We went in midday and was quite busy. Lillian came right over to help and spoke with me for some time about paint while waiting in line. Only waited about 15-20min in line. The color mixer did an amazing job matching perfect to our 4 color picks. We bought 27 gallons of paint and was very happy with the price. They also gave me 10% Veterans discount which made this my new favorite paint store! Very happy with the service and cost of this store.

Best prices, just make sure you dont buy used white paint they can come out grayish. Make sure they prepare your whites paint. Lesson learned

Customer service is awful, you walk in and they see you as if youre interfering with their conversation. Not coming back to this one for sure.

Unfortunately, this place has an awful way of creating the colors. The colors that I originally picked were not the colors I received.. I worked with the colors they gave me so that I wouldn’t need to return them and so that I wouldn’t be rude. I didn’t have enough of one of the paint colors that they made, so I returned to get more of the same paint. Well... they didn’t end up having the exact color that they gave us before. So, now I have to repaint the whole room another color.The prices are great, but the method they use for the paint color isn’t that great.

I purchased gray paint from this store went home and it was blue went back and they wanted to charge me more. I ended up going to another paint store on Joe battle and Montwood its called PPP El Paso and Juarez paint and the gentleman there offered to fix the paint so I wouldnt spend more money and when I asked how much he was going to charge to fix it he said whatever you want to give me definitely going back to PPP paint they just gained a customer! Actually customers because my mom loved how it turned out and went and bought paint. Dont come to this place its just bad I am never going back.

Poor service long lines. Paint wasnt mixed well... the second time made the difference... returned some rollers .. they did a better job the second time around....good prices..

Price is good but be prepared to sit and wait for a very long time, even if youre the only customer there. 5 gallon bucket took 1 hour and 16 mins to make. The time before that took over 2 hours but I ordered more paint that day.
