I needed a hearing evaluation for my twins and another office didnt have any appointments open for 4 months!I was told about the Tinnitus and Hearing experts by my childrens development therapists and that they are very good and appointments available much sooner.I changed my referrals and called T&H.E. They could see us as early as the next day!The receptionist was very welcoming and we had coffee while we waited. Once the doctor saw my twins (one at a time), he was kind and very personable. Evaluated my children with ease and my children were comfortable enough to allow the doctor to evaluate them.Wait time was not long either. I highly recommend this office!

The clinic staff are all very helpful and friendly. Dr Buchanan took time and explained in detail so that my daughter understood how to use her new devices. I feel they are a top notch hearing clinic.

I had to take my son here last week and the staff there was great accept the receptionist at the front desk. The fake blonde haired woman was very rude and did not seem happy to work there. It seems like some of these businesses in El Paso hire whoever. They should’ve hired someone else better than her.

My 2 year old son had to go here to get his hear rechecked. They were amazing and very friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend coming here.

Omg I took my two year old son here. There was like a 2 minute wait and the test was less then 5 minutes. Would highly recommend this doctor to anyone! They are great!

I came upon T&HE completely by accident and am so glad I did. Dr. Buchanan is very approachable and patient. Took his time with my audiogram and my Tinnitus issue. Focuses on patient satisfaction, not on selling devices. Rest of the staff is very professional and personable.

WOW! Great staff. Dr. Buchanan is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. He reviewed my previous audiograms and I am on my way to relief from tinnitus. He is also veteran friendly. I will definitely refer him to anyone that needs help with their hearing.

Really nice and clean. They have patience for my son of 15 months old he got scared being closed in a small place. I had to entered with him and see if he can relax but didnt work. But they gave him a chance of taking the test to see if he responds for the noice. Geat place.

The doctors were great, and we were seen on time which was great! The parking is tricky, I dont think there is enough for the office building so leave enough time to look for a spot.
