Mrs. Landeros I am replying to your comment. First and foremost I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding on your appointment. I have always tried to provide the best customer service to all our patients and customers. I am not the office manager I was the Drs Assistant for 14 years until he parrished recently, but the office manger to limit any misunderstandings on appointments had for the past 18 years a policy in place which All new patients signed the understanding of this policy which also states if you do not get a call from us to confirm your appointment and you are planning on keeping it to please call and confirm which we did not. ALL appointments have always been confirmed 2 days prior and we had the wrong number unfortunately on our computer records for your daughter. As a result we could not get a hold of your daughter to confirm her appointment. Unfortunately I had to follow policy and cancel the appointment because we were unable to confirm. Unfortunately everything is computerized and its not customary to look inside each of the files for the patients info as we had a full day scheduled . We do apologize again that she had to take the day off but as I tried to explain she left me talking to myself and i understand people plan for these things and at the time the Dr was gonna make an exception to see your daughter anyway because of the misunderstanding but your daughter didnt give me a chance to tell her as she walked out. Again I apologize for the experience you had with us.

Dr is great unfortunately Elvira the office administrator gave my daughter a wrong appointment and try to brush it off by saying appointment was not confirm. This Elvira office manger had the completely wrong number never bothered to open my daughter’s file to verify phone number . My daughter had to take off from work for this follow up appointment may I add the commute is 40 miles. They just lost 3 patients. Please call days ahead to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

Its been a year and some change that I went to a quack doctor at one of those drive thru places 24 hr clinics. Told me I had psoriasis go home put cream. I still was ill and getting worse.
