I had a wonderful experience with Alberto Soto. He was so helpful with my first car buying experience. He made the process much more simple than I imagined it could have gone. He was so patient and easy to talk to. He tried his best to get me the best deal possible and I am so happy with the experience! There is water, hot chocolate, coffee, and more to enjoy while waiting. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Halloween/Fall.

I don’t normally leave 1-star reviews, but I usually don’t leave empty handed from a dealer due to dealer incompetency either… To start I had been inquiring about a 2019 Jeep Renegade all week and was told the stock was verified and that they did indeed have it at the dealership. Next I made an appointment for 9 am on Saturday morning which I showed up on time for. Apparently nobody was notified about my appointment and I ended up waiting in the lobby until 10:03 before a salesperson came to assist me(every single person was in a meeting apparently). When I was assisted finally I was taken outside to look at the vehicle which ended up being the salesperson and I walking around for several minutes(in the rain) just to figure out that the vehicle I had shown up to buy was indeed NOT on the lot as someone had given it out as a loaner. And yes this is the same vehicle they knew I was coming to see a week prior. I was taken back inside and took a seat. More waiting. Then was informed that they had given the car out as a loaner 4 days prior(mileage advertised no longer being accurate either) I was then told that they were in contact with the customer that had taken the vehicle and that it would be back within the hour and that I could leave and they would call me. I never received a call or an update on the vehicle status and had planned the rest of my day so that I could head back over there to purchase this vehicle still. Hopefully in the future I have a reason to increase my review score but for now this will remain my one and only 1-star review.

Charging a “market adjustment” of 6k over MSRP (which was the advertised price) on a 28k car is insane.Everyone was very polite, so 3 stars. I’d give 1 as I think the approach is dishonest but this is my attempt at being reasonable.

I wanted to take the time to describe my experience last night with Mrs. Margie, Mr. Luna and Sarge the manager.I first put in my request through TreuCar. I was contacted shortly after by Mrs. Margie, letting me know the vehicle I was interested was there and if Id like to come in. My first concern was if it was ACTUALLY there. After my experience with Bravo Chevrolet and Viva Ford BOTH KNOWING what car I was interested in, still having me come in, then either the keys being locked up and unavailable that day (Bravo), or just plain not having the vehicle I wanted (Viva), Mrs. Margie TRIPPLE checked that the vehicle was in. I really appreciated it.When I arrived, I was greeted with the expected, and incredibly ANNOYING experience of straight up deing swarmed by sales personnel. This is an issue I have with dealerships and I HATE it. If it wasnt for the excellent service I received from Mr. Luna and Sarge, my rating would probably be a 3 or 4. HOWEVER since it was an excellent experience I gave them 5 stars.Mr. Luna greeted me professionally and very politely. He consistently went over and beyond with trying to make me feel comfortable and at home. Never EVER making me feel pressured or stressed. He showed me the car and its features, sharing stories and experiences, making great conversation. Even with the slight hickup of not being able to pop the hood, I was very satisfied. I let him know it was not my intention to buy today, but to test drive and see what all I like about the vehicle. At the end of everything he asked what Id like to do from there, I told him I want to run some numbers and see the Carfax. He sat me down and we went over everything. Again, never making me feel pressured.When we were done he brought the manager over Sarge to talk to me. We had a great conversation considering that he is prior military and liked similar cars. We talked about the car and the price, our military service, and the muscle cars we liked. He didnt push me into trying to buy right then and there and I really appreciated that.In the end I left feeling happy with a great experience with them. I really want to buy with them, and still might! I just wish they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Either way, that service and experience was perfect and is exactly what I want in a dealership. Im 95% sure Ill buy my next car with them!Do yourself a favor, go here and ask for Mr. Luna, you wont regret it.

