Terrible company. Charged me for over a year WITHOUT PERMISSION. Called over 10 times trying to cancel account. I finally managed to have them stop charging me every month by contacting the BBB and having to completely cancel my BANK ACCOUNT. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. Ofc never got my money back after dealing with this situation for nearly a year.
Called to make sure my package is not lost. Tracking info states my package left Pitney bowes but usps has not recieved. Called Pitney bowes only to be told they will not give me any info. Rep stated there is no supervisor or call references . Im stuck in limbo not even able to report my package lost.

Worst shipping company ever. Ordered some clothes for work and they sent my items via Pitney Bowes who was also to partner with USPS to complete my order. I ordered my items on 2 Dec. items shipped on 3 Dec. and Pitney Bowes still has it now on 18 Dec. as USPS has said they are waiting on them to complete the delivery. Pitney Bowes is very tough to reach out to for help and support. I can understand some extra time due to Covid, but when I bought my items they said the latest would be 11 December. Its now 7 days later than that with no information, a number to call, or way to contact them to figure out what can be done. My work gear was needed by 12 Dec., so Ive been losing money every day since then. Worst company ever, I hope I never have to deal with them again and I hope they go out of business so that no one else has to deal with them.
