This laundromat is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The machines are in good working order, and the bathrooms are kept clean. Sam, the owner, is a kind gentleman who is always looking for innovative ways to improve the customers experience. My mother and I keep returning because we feel comfortable in this spacious and quiet laundromat.This establishment is well lit and conveniently located in a commercial lot near the intersection of Dallas and Montana. I highly recommend this laundromat!!! Great job and well done!

What an excellent Laundromat, the attendants and staff are always alert. Very welcoming, courteous, friendly, clean, open and clear, and with very high degree of hospitality and care. Their folding is very professional. I have been using this Laundromat for the last 4 years and my observations are very consistent. For the few times it was closed (late nights), I visited some mega Laundromats within the area. I came to the realization that however Small Briteway appears, its the only laundry with clear budgeting. It neither has hidden fees in terms of spinning nor drying, the services are very precise, simple, clear, cheap, and straight forward. I happen to speak to one of the attendants as to why they close early sometimes: Its purely economics of the time. Theyve to save some bills, run other errands to support Briteway Laundromat to keep going so that the Homie guys and the community around can keep benefiting.Briteway! youre the best, Ive no better words to describe you, you remain in my heart. I can account each and every coin that I put here. Youre so cheap comparatively. I will ever do Laundry at Briteway. Briteway FOREVER!

Came in tonight to do comforters. Sam the owner was very helpful. I wasnt familiar with the machine. Sam came over and showed me how it works. The facility was very clean and the machines worked well. Lots of washers and dryers. Sodas and soap for sale if you forget yours. Will definitely return

AMAZING service!! The owner Sam paid for my machines while I made a trip to the ATM. Very friendly, clean place and he has many great ideas to make it a friendly, family environment and at the same time, cater to the college crowd along with us older single people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Very nice place, the staff on shift even helped me with the missing change i didnt have so i could wash & dry my clothes! I just moved to the area and of used two other laundry mats and was so disappointed but I found this one and its really clean the owner is really nice and my cloths actually smelled and looked clean.... Im defenitly making this the place to go

How convenient that all the top Loading cheaper washers don’t work ! All 30 of them yeah right . 3.50 a washer to wash and these newer washers aren’t big either. EP is a joke and not a city or convenience

The manager is very friendly. Place is very quiet, clean, and has very good rate on the laundry services and machines.

Been very hectic finals week so i dropped my clothes to give a shot at the wash and fold. Came back after a few hours and my clothing was literally inspection ready. Back in the day I would have had sam do my packing list. That man knows how to fold.
