street from a true dealership the Lowenfields Casa Ford) apparently has to squeeze out every single dollar out of his customer new or returning ones for the sake of keeping the lights on jaw dropping reaponse right? not to mention the extra expense for the over the air antenna for his FM radio station blarring in the background and the local TV station losing signal every time someone walks bye simply pathetic-oh how I missed out on my daily dose of the Steve Harvey show this afternoon. my recommendation is RUN RUN RUN from this group! Too bad 2 bad Hombres Mr. Juarez and his sidekick Tonto (not even worth the time to mention him by name -he does as he is told sit boo boo sit...good dog! you know who you are Mr Assistant Manager) brought down this house of cars.
Military members please choose a better company to spend your hard earn money. Seems that employees will do anything to sale you a vehicle. This includes breach of contract on items clearly stated in the sign contract. They where very helpful and a tentative until we signed. It’s kinda disappointing that dealership as established as VIVA Auto Group ( Viva Mitsubishi) would breach contract over a tank of gas and gift. Normally I wouldn’t be concerned, but it was my daughters (18) first car.
One of their drivers tried to run us off the road and then motioned for my wife pull over. He then sped off after seeing I was in the vehicle.
Absolutely terrible on every level! They were pushy and hassased me to buy the truck, never was allowed to test drive truck on my own or do a proper walk through. Was lied to about the trucks past and accident reports, told truck was all original. Basically sold a lemon to the fullest possible level. And when I signed the apr was 4% but when I checked with the bank it was over 7%.... F#ck this place!!!
Just like home. The is always right.
Worst experience with a vehicle and dealership ever. To be short bought a 20 F150 XLT FX4 on July 11 2020 (has been in the shop since July 22 to present day). By July 16 service light and limp mode was already turning on. Took to the dealership on Sat July 18 only for the rep Rafa that owed me a tank of gas to tell me service was closed and took my truck to fill the tank and use it to buy himself and others lunch in my truck without permission. Finance manager Lopez had asked me for $40 cash to move my finance from Viva to Ford Motor Credit. When i asked sales manage, and General manager, customer service at Ford why he had charged me they couldnt not explain. I finally confronted finance Lopez and he gave me my $40 back. I spoke to sales manager about doing a replacement or return on the truck said the only thing he could do is a trade in for the truck that would leave me upside down 10g. I spoke to Omar general manager about my situation said he could not do anything just lend me a car that i could not put more than 2000 miles. I wanted to speak to owner Patrick Brown but operator would not allow me said i had to speak to Omar GM only. To this day truck is still in service when they finally said they fixed it (75 days later) I went to pick it up only to find that the dash was lifted and they had scratched the paint in multiple areas. My experience has been horrible and could go into more detail, but the only thing I want everyone to know is DO NOT BUY HERE WORST AUTO GROUP AND WORST EXPERIENCE I ALL AROUND I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH.
Short version, they showed me a car I loved at a great price, and then strung me along for 3 days with little to no communication before telling me the car wasnt even theirs to sell.Long version, in addition to the above details, Tyler Mac Miller Young was about as professional as his nickname implies, which is to say not very. He was friendly, but he cursed often enough to make my wife and I uncomfortable, his breath smelled terrible, and he consistently tried to show us cars which we had already made it clear we were not interested in. After being asked to come back into the building, I spoke with the manager and the two of them said they could show us a Nissan Maxima which they had just gotten the paper work for today. The car was perfect, exactly what I wanted and at a good to fair price. I was able to test drive the vehicle, and had the bank which I have my loan through been open at the time, I would have left with it that day as a very happy customer. Its a good thing that I did not. Before leaving that afternoon, Tyler assured us that we would be able to finish the sale the next day, and that they would even drive it to us and pick up our trade in. Sounds perfect. The next morning I had received no communication from Tyler or the dealership, but was able to secure my loan as well as confirm the payoff on my trade. By almost noon, I was able to get a hold of Tyler, who I had to reach out to, and was then informed that there was a recall on the car which was being worked on and they could not proceed with the deal until it was done, but that I could sign a waiver saying that I wanted to take the car without the repairs being done and that they would do the repairs at a later date. I said that I wanted to take that route, and needed to get the purchase order finished so that my bank could wire the money to them that day. I received no communication from the dealership or Tyler until I again reached out to them, beginning an hour before the days deadline and finally getting a hold of someone just half an hour before wire transfers at my bank stopped for the day.At that point I was informed that there was an issue with the bank regarding the mother deal for the Maxima (the deal with which they acquired the vehicle I was to be purchasing) and that they would try and have it solved by the end of the day so I could have the car by the next day. This became