Owner was very nice and helpful. He gave us a tour of the boot making facility next door, and told us about his life in Alaska. Worth stopping for. We bought two small woven rugs. Thanks!

I ordered 4 different rugs on the website. I never got any kind of confirmation of the order. I called four times over the course of a week and a half, leaving my number. No one ever answered the phone and I never got a call back. I then put a dispute in with my credit card company to cancel the transaction. Suddenly, I got a call from the owner. He sent me a picture of a rug, which I thought he was substituting for one that was out of stock, so I said it was fine. Instead I got 4 of all the same pattern which was not at all what I needed or ordered. I spent over $200 on rugs that I didnt really want at this point, because I needed 4 different patterns. I tried to text him twice to try to get an exchange for different patterns and never heard back. At this point I am very disappointed and will never order from this company again. Just as an aside the website says these rugs are 80% wool but the tag says 45%.

I ordered lampshades from this place for over $253.39. I never got a confirmation email or anything. Would not answer or return calls. Finally answered an email stating he only had the two small and would not have the mediums until after the first of the year. I ordered these on Dec. 17th. I told him I would like a refund since I was not aware of this and didnt want to wait. Again I got no response. I emailed for the third time and the answer I got was that he was moving locations and to give him a couple of days and he would take care of it. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with my credit card company. All the while still trying to call and get my money. Do not order anything from this company. You will be ripped off.

Good products, just takes their time shipping.

VERY friendly staff! The gentleman who helped us answered every question explained how certain things were mad and even gave us a tour of the process while it was happening!!

What happened to your website ?

Ordered from them months ago. Nothing has arrived. One response about two months ago saying sorry its on the way. Since then no response by email and the phone is continually busy. Avoid.

Could not freaking find the store.
