Tuxedo Junction supplied the suits for our wedding and were absolutely amazing! The service, the staff and the price were outstanding! We felt so so lucky to have such amazing people to speak with even during a really difficult time for the wedding industry! I had my wedding just over a week ago and found certain members of staff to be extremely rude, considering they are a tailoring establishment they belittled a groomsmen about his size. Which I personally think is unforgivable.Admittedly due to flu i was late returning the suits however this was not chased until the fine was incurred. I was met with a very rude inconsiderate and unmanned lady who would not give eye contact just repeatedly told me I needed to pay a fine and it is not their job to chase, her manner was robotic. She continued to say the card machine wasnt working and to write my personal card details on a pad of paper. I declined to do this and asked her to ring me when it was working. Funnily enough she rang me at 8.55 sharp the next morning to chase the funds. On talking to her she refused to listen and dismissed it as business is booming and we do not need yours when I said I wouldnt be recommending it. She also said she was doing me a favour out of good will letting me rent the suits. I replied with i paid for the service of renting the suits and none was given in good will. I feel like they thought I was disgruntled about the fine however I had already said I accepted this and I would pay, my gripe was their rudeness and attitude.The suits were very nice however the attitude from staff is appalling and airs on the side of snobbery and it is apparent that some customer service training would not go amiss. I would not recommend not a nice experience at all.

Excellent service from Nigel, Kirsty & Sue. Needing a suit for my Grandsons First Holy Communion, all very last minute. Nothing was a problem going above and beyond to accommodate us. Massive thank you. He looked wonderful & felt extremely smart & spoilt.

Used this company for our wedding in 2018 and have hired individual suits since then for other events. Staff are friendly and welcoming and seem to know their stuff! Suits are well priced and great quality. Highly recommended!

We used tuxedo junction for our wedding on Saturday. The men looked great in their suits but my little boy stole the show.It wasnt easy getting my 2 year old to try on his suit and had to make a few trips but the staff were brilliant and understanding.Will be using them again and recommending to friendsThank youNaomi and Colin x

I booked them for my wedding 18 months in advance. I wanted the groom to have a silver waistcoat and the 6 grooms men to have purple waistcoats. We spent a lot of time getting measurements etc for all the groomsmen and when I called to confirm our booking 2 weeks before the wedding it turned out they had ordered all silver waistcoats. I understand this was a simple mistake but their attitude when I told them of this mistake was Tough, this is what we have and this is what you will get!Luckily we found a supplier in Newport who could supply exactly what I wanted at short notice and we booked with them but we lost our deposit of £100 with Tuxedo Junction, even though they the ones unable to fulfil my order!