a pattern, with me having to reach out to the dealership for any kind of update, and having to try for up to an hour to reach someone. Both Tylers phone and the front desk would ring until it went to voicemail, and I am confident they were screening my phone calls in order to not have to update me on the car I was trying to purchase. The transaction finally fell apart when I texted Tylers cell phone number listed on his business card stating that I just wanted to know what the status was and if there was any kind of time frame or estimate as to how long I would need to wait. He responded quickly to my text, stating that the mother deal fell through and they would not be able to sell me the car. I was frustrated, but did not push the issue.Today, I called and asked to speak to the manager to see if they could help me find a different vehicle, perhaps from a location in the Santa Fe area, and continue business with them. I was transferred to the manager and as soon as I said Hello, this is Christian, he hung up before I could even finish my sentence.I believe I was reasonable throughout all of our interactions despite being frustrated, and despite everything had the Maxima deal worked out I would have left a happy customer and left a very different review. Instead Im leaving this account of my experience and terrified of what would have happened had I left with that Maxima when they showed it to me. AVOID THESE DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS
The Mazda dealership should be ashamed of some of its employees. I will save you my sad back story and just jump to the point. I am very protective of my credit score and asked Daniel multiple times about what a soft pull would do to my score. I was assured that it would not affect my score, so I said okay. I didnt see anything on the lot so Jonathan showed me some possible options online. I still didnt see anything I like so I ended up just leaving. So, imagine my surprise when I got home to realize my credit score dropped due to a HARD PULL from Viva Mazda. I finally got in touch with their finance guy Chris, and he first said I agreed to it and signed the consent. I told him I never signed anything. Then he suddenly has to check the forms and would call me back. At that point, I was glad I had decided to record the call and set up my phone to record for when he called back. I was in shock that his response was a nonchalant remark about how its not that bad.. NOT THAT BAD!! He said they were sorry and were going to write a letter to the credit bureau. I wouldve left it at that, but I had forgotten my drivers license there and had to go back. As soon as I pulled into the parking space Daniel comes speed walking out and practically throws my license into my car window and goes back inside without any attempt at an apology. So, I decided to go inside. After waiting for 15+ minutes Chris comes out to finally greet me and pull me into a back office. And again tells me there will be some letter drafted in their fancy letter head and pretty much brushes of my concerns. So, I leave furious and decided leaving a complaint would be easier. I finally get to the right department to be asked, didnt you just call about this? Wasnt me, but Im far from shocked that I wasnt the only one complaining about these people. I understand to some this may not be a big deal to some, but to me this is the most raw form of disrespect to a person. I was so happy going in there and seeing all the Estella Casas cut outs because I love her and her stand with me campaign!! But now the fact that these are the types of people she supports just makes me sad.. I hope your experience is better, but if anyone is ready to picket Viva Mazda, Id gladly stand with you. Because nobody deserves to be treated like that..
Amazing salesman, Oliver worked his butt off to get us a good price. However, the manager and finance guy changed it up as I filled out paperwork. We left immediately. Buyer beware!
This is my second Mitsubishi Mirage. I kept my first one I bought back in 2001. I thank God these are good cars. My mechanic gives it 2 thumbs up!
Came in to purchase a car as soon as I drove up I was greeted by Aaron who has great customer service answered all of my questions and helped me drive off in a 2013 subaru legacy the same day!! Thank you to a Armando the sales manager for helping me get approved with an affordable payment! These guys are great I definitely recommend viva auto group to anyone who is looking for a new or used car ask for either one and they will definitely treat you above and beyond!
When a vehicle ford 150 in a live car from the oaso moved me to florida and when I took it to the service in florida they did not accept the guarantee of the change of oil and filter tube that paid for the service and called innumerable times to that concessionaire to all the offices and nobody knew how to attend to me or they did not answer my messages adding that in the passage the clina is different when I moved to Florida I noticed that the lanterns and a rear one penetrates the water and one of them had a breakdown here in the florist they indicate me That is not covered by the warranty or wiper. However, they did not explain it to me when I bought my vehicle and verbally told me otherwise. The service they gave me is mediocre and they just want to sell you the car under banks, the interest is very high, not because of the banks that you want a pious service. I advise you to verify well before buying a vehicle in that place
Everything went superbly. Our group was treated with courtesy and respect from the minute we entered the facility until we left. Ms. Paola was very helpful and made our visit very enjoyable. The Socorro Veterans Memorial are so greatful for their attention and hospitality. THANKYOU!!!!!!
