The old lady that was there was so rude to my husband. My husband was going to ask one simple question and she treated him very poorly in front if everyone, so embarrassing! I understand they are super busy,but seriously if youre gonna be bitter and take it out on others then maybe its time to retire. Sorry not sorry!

The lady that assisted us was very rude.She is the older lady of the two working there. I understand they are very busy at this time of the year with all the schools they are assisting with their cap and gowns however, she does not have to be rude while assisting customers. I saw that she was also rude to other people besides me. If she does not like to deal with people, find yourself another job.

They gave me diferent colors, similar from my son school but they did not let me know until I open the bag I asked them why the color looked different and they answer was that look the same but was not the right color, anyway I returned the merchandise and they ordered the right one. I did not like that they tried to fool me .They were friendly anyway .

I bought my daughter a cap and Gown and it looks use and damaged.so I have a question the Gowns that you guys are selling are they used? Because I opened my daughter Gown from the package to put it on a hanger and it looks used it has damaged and I paid almost 90 dollars for that and is a Horrible quality. If I paid so much I am expecting a new gown not one that looks like they have been used in like few graduations. So disappointed especially after I paid so much.

After a sad year plus for graduating seniors you would think the one thing they could have is a great send off emailing their invitations proudly. Well true to form( and i never ever write reviews but felt compelled to for others), We ordered invitations in late March...picked up Wed at drive thru at school ...today we open them and the stated PLACE of graduation is wrong it states Don Haskins...none of the HSs are...called and was told the school provided the information last Aug...six months ago...so instead of correcting it you get told after the fact that the invitations cannot be corrected? The answer is you now get a website ...theirs of course to add an insert with the correct place of graduation...gotta love it...way to add to the sting these kids and parents have gone thru this past year plus some....save the apologies which there were none by the way !!! Now i see that the other reviews are probably indeed very factual. I always try and give benefit of doubt till shown differently. I hope the EPISD administration takes heart and finds another service for all future graduating students especially when it comes to these most important milestones. These items are not cheap and feel for those who have had to deal with the added disappointments. So glad we get to move on from this as the usual is so what! Want picture of the invitations we received ...email me ill show you proof. Just wanted to warn others who may be considering getting them ..wish we had known sooner we would have created our own.Have a blessed day.

Terrible, my mom had called on friday february 19 at 11:10 pm regarding graduation services. The lady who answered was extremely rude and disrespectful and insulted my mom for not knowing how to speak english properly. she said, “we’re in the united stated learn how to speak english” this is absolutely unacceptable especially with everything that is going on right now dealing with discrimination.

I’ve read some of the poor reviews that have been left about this business, and I am glad to say that my experience with this staff was not at all how people are describing it to be. They were very professional with me. Did it take a while for me to receive my order? Yes. Why? Because they are working at half the staff that they normally are because of COVID-19, and I understand that. I sat in my car and watched as these ladies were LITERALLY jogging to and from cars and the building. If I had placed an order for my student at the beginning of the school year like it was recommended, I would not be in this last minute situation. That is not this business’s fault, and it seems to me that that is the same issue that others are finding themselves in. And again, that’s our fault, not these peoples’. Also, people obviously aren’t reading the info when they order, because a lot of these complaints are addressed before you even place your order. A lack of planning on our side, does not make it an emergency on their side. I think people need to be a little more considerate and appreciate that this business is even open for those of us that waited till the last minute! Thank you Herff Jones and keep up the good work!!

I had an excellent experience. Ms. Hilda and Ms. Hopey both are very nice individuals. Hilda went out of her way to personally call me when the tassels arrived. They both saved the day for my need I had. Thank you all .

Horrible experience, my mom called regarding information on how to order a graduation package. My mom doesn’t speak English very well and the lady on the other end of the line made her feel horrible by saying “We’re in the United States you need to learn how to speak English”Extremely discriminatory and unprofessional

Not sure how it is in El Paso, but if youre in Las Cruces go elsewhere. Not to mention had to wait forever for half the order. Guy in cruces never answers phones or returns call. El Paso tells you one thing and no one comes through. Yet everyone has the same excuse...were busy, do you see how many emails I have today alone? Not my problem. Im contacting the official Herff Jones. My Twitter Nicky575 has the pics and how I made labels myself

I’ve been trying to place an online order for the past three weeks and haven’t been able. The website won’t allow me to check out for some reason. I try calling them and they don’t answer, and when they do they just want to hang up so fast and are really of no help. I just want to know if there is some other place I can oder my caps and gowns now.