BLUF: I will not come back and I will not recommend this dealership for anything to anybody that I know. I will also discourage everyone that I know that has a Kia not to go there either. I went there back January, looking for a specific car. First, they tried to add to the sticker price, the cost of the mats, almost $500 for it, even though it was already in the sticker price. When I mentioned to the sales person about the online sales promotion, he literally told me they didn’t have one at the moment and that they put that on the website to attract people to go there, like seriously you’re telling me this when I’m there to try and buy a car from you. I ended up paying $150 on a flight to Austin and bought the exact same vehicle on Kia South Austin, and even with the gas and other expenses I still managed to saved $4k on my purchase.Six months later, and after reading the very bad reviews about this dealership, I decided to give the dealership a second chance, you know because it’s a different department and maybe they’re better. Boy was I wrong. It’s a 2021 Sorento, the owner’s manual recommends the service interval to be every 7,000- 7,500 miles. It’s also on a separate maintenance log you get when you buy the car brand new. It’s literally also on the dealership website when you try to schedule an appointment online. This includes, and I’m writing it in hopes that your own service advisor reads it and does his research, oil change and tire rotation. This is exactly what was requested to the lady that works in the service desk, so that it can be done to my SUV. Let’s not talk about the long wait. When it comes time to check out, the service advisor out of his mind, only recommended the oil change, or so the lady in the front said. When asked about the tire rotation, she again replied that the service advisor only recommended the oil change. This person needs some retrain on what’s entailed on service maintenance. But wait, when we get the invoice, guess what’s on the services recommended by the service advisor? You’re damn right, tire rotation. Now I have to waste another couple of hours taking my car to get the tires rotated because “the service advisor recommended not to”. To top it off, they reset the service interval to only 3K miles, let me remind you again, the manufacturer recommends service interval every 7k miles, this is from the manual that comes with the vehicle, what a scam. I have a 10-year-old car that gets oil changed every 5k (recommended by the manufacturer) but you’re going to tell me that a 2021 vehicle needs it every 3k miles. This place is a joke that tries to take advantage of people. Again, I will NOT recommend this place for anything. I was advised by other Kia owners about the bad service in this dealership but I still gave them a chance, now I wish I would’ve just listened and taken the advice.And to whoever respond to these reviews, don’t even bother.

My husband and I stopped in to look at vehicles because we were considering trading in two of our vehicles. Our salesman Miguel was extremely helpful and let us test drive multiple vehicles to determine what would be best for us. We left that day with a new car! We were helped out by multiple people and every one of them were exceptionally helpful and extremely nice. I would recommend checking them out if you are considering looking for a new vehicle.

I have been trying to get my Kia Sportage fixed for over three weeks. All I get is the runaround about the parts not being available. I have called and visited the dealership twice in person because they will not answer the telephone. If you are paying, they move fast, if they have to honor the warranty they will do everything to not help you. Buy somewhere else.

Service department claims they open at 7am for oil changes on Saturday which is fist come first serve well it’s now 745am and the line of cars keeps growing and it’s still not open. We will see how the service goes. Edited to say I was called to let me know that the hours on Saturday are 8am but I would still advise lining up at 7am. I was given the wrong information when I called on Friday afternoon. Once I was serviced It was fast and they service greeter was courteous and informed me of needed services and estimated time left in my service. I appreciated the follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend them

I took my KIA Optima for service two weeks ago for the annual inspection. I knew that my car will not pass the inspection because it had both headlight bulbs off and needed to be replaced (which i was aware and willing to pay for that) after everything I was told that the cables of one of the headlights were melted so I needed to buy the entire light (which i understood and even Bryan help me to get prices so i could buy it). But later the day, they told me that there was a problem with one of my windows because it fell off. Bryan told me that the mechanic close the passenger door and the entire glass fall off and they couldnt fix it. They told me because the panel was mess up they will need to order the part and they taped my window. I have been driven my car like that for more than 2 weeks and the taped of course started to lift. It has been raining and some water coming inside my car. I have been calling EVERY SINGLE DAY and Bryan never answers. The lady on the service department tells me that she doesnt know and that she will transfer me which doesnt make sense if they work next to each other. I have been traying to call with a manager and nothing. I just need to know when they will get the part so i can have my car fix. Also I need the inspection because the sticker is now expire because I have been waiting for you guys.

