Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Juices arent very strong but they taste good.

This place is constantly changing its policy. I spent 15 minutes while they helped a different customer talking away. I asked for my juice, get idd, lady before didnt get checked. As usual their wall is empty but keep checking. Havent had my coils in a year, why am I gonna keep checking. I got them from wish quicker then you get your supply. Ill be going elsewhere.

Where to start, lace is nicely setup I will give them that. Mod selection is barebones with just some kits and some stand alone mode and atomizers, no real selection. Purchased an Aegis by geek vape to replace my Grimm kit I can’t get coils for due to the vape mail ban. Got a free 30ml of juice which I though was a great deal. Also purchased 2 more 30ml at a crazy price for their house juice. 30ml for 15, un-steeped, mixed to order juice. I mentioned this and they said because of their flavoring it doesn’t need to steep. That was a lie. All three bottles are super muted in flavor as I expected. That along with the sheer price for their juice is enough for 1 star, 120ml for 45 dollars is highway robbery, when I know to make a 30mlBottle Of juice costs less than 1 dollar, I wouldNot recommend. I understand making money but that is crazy.

Good service. Good selection of devices. Great service from staff. Prices vary from time to time. But overall it was my addictions and search for solution that led me there. Replacement therapy so-to-say.

Very pleased with the service we received. Prices were comparable to other places, but then theres the rewards and military discounts, so overall a VERY good deal. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to educate us while joking about life and regulations as well. I was very pleased and would certainly go back if Im ever in the area!!! Love that you can sample and can create your own concoctions as well, not your run of the mill box shop. The staff worked well as a team to take care of our order and if we hadnt been so talkative would have had us in and out pretty quickly.

It says they close at 7 drive all the way down and call them just for them to tell me they are closed. Beware people they are closing at 6 even tho it says 7. Guess its to hard to let the customers know ahead of time. Its not like they dont txt us with special deals.

Ive been getting all my vape products from this store. Employees are very knowledgeable in everything in the store. They are quick in the juices,and always recommend types of juices and flavors. I have bought the newest mod its a penguin, awesome little vape machine,holds more juice then my smoke mod,but reasonable price. I will continue coming here,because the prices are great. Just went there today to buy a new starting kit. The lady helping me really knew her stuff and helped me find the right flavor, strength and product best suited for me. I have no complaints. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Service was quick, but I didnt notice until I got home that they gave me the wrong wattage coils and they didnt ask what wattage it ran. Luckily I could still use them. The big disappointment was in the juice I got from them. I got a vanilla bourbon bomb. Just put it in the tank for the first time today and it just tastes burnt. Its a new coil and I primed the coil. It shouldnt taste burnt. I will go back for the coils, but not for juice. If I need juice I will go to Up In Vape.

Excellent customer service. There was a mix up on my juice order off the website and they not only fixed it with no cost to me, they also made the mistake up to me by adding a bottle of free juice. The manager worked extremely hard to make sure I was happy. Will definately order from this website again!

They have a massive selection of flavors, and Jason(the guy with the tattoos on his face) is a master tinkerer of vapes. This location, I believe, knowingly sold me two counterfeit Suorin Air Cartridges. When I brought in the old cartridge to compare it against, the guy couldn’t tell me what manufacturer they came from nor could he confirm they came from Suorin directly. I also asked for a refund on the unopened one and was even willing to eat the cost of the open one...I was told I could wait around for the owner to be contacted because they didn’t do returns, except for manufacturers defects....considering the item was a counterfeit cartridge, I’d say that qualifies.I’m curious what other items might be counterfeit with the way the questions were handled.If you want to take your safety into your own hands and buy from a company that sells counterfeit items, then Vapolocity on Dyer is the place to go!!

The coil I bought might be defective because it greates like cotton that was replaced this morningbasically because she treated a little juice she saidi taste juice and cotton dont really appreciate being treated like I was lying!!! Customer service is terrible some tall white guy in there has such a female attitude, maybe he was a ghetto black girl in a past life... if you ask him a question you will immediately feel as if you ruined his whole day. They rush you in and out the store, sorda like a hurry up and buy attitude in your most stereotypical Asian voice. They got the same flavor of the day well same flavor different name if you will, oh and flavor of the day for you that dont know is a discounted juice to make you feel as if youre getting a bargain 11 times out of 10 it will be a fruity flavor. Stuff they cant get rid of. The store on the gateway is good when Tom or Shaniqua what ever he/she goes by isnt there. No variety of products they might as well have a kiosk set up at the flee market they dont never have two things that match coils no tanks, batteries no mods, customers no customer service. Other employees are helpful. Oh and high prices. I dont normally write reviews but this needs some attention. But if you dont mind getting attitude while spending hard earned money this place is awesome.No response from the company on my review because it cant be refuted a shame really in of itself because theres very little competition in El paso so since theyre pretty much the only water fountain in the desert to paint a picture I guess they can act however they want. Yes there are other shops but theyre even worse as far as buying mods or replacement parts. And I would bet money that a few of these positive reviews are from employees trying to look good and friends of the business.

Pretty busy when i came in but was asked twice if had already been helped out. Good vibe from the folks there. Much love to hannah for settin me up with a mod complete with a tank/coil even primed and popped my damn juice in for me. Showed me everything about the little mod i bought from messing with the settings to placing the coil. House juice aint bad at all. So big ups to the lady behind that wall. Hey I just wanted to say, Jason is DA MAN!!!! I heard about him through a few friends, and I thought why not (i live in albuquerque) ill head down to El Paso, and see him. Ive only been vaping for a few weeks and dont really know anything, and i want to get into coil building, I have been to several shops here and only found one person that was help, then i met Jason. He was EXTREAMLY open and friendly, he was also patient with my questions (yup dumb ones and all) he spent a great deal of time with me, built coils for my tank while i watched and explained every step. Vapolocity it very lucky to have him. Even my father was impressed with Jasons Attitude and professionalism.

For someone who just started vaping finding answers and honesty is not hard to find at this store with the help of Jason, he is definitely an asset to this company, knows every little detail about every vape, and what hes working with.