Excellent customer service no problems at all in three years. Last time I ordered a package for my sons graduation and the transaction went smoth and fast. My previous orders they came well packed and the items were delivered to the school before graduation day. Make sure you save the receipt because they will ask for it on the delivery day. The lady that helped me was very calm and wait for me to decide for one of the items that I wasnt sure to get. Also make sure you get the right size because I believe, as per my last purchase, there are no exchanges. Like I said I never encountered a problem with them and I do recommend them for their excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service from management Sylvia Cerra to clerical. People are rude. I don’t know why you waist time making orders and collecting payments before merchandise is received, when I went to pick up my order it was incomplete and now they are unable to give me what I ordered. They don’t want to refund my money. Lady says I have to choose another item. I ordered a t shirt and they want me to choose a fanny pack!! Unbelievable!! Unprofessional!! I hope SISD picks someone else to do business with next year. Don’t waist your money and your time. You have other options.

Worst people to deal with.... once you purchase... be prepare to wait for over two months to get your order. They will bring it to the school... just to tell you that not everything is ready and you have to go by their store to pick it up.

My letterman along with I believe most of my schools lettermans got screwed up and now have to wait three weeks for them to be redone. Good thing the winter will be almost over by then and I got no sort of discount or anything to account for the terrible service.

They’re nothing but thieves. The invitations are trash, they gave us a bunch of envelopes and not enough invitations. They also claimed we owed even though we paid everything in full when we ordered the package. Just don’t waste your time and money here. You’re better off using a hand me down cap and gown and getting invitations from Walgreens

If you are willing to wait 3 to 4 months for your order then go ahead and place your order with this place they promised 6 to 8 weeks for our jacket to arrive and we going on our fourth month. They are rude and dry and cut you off when u ask about your order they claim its the weather several people complain about this establishment go to Irenes embroidery instead they are the ones that always help this establishment come correct

Its hit or miss with them. You either get exactly what you wanted or they screw up your order and they have to redo it. They are extremely overpriced. A lot of the schools only allow you to order exclusively from them and thats not good. The products are just ok, nothing worth jumping up and down about.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because thats what it deserves. After all the money put into this for my sisters graduation announcements, they came in horribly. The name cards look like they were cut with a rusty blade, not to mention theyre dirty! The actual die cut where the name cards are supposed to be inserted arent even perforated! Some of the announcements were even crumpled! I feel bad for all the other people who WASTED money here. Almost $200 for horrible, extremely poor quality work.

Worst graduation experience ever!! We didnt get invitations until a week and a half prior to the ceremony. That left little to no time for distant family in Georgia and California to book travel plans. Then when I called to inquire, they blamed FEDEX. No concessions, no apologies; just simply its their fault. If there is any other service available, to include your own personal printers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Absolutely attrocious. Packages advertized arent included in the order forms, as well as very restrictive rules. For example the Jacket and Ring package isnt on any forms, and if any customizations are made to the jacket or ring, instead of adding onto the charge, it separates the two orders, charging insane prices. The jacket quality is okay at best, and was delivered late despite constant reassurance that they were on schedule. Invitations came out terribly, despite being sealed, I found multiple damaged cards and envelopes. The office hours are hardly accurate and you cannot rely on the website for any accurate information. If possible, find another jacket company, and get your ring at Wal-Mart, and ask friends amd family to do the same!

Very rude and unprofessional, dealt with them at Socorro High School...this is an important mile-stone for the student and their family. Dealing with these people just made it very unpleasant. I asked for a flyer with the pricing and the young lady looked at me like I asked for her first born child and replied The Students were supposed to be given this already in a packet and I informed her it was my fault I left it at home and she said they were short on flyers and reluctantly handed one over. There was a stack of at least 100 flyers. All of their products look very cheap for the prices they had listed. The rings looked straight out of a coin machine. I dont know when Socorro got a contract with these people but they do not compare to Jostens...at all. I asked if they had any tassels she rudely said that we would have to go to their store. When I’ve dealt with Jostens they’ve always had tassels on hand. I asked her if I could buy the cap and gown early to take pictures and she told me they deliver close to the graduation date…I asked her how we’re supposed to take pictures and she rudely told me I’d have to talk to someone at the store. I went to Jostens for help and the lovely lady there went to the back of the store to find me a Socorro High School tassel they had and sold it to me for about $6 less than this unfortunate place. We will be doing business for our graduation needs elsewhere.

I have tried to get a hold of the reps in the Las Cruces office on numerous occasions without success. Left 3 voicemails in a span of a week with no response. What is the point of setting up an office or a phone if nobodys there?!!! If I had known how insignificant the concerns of the customer were to them I would have used a different company. The El Paso office needs to have better communication with their employees in Las Cruces! Herff Jones should clean up house in these two locations. INCOMPETENT SERVICE!!!

I was very disappointed when I received my daughters announcements. Even though the box was sealed, some of the announcements were crumpled and torn. The name cards, which I had to pay separately for, look like they were cut with scissors. The cuts where the name cards are to be inserted on the announcements are not cut through so I was unable to insert the name cards. Total waste of my money and even worse disappointment for my daughter. Needless to say, Im never buying from them again.

Very Unprofessional! Office hours are never enforced and you have to guess when they will be open for business. Not to mention their communication between offices and employees is none.