Do not go to Casa kia for parts!The people running the parts department must be illiterate.The mechanic shop I went to(Need for speed) ordered a part from them and twice they sent the wrong part. A repair that should take half hour, took close to 2 weeksIf their customer service is as bad as Need for speeds, you would be wise to steer clear of them!

Their service department is unprofessional. My engine needed to be replaced and their counter guy told me it was from “going to multiple different gas stations”. After diagnostics it was actually a serious pressure issue. It took them two months to replace the engine, which is completely ridiculous.Today I took the car back because of an engine recall and the same counter guy told me that it was nothing more than an engine “update”. The recall notice says engine REPLACEMENT but he continued to argue with me. The service manager also just covered for him and doesn’t seem to care about the BS that’s spouted to customers. Will never go back.

Be careful! It’s a sad time when you should have to take photos before and after service or ask for a complete walk around your car to make sure they don’t damage anything. I bought my car here and the service was just ok nothing impressive or negative but I took my car in for my first service and afterwards I noted huge multiple cracks in my windshield. I informed the front desk clerk Abi who just acted inconvenience... The manager, Russell Geiger appeared just annoyed too after I had requested multiple times to speak to him from the start. He told me there was no way to determine when I got the crack it appeared to be caused from temperature change but I know for sure it want there prior to bringing in my car. I asked if they had cameras in their service area and he didn’t even answer me. Also come to find out there is damage to the windshield wiper right on top of the area. They pulled up the blade when they were inspecting so I really didn’t even notice it but it’s clear as day in my picture that I took at the dealership and when I get home and reinserted the area. They told me it would be under warranty but seriously???? What a headache and to be made to feel like I was lying about it or I am just plain stupid is not right.

I was told for 2 days by the service department that the system was down and they could not fix my flat tire. I was told this on 3 separate calls by different people in those 2 days and said to keep trying to call back. Finally on my 4th attempt I was transferred to parts to at least check if the tire I need was in stock or had to be ordered. Parts confirmed they had my exact tire in stock and was told I could go ahead and get it switched out even though the system was still down. I went that same day and nothing seemed to be wrong with their system. They replaced my tire and I questioned the price because my warranty discount was not fully applied but they said it was that price because of the tire that matches my other 3 tires that came with with vehicle (it’s less than a year old) so I paid and got home only to find that a wrong tire was placed. Very clearly, different brand. I called again and was told to return, they said they accidentally put the wrong tire and to go back to get it switched out. This time my husband went for me to also ask why the warranty discount wasn’t correct and they were unable to answer him. I have the paper copy of my warranty so I don’t understand why it wasn’t applied. We are very frustrated with the entire experience.

Purchased a Kia Sorento 5 months back, so took the car in for its first oil change. Staff is good and courteous.However, management scheduled painting at the wrong time! The fumes engulfed the wait area, I and my sister got sick and had the worst headaches.Management should put the health of its customers and staff first. It was very inconsiderate and poor planning for a maintenance that should have occurred during closed hours.

I really dont like leaving one-star reviews, but here we go... I made an appointment to have my car serviced at Casa Kia via their website, and a day before the appointment I was sent reminders via telephone, text and email. I was even directed to reconfirm my appointment date and time by clicking on a link. I drove half an hour to the dealership and arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The employee informed me that my wait time would be between two and three hours. I asked if this was the case regardless of the fact that I had an appointment, and she responded that Casa Kia doesnt accept appointments; all service is first come, first served. I didnt have that much time to spare, so I got back in my car and drove another half hour home.If you dont accept appointments, fair enough. But then why have a scheduling portal on your website? And why call, text AND email appointment reminders the day before? A very frustrating experience, and a waste of a full hour of my day.

First time here for service on my Soul KIA. Initialy, I didnt get the warm fuzzies, meaning, I waited inside my car for a couple of minutes for a KIA service member to greet and ask how I could be helped... so I walked inside through glass doors, located three members behind counter conversating... enough said. Once I filled paperwork and my Soul was taken in for service, the waiting was not bad. An excellent waiting area with free coffe and cool bottled water. I would have also appreciated if a service member would have explainained my souls condition/status, for example, what is induction service. Yes, I went through my receipt/paperwork at home, with questions, should have asked before leaving the shop. Ill more than likely return.