This car sales group is shady, and shady is a nice word. They sold a car to me that had a defect in the horn/air bag system. I checked the horn when I bought it, and it sounded. A few days later, it did not. Off and on it went as I worked some times and didnt others. I had it opened up today, and found that one of the grounds was missing in the assembly. It was broken off on the inside of the bolts spot. There are lines on the bolts that indicate that the mechanics marked them themselves and didnt even screw them back on right. So, because of these people selling me a car that they tampered with and didnt even bother to fix, I have been put in many dangerous situations. Yes, I bought it as is. But excuse me for not opening the air bag assembly to see if all of the grounding bolts were there. Do not buy from these people. They will rip you off and blame you. On top of it all, before the financing process was over, I mentioned the horn wasnt working and the response I got was, Let me talk to my boss about that. And a tire on the car went i bought it, that has since been replaced, had a one inch crack in the tire circled with chalk. They will sell you a car with very bad problems and act like theres none or try to convince you that theyll fix them. Stay away from them. No matter how good their prices are. Cheap shady people.
Make sure to stop by this place before you sign anything anywhere else. These guys were AWESOME!!! Not only is the Mitsubishi Galant I bought from them an incredible car, but the service from all of their staff was great. They treated me with respect, gave me the courtesy I expected, and to top it all off, a deal that I couldnt pass up. If youre looking to buy a new car right now, in my opinion, the best dealership in town is Viva Mitsubishi!
If i could rate out less i would. I have gotten nothing but run around with this company. I Bought a vehicle in November from Viva Dodge and yet to receive my plates. I will never purchase anything from them. Im having to get a lawyer involved to get me out of the contract.
Great place to do business. The biggest thing I noticed about Viva was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Great experience all around.
Theyre helpful IF you can get a hold of someone. After you call 4 or 5 times, get transferred to the wrong department, and get sent to voicemail every time, should you luck out and have someone answer the phone you might get your questions answered. Im going to sell my Lancer and get something from a company that will answer when I call.
I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 that has been 6 times in the dealer shop since purchased getting fixed. Have only driven it 6000 miles from mileage purchased. Tried to work with them and the only help was to sell me another vehicle and take my car for a lot less than what is the pay off.
These guys did an outstanding job in helping me get in the car that I wanted. Many thanks to Jorge and the managers
Worst experience and customer service. Employees dont even know what they are doing. Called corporate office receptionist is very rude. After 3 days trying to reach the main person in delearship and leaving him numerous messages I got a call from a Douglas I explain everything to him. He was supposed to call and never did. If the owner or CEO is reading this please contact me ASAP. Ask Mr. Donald or Torres from the Ford location they know who Im. Stop bidding. A shame and embarrasment for So Paso.
Best auto group in town! Best prices in town guaranteed ! If you are looking for great customer service stop by any of the 5 Viva Auto Group locations in El Paso ! Ive bought 3 cars from them and each experience just keeps getting better !!
Please be careful when purchasing a vehicle here... Prices are shady, salesman are shady and documentation is incorrect! I purchased a vehicle here and was given wrong tags and wrong information on vehicle I had in possession. When to go speak to sales manager and sales manager didnt accept error in full but passes fault it over to someone else. Asked for his Supervisors name and info and he gave me other dealerships phone numbers! No accountability and no ethic! This company plays soccer with the customer... Back and Forth, Back and Forth!
Poor company to work for manament was terrible
Really bad customer service from sales rep. David Montoya in viva kia, very bad reputation on their contracts trying to manupulate the numbers and get customers to sign different contracts. Took new car to service what they promised twice in less than 3 days from sales day, did not have car ready, and sales rep. David Montoya attitude was horrible, when asked about the car. Denied me speaking to manager and manager did not even show up, to look at the problem..1st and last time we purchase in Viva KIA.
Dont be surprised at the run around you get and not following through on what Jesus the Service Manager claims he will do. Remember, The fish stinks from the head down. Poor leadership. I am with another company and if I conducted my business in the same fashion, wow.
THESE PEOPLE ARE PREDATORSLol via is a joke DO NOT BUY HERE. You will be disappointed with the product and customer service! All the 4 star reviews are given in exchange for Viva fixing the broken car they sold you! You will be better off at a real dealership like casa ford or any of the certified dealerships in El Paso. They will trick you and swindle you. They act like they are nice people when you are purchasing your car, but once the keys are in your hand everything changes. Might as well go buy a car on Alameda because you will end up with the same type of product. The cars bought here are not safe and NO ONE that works here cares. They dont care about the customer only about making money off of you. Do yourself a favor and drive away fast before buying a car here! They sold me a car knowing it had many safety defects! I felt so taken advantage of and used by these people. When I tried to get any answers from them or asked anything having to do with my issues they blew me off. I have never experienced such horrible customer service or been so disrespected. My money would have been better spent at ANY OTHER dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE AWFUL PREDATORS!!!
