Hello, stopped by on 6/18/21. It was approximately 3 p.m.. Store was pretty mellow-only a few customers. Went to get pricing for hot boxes.Employees were courteous and professional.

We arrived there at 4:20. At 4:50 they turned off all the lights and suggested we complete our purchase.After we arrived home in New Mexico I notice 3 of our items were not in our bag. I called talked to the salesman that waited on us. He said you must have let it fall out of your car and not noticed. Keep in mind two of the items were metal dough cutters.I assured him that was not the case. He said well we will inventory those items if we have too many we will credit your card. Worse customer service!! No credit was applied.

Update after recent visit: Had everything that I needed on hand and the customer service was very nice and quick this time around. Prices were pretty good as well. Will be visiting again for supplies in the future!

Who closes at 4:45... 4:00, 5:00, but 4:45 ppf! Got there at 4:48 thinking they closed at 5:00. Well no, and they let what Im guessing was a regular customer in as I started to drive away. I went back and when they let him out I told them I wanted to get something really quick and was turned away! I had the cash to make exact cash purchase, but oh well...

I have always been greeted with a big smile from the employees at the customer service desk. My sales person since day one has been Sonny Enriquez, he has always treated be as part of his family and most importantly made me feel special. Sonny has always gone that extra mile to help in whatever I needed that particular visit. The knowledge he has is unbelievable, there has never been a I DONT KNOW response from him. I can go on and on bragging about all the excellent customer service Sonny has provided me this past 14 years, but I know that the NRS personnel already knows what a wonderful and talented man they have.
