Billing transparency issue. At set up was told unit was to be billed through insurance - made it seem as a one time charge. Since Oct2020 to this date, I have been receiving monthly statements with balances for deductibles towards me. Now I am being explained they bill the unit on a 10 month period. Wish I knew beforehand...

Update: after posting the review the manager reached out to me. I was assigned a different tech. The fit me with a different type of mask temporarily that allowed my open sores to heal. On 4/29 I finally received my proper mask. Therefore I am raising my rating to 3 starsThey promise to call you back, then do not. This happened when I initially tried to get my equipment eleven months ago and is happening now. I called stating I needed a new CPAP mask. Receptionist stated she would check eligibility and would call me right back. After two days I called them, confirmed eligibility and was transferred to a tech. She promised the mask I needed would be in next week. I have been waiting for over a month with two more calls with the same next week. The last time I checked on the status I pointed out that there must be some way to track the order. Instead the tech got curt and stated she would phone me when they got in. Two more weeks and still waiting.

I was sent there by our childs pulmonary doctor.... I found out they didnt take our insurance... I was contacted by another company (HME Specialist) that did take our insurance so I tried to return the new unused equipment the next day... I was told since its medical equipment they dont allow refunds... I notice they rent out equipment and have people return it but wont let you return new equipment the next day... after my cordial attempt to return it - I was told sarcastically to have a nice day!.... they dont follow there own mission statement of quality patient care and patient rights.... it seems like all they want is your money and once they have it- they wont let it go... so I do not recommend them... Bad sign when owners respond only to good reviews- are the bad reviews incorrect?... need a response?...

My wife was having trouble with her Cpap machine for a couple of days. I called on a Tuesday and was told a service technician was going to call us to troubleshoot the problem. Called again on that Wedsnesday service technician never called back. Finally spoke to Victoria she personally handled the problem with no issues. My wife was very impressed with the time and care Victoria took to make sure there were no further issues with her CPAP.
