I purchased several buckets of asphalt sealer and asked the employee the best application method. He recommended buying two special purpose applicators. I returned about a week later to purchase more sealer and to return one of the applicators as it was not used. I was informed no returns allowed. I showed him the applicator was never used and reminded him that it was purchased on his recommendation. He refused the return. I was there to buy more sealer and only asking that the return be credited to the new sale. Horrible customer service!
