My car experienced some damage after another car crashed into it. Admittedly, I know very little about cars and a bit intimated whenever I have to visit a repair shop. In addition, it was somewhat frustrating to work with my insurance. But the people here were fair, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They were responsive and reliable in supporting me through the repair process and working with my insurance provider to ensure my car is as good as new. It was thoroughly fixed in a timely manner. I can’t recommend this family owned, local shop enough!

Went to Expo Collision based on the Google and Yelp reviews. They were all 100% accurate.Honesty and Proficiency: I came here for a third opinion on some brake issues I was having. The previous two shops gave me completely different answers, so I needed an accurate, honest diagnosis.Place A: told me my front brakes were fine. Back brakes needed replacing.Place B: told me I needed new struts, mounts, and a front brake job.Expos quickly confirmed that neither of the two shops was exactly right. They said my struts were leaking, but that was normal for an 11-year old car. He explained that I did NOT have to replace them...that it was completely up to me, as this was more o a quality of the ride issue, and not necessary for proper or safe operation of the vehicle. He did confirm that the back brakes needed to be replaced. They also noted a slight crack in the serpentine belt, but said that I did NOT need to replace it...just something to keep an eye on.He went through every single item in detail, quoted me a price, and explained why it was or was not necessary.When I came back to pick up my car, the price was exactly what he quoted me.All of the guys were extremely friendly and courteous. They offered me coffee, and volunteered to give me a ride home or to work,I will definitely be going back, as well as recommending Expo Collision to everybody I know.

Great experience. My car (BMW 7 series) sustained major damage after a car backed into the passenger side. Door had to be replaced. Expo did a fantastic job with the paint, color matching very well. Car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of a reliable body shop.

Ive been going to Shane for over 10 years and Ive known him before that for even longer. Great guy and a pleasure to do business with every time.I do not know what the other reviewer is talking about, maybe it is the wrong shop because I have never experienced something like that neither has all my friends and family I have sent to him.
