Well I made a reservation with Sra. Barron for our party Saturday. She called me today Wednesday- 3 days before the party and said - sorry - we are out of chairs. Unreliable and now I am definitely in a jam. Be careful when making reservations with A1 Party Rentals!

Terrible service, called to ask a question and after she said no she hung up on me right when I was about to ask another question. Never calling her again.

Rented some tables for a house warming my wife and I had. The owners are neighbors of ours and are very nice and courteous. We had a nice chat while they helped us load some tables and chairs into my truck. They also deliver. Great people! The items we rented were in great condition as well.

I have used their services many times for over 9 years. She always has great customer service, the prices cant be beat and they are flexible with pick up times.They saved me last year when I had a surplus of guest show up. I called mid party and requested 50 more chairs and more tables.... They showed up shortly after and her son helped us set up the stuff. Love them!

Dont know what the other two were talking about but the lady is really nice. Tables and chairs shows a little sign of wear but you cant beat the price. She also works with you on the times you can return the items back. She charges a $25 deposit and you get it right back upon returning. Dont forget your drivers license when showing up.

Scam/Ripped off! Prices are low but that was the only good thing. We were over charged, and when I called to let the owner know, she said she was aware of the over charge and would correct it when we returned the products. My husband took the tables and chairs back after use & the gentleman that helped him said he couldnt find the paperwork and didnt give my husband the refund of the overcharge. I called the owner back to let her know, and in her words let me get the paperwork & I will call you back so we can meet to give you the refund. Needless to say I never heard back from her. Poor customer service, avoid using this company if you can!

Person who answers the phone is very rude. They just hang up on you, if they cant speak English. How do you have a business in this country and cant speak the damn language.. smh.
