Definitely 5 stars! Overall great customer service from this company—from the office admins, salesmen, and crew. We had zero issues. Good prices, warranty, and financing options. We got our windows today and the crew was on time, fast, detailed, and super clean. Our rep was Art—super nice guy, fast to respond, and not pushy. We were well informed when we ordered our windows that it would take three months due to COVID which was not a problem. I highly recommend them!

Its been a few years since they installed my windows and storm door. They are beautiful. I dont hear the neighbors or sirens anymore. The sales person...I dont remember her name but she was great. She knew her stuff.

Chris Woo was a very professional sales rep. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The installation crew was the best. Very well trained. No hassle. I would recommend this business to anyone I meet.

Terrible experience with this company I ordered 9 windows in late2020, They came and installed 8 windows the 9th window (the biggest) was not the right size so they had to order another frame they came today to install and they broke the glass so now I need to wait another 6 weeks for it to arrive if I’m lucky .They weren’t supposed to charge my credit card because I was gonna pay cash to which they agreed to. I called several times to tell them and guess what they charged my credit card. Which they weren’t supposed to charge me at all until all windows were installed and guess what they already charged me multiple times. I was going to get to get 2 doors and recommend them to my friends, but now I’m not so sure.

Terrible experience. I order my windows since 07/04/20. The sale representative recommended me to order a special order window. They blamed COVID for the installation of the windows to take 5 months. When the installation happened, Surprise!!! the special order window (very expensive by the way) did not have the correct measures. They have measured 3 times already and it has taken almost 8 months for that window to get to El Paso. They were going to install that window today and they came to the appointment 2 hours later than they were supposed to come just to say that the special order window had the wrong measures again. It has been more than a year and they have not finished installing my windows. Unbelievable!!!! I think I will need to wait another year to have my special order window installed.

This company is the worst, I purchased 5 windows and the sales person Arthur said that some one was coming another day to measure that windows. The professional guy came to measure the windows and I was told that they would be ready in 3 month. 3 months later the installers came and surprised the windows were measured wrong and they had to re-order them and I had to wait another 3 month...... well, I asked to speak to supervisor and he never called back, I requested to speak to a Manager and he sowed up and he apologized and said he was going to speak to the owner, the owner called and promised to expedite the order and here I am 5 months later waiting for the windows

I honestly have nothing to say but good things. Our sales rep, Chris Woo was very helpful both times. I say both times because I replaced my windows in two stages. Anyway, Chris was very knowledgeable without being overly pushy to sell something that I was not interested in.I highly recommend this company for install, they do good work, they are efficient and they clean up after themselves. No complaints happy with their product so far.

I purchased a total of 4 doors from Window World. On the front entry they did a great job. On the back door they ordered wrong size doors, then re ordered wrong openong side. it took them a year to get the order correct. i had to talk to the owner. Now they are taking six months to use my warranty to get new door handles. THey have the worst communication and follow up. you go to them because of hte warranties but they are horiblle at follow up. And this after i recommended to all my neighbors.

Terrible! They dont keep their appointments. I had one for 10:00 am today and the sales person never showed. I called the office at 10:30 and have yet to get follow up phone call.

It was a very good experience. Starting from the salesman Chris, extremely professional and super friendly, never pushing the sale. He met all our needs. Knowledge about product to the T. Tonys crew installed windows, we were amazed how quick and professional they are. Very clean, my husband and I were very pleased. Sliding door is so heavy I need to leave it slightly open in order to open it fully and the frame on the bottom is so high that I have to be careful not to trip on it. I should have shopped around more.

I received a quote from Chris Woo here in El Paso on a recommendation from an out of town user of Window World. Chris was very responsive to my questions and knowledgeable of the product. It’s a big job I had and Chris called and gave me updates when needed. Covid put a damper on getting the windows in on time but Chris kept me in the loop. The installation team did a good job and my tenants are happy.

Very impressed with the service rep Carlos, he was very patient with my mother and was able to explain things to her in Spanish. She was very happy with him and so was I. He took his time after I approached him with questions about my moms windows. My mother’s windows are not keeping the cold out and need upgrades. So far it has not been a good experience. Signed contract, took Art several days to turn in paperwork to office. Than took several days to get measurement done. Called to see what the delay was. Girl in office told me that the installation would not be delayed because of not having measurements not being done. Called again office and talked to guy and he said that installation would still be another 2 weeks because order was not placed about a week after the measurements were taken. Asked for Art to call me, 2 days later and still waiting for his call. Seems like once you sign the contract and give your deposit everything slows down.

I Dont recommend Window World. A picture is worth thousand words. They say they pull out a city permit but fail to call for inspection. They provide paperwork for customer to call for inspection but city requires that company calls for the inspection. Windows work great and look wonderful on the inside but if I could share pictures youd be able to see why I dont recommend. Windows look awful on the outside. Ive had people ask me why I didnt have my windows installed professionally. If there was 0 stars Id select a zero. I was told dirt wouldnt accumulate on the inside of window, of course if the windows are open dirt will come in. Dirt accumulates even when the windows arent opened at all. No biggy but I still think that was false advertisement. The only convenience was that we were able to get the windows on credit, but they are ugly and Im still paying for something I dont like. I say they are ugly because they had to cut them while installing in order for them to fit. So the windows dont look evenly squared or rectangular. Run!!First I talked to a sales lady on the phone, then they sent some one in person with contract. Then weeks later the person who measures the windows then months later the people who do the installation. 7 people in total. Not happy with their work. I figured out how to share pics see for yourself. 😞

This company not just delivers the quality of their windows but Tony is the best installer Ive ever experienced. Ive been doing my windows bit by bit for economic reasons and Ive just ordered the last 5 windows I needed for my home. I highly recommend Window World overall.

Such a great experience. Marco the sales person was fantastic. The prices were the best in town. We had 21 windows and 2 doors replaced and they did it all in one day. They also combined several windows into beautiful picture windows. The installion crew was very professional and made sure to do a good cleanup when they were done. I cant believe how much quieter it is in our home now.

They were very professional and friendly. Everybody from their sales to their installers to the people answering the phones they had a sense of urgency. The house looked awesome and very beautiful and added value to the house also. My grandmother and I would highly recommend them to anybody if you need Windows these people are the people for you!

What a great place to do business with. Ive gotten several estimates from different window companies and let me tell you guys dont waste your time just go to Window World Ill save you a lot of time and headache. Make sure you ask for Susie she did an excellent job taking care of us.

I have a life time warranty on my windows that were installed by Window World. A window leaks around the frame. I made an appointment. I was told the representative would arrive by five PM. I had relatives flying in later that day. At five-fifteen, I called, Window Worlds response, the rep would be in later. I cancelled the appointment.

They have kept my mother waiting to get her door properly installed for 14 days. When she called to speak to the owner she was told that she would get a call back ...well four days later and still no call. She is a senior and as far as I tell they take advantage of Seniors...

It was not what I expected, because the wait was way to long. Measurements were taken twice and where they make the windows and doors still goofed. I am hoping that the sliding doors will be adjusted to open more freely, for now they are very difficult to open to the point that my shoulder is sore.

All our house windows were replaced including the sliding patio door and we couldnt be happier with this purchase, workmanship was great, service was excellent and done fairly quick (14 windows and sliding door in 1 day), the product looks high quality and it feels solid strong, almost noise proof and of course our power bill dropped considerably. Its been about 2 years since the installation and we havent had a single issue, highly recommended!!
