We dropped by the store while in El Paso for a funeral. I have never met friendlier or more helpful people in a crafts store ever! There were two young women working on inventory and when we came, the were so friendly, helping us and answering questions. Ive always been sold on the quality of MetroEmbroidery thread, this very positive experience with them cemented my great impression of them. I was double charged for an order and there is no contact information for me to be able to get one of the charges back! I have emailed several times with no response. Other than that, the thread is beautiful and works great in my machine.