So I went the other day to this dealership, Viva Nissan at Zaragoza and George Dieter in El Paso, TX, and all I have to say is that the lady who took “care” of my car MARI PRATZ at the service facility made me have the WORST experience ever.First, it took her about 3 minutes to talk to me when she was “busy” on her phone apparently texting and laughing and when she approached to me she had this horrible attitude like she didn’t wanted to be interrupted. The first sentece that came out from her mouth was “What do you need me’am ?”.And I don’t know what’s wrong with her but I am NOT coming back EVER to Nissan until she’s out. Period.I’m sorry Mr. Dick, I would like to keep doing business with you but having this kind of “service consultants” is not professional enough to have my business. I appreciate your autogroup but you need to take care of this type of attitudes in your personnel.Nissan products are great! but this kind of employees are the ones that make me think twice to go back to Nissan. Rude, unrespectful, impolite, and agressive is how I would describe her. She made me feel at some point aggravated because she was starring at me the whole time with a meaning look. It was kind of strange that I arrived first at service than other customers and they left waaay before me. My ticket was only for an Oil Change. I figured, by talking to other customers, that she was in some way skipping/delaying my ticket.I then asked for the general manager and she said “Sorry is not available right now” right away, without even checking. At that point I just paid my ticket and left. And by the way, I found out that she changed my email on my file so I guess that’s why I never received that famous “survey” eventhought I told her to update my current email and she NEVER did. She probably didn’t send me the survey but she gave me a reason to post this review on the media. This is the reason why I am trading in my car next week and I’m sorry again but, Did I mentioned how BAD her service was ?
Worst place to buy or get maintenance!!! Never come here. Workers on their personal phones ignoring you.
Bullshit dealer refuses to honor 100k manufactures warranty. Called consumer affairs to report them on their warranty fraud
They charge for oil changes and dont do the actual oil change, ex employee there, and do NOT work here I cant stress this enough but DONT WORK HERE
When i bought a car here they forged my signatures and stole 3k from me....YEA STOLE!!!....they do funny stuff with your paper work and make errors on purpose so they can Adjust stuff and PRICES my down payment was never visible (3k)and they sold me a really expensive malibu...do ur research before u stop by....dont worry the POPE is coming to the region to try and get through to people like this..and they deleted all the previous reviews....i still have one more shot by reporting them to the BBB....Patrick Brown the store manager will even run u off. He threatened me by acting like he was calling the cops. But he refuses to give me original copies of my Whole contract...how absurd right?!.
Worst dealership I’ve dealt with. Run
Zero stars if I could. Bought a car from them that came with 2k worth of extended warranty. When I decided to trade in the car I bought from them for a certain amount, I tried to cancel the extended warranty I bought from this place. Almost 2 months later I called the extended warranty company and they couldnt find any records, either vin or SS number. Found out that Viva auto group never turn in the documents for the extended warranty and that they have kept the 2k dollars. The new finance manager ended up getting us a full refund of the extended warranty. But we ended up paying 6 months worth of apr extra with that $2k extended warranty to which it never existed in the first place. Not just that they never did multipoint inspection when I bought my car, when i drove off with it, it was a quarter tank of gas, oil was black and the spark plugs were foul.
Lady on the phone when answering calls had a nasty attitude. Get rid of her ASAP.
Not much good can be said about them honestly
Mr Mike is a professional in what he does he was very knowledgeable and kept me inform at all time of my vehicle. He gave me the best service by far since Ive been here in el paso and I been here for 10 years mitsubishi you rock.
I dont recommend this dealer ship to any one bad service bad quality on a malibu they tried to sell thank god i got my car back they ruin my credit and they kept ignoring me not solving my issues. Worst ever.
Don’t purchase any vehicles from any of these locations. They will lie through their teeth to get you into a vehicle. They don’t even have titles to some of the cars they are selling!
Agree with most of the negative reviews seen here. The posted description does not match vehicles, they are price gougers. Given that they are so large, expected much more from these guys. Would NEVER recommend buying a car here
I bought a part here that was in stock but overpriced.
Most employees at this location are unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. After waiting a while for assistance in the parts department, customers should not be greeted with “What do you want?”We would NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealerships again.
Purchased a vehicle in May with a $3500 protection plan, a month later they call to say the car doesnt qualify for the protection plan after all. It is sept and we still havent received our $3500 back and our vehicle has no coverage and the headlights need fixed...do they care...no!!!
There is no number to call at all
Nice place
Clean and typical of any other dealership.
Theyre a bunch of thiefs
Bad customer service.
Love the company
Your salesmen are very attentive, I found what I wanted thanks to your help, I highly recommend it.
