The people are fine but the stores raise and lower prices on the products I buy constantly! If a coupon should lower your price by a dollar, they raise the price by a dollar in order to keep the coupon money. You get no benefit from it. You can get a lower price if you enter your phone number into their computer. Why? How about if you go back to being a store that sells stuff for consistent prices and stop harvesting information about your customers. Just a store. People like that, but people dont like the way you are now.
The gasoline at this Walmart is very poor. Anytime I fill up in El Reno, my vehicle always has acceleration problems afterwards. Doesn’t matter what grade or if it contains ethanol, the gas always cause problems. The acceleration problem goes away when I fill up at a different Walmart. None of the other Walmart’s (in this state and the surrounding ones) that I have bought gas at have I had this problem. Poor place, poor gas.
The old lady that just started working there is horrible!! She is very very slow and rude. I come to that store very day to buy cigarettes. Im 53years old but she IDs me every time. She turned 2 people way in front of me because they didnt have ID. Trust me they looked over 40. Please get someone in there that knows what is going on!!!!!
This place is going downhill especially with the new Amazonian woman attendant. Besides being rude she does not know her job well and all the customers are backed up frustrated standing in the heat.
Quite often I have to go here 10-15 minutes before closing and nobody ever comes to the window. Very frustrating
The blond that is currently working there is rude, unfriendly and honestly makes me avoid the store. She either hates her job, hates working with people or thinks shes better than I am. I heard another female say she was rude as well. I will confront the issue and ask her myself if she doesnt become a professional real quick.
Fast place to get gas, good prices.
No receipt provided at pump. Bathroom out of order and closed. I should have bought my gas across the street.