I love this dealership! Great service, friendly staff. I went in for a 6,000 mile inspection expecting to pay around $40 but, because it was my first inspection, it was free! It took an hour from start to finish. They even gave my other car an exterior wash for free. Thank you!

They were great, even though when I made the appointment online, it gave me the option to request shuttle service, only to find out it wasnt available due to covid. On top of that, I made an appointment and it still took nearly two hours to start on my vehicle, because apparently oil changes dont need appointments, so I was still pushed to the back of the line. Despite that, they were great. There was amply spaced indoor waiting as well as outdoor waiting if you didnt want to get too close to people. Inside had free coffee, tea, or water and a charging station for phones. They even washed my car for me when they were done because it was in dire need of it!

Poor customer service, their website states they open their doors for service at 7:00 am on Saturday’s, which is not true they open until 8:00 am.I was second in line to get my car service, when they opened their garage doors they allowed people to walk out of their cars and into their service desk, needles to say that at least two cars at were serviced before mine...Not looking forward to going back and service my Kia with them again...

Nice car salesman. That said, only go to this dealership if you are decidedly and specifically buying a NEW KIA, and if there is no other place to buy one. The salesman, although kind and admittedly new, was woefully uninformed about the product. The finance department financed at a horrible rate, 5.05%, for someone who was paying two-thirds the total amount down, and with a 798 credit score. To complete the experience, when picking up the car, there was incorrect paperwork for a different vehicle than the one originally purchased. The whole experience took five hours throughout a day, and seemed unnecessarily long and complicated. The selling point is the Kia brand and warranty, only on the new vehicles.

Service employees aren’t the friendliest and willing to assist. Seems like they don’t like to even work there. Gave me no updates on my car. Waited three hours in the waiting area just for an oil change just for them to tell me they “called” three times and that there were other issues with my car. Overall bad service on behalf of the employees. I paid for service and felt like an inconvenience.

I wish the service department worked as hard as the sales department. I had an appointment at 7 am for an oil change. I left at 9:45am. After the oil change with took over an hour I was notified I had a nail in my tire and it would be about 20 more minutes to have it fixed. That 20 minutes turned in to an hour and 25 min. I asked the gentleman at the reception desk to have a manager called so I could inquire as to why it is taking so long for my car to be ready. He said yes and walked off. I saw him standing around talking to some other employees so needless to say he dis not call a manager . I called after I left and asked to speak to the service manager. I was directed to a voice mail. I left a message. This was Thursday morning and I have yet to hear back from them. This is not the first time I have had to wait hours for an oil change. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service with Casa Kia. This includes the management. It is a shame they treat their customers so poorly.

Buying my new Kia Forte at Casa Kia was the best NEW CAR BUYING experience that I have ever had!! Customer service is awesome! Once I decided on the car I wanted to buy, after test driving several cars, the entire process took less than 4 hours which is just amazing! I never felt pressured, they really worked with me and took my budget into consideration. I will definitely purchase from Casa Kia again. BTW I love my car!

Came in early for my appointment was going to ask if I could drop off in case someone canceled right away lady at counter advised the obvious your appointment is later and you are early. I was about to say something but before I could say anything she stated all slots are full ... So I left and came back by that time there was more people at the counter and she told me a funny coincidence hey look my 1000 o clock appointment the guy before you canceled didnt find it amusing ... But I guess beggers cant be choosers since they gave me the first year oil change free but a soon as I have to pay taking my business elsewhere they say mission Chevrolet is pretty good in the service department

Dishonest and blatant in their efforts to rip you off with above MSRP prices and zero negotiations.My interaction in nearly buying went as follows.Me: I would like to see the invoice on this vehicle to establish an understanding of dealership costs and help both the dealership and myself get the best deal, I also want to discuss removing the additional $4,600 cost you blatently added on to the MSRP for pure profit.GM: No, because I dont want to offer transparency and no because I want more money.
