I am not happy with The Parts Department. My Warranty company used them for the parts on my 2012 Hyundai Equus. They claim it is original OEM air spring but when it was installed it squeaked and rattled for 4 days until it finally died. I cant prove it but I think they sold me a junk yard air spring as if it were new. Then they threw a huge fit when trying to get them to back the part with parts and labor under the 12 months. Ira was very cranky to my service guy.

Got a transmission from this place it failed during warranty period .in aug.of 2019 i spoke to Ira he said he would get right on it since that time in aug. of 2019 Ira has told me no less than 4 times that the replacement transmission had shipped and he would track it and call me back .Now it is the end of jan. 2020 and still have no repacement transmission.

Stay away from here. Rude team and shady

I have worked with The Parts Department team for over 25 years. Ira and his staff are professional, experienced and they are great at delivering the best parts and the best price and that equals value.

If i could give 0 stars i would horrible custermor service and horribe work my 2010 srt only got 6000 miles before it blew up and the guy says your lucky to have gotton those miles and asked were i got the number you sir were a jerk they will never call back they promised for 2 weeks and never called my transmission guy and this guy juan should lose his job for talking to people like he does .. The inspecter told u guys that it blew up cause of the horrible rebuild u guys did still refused to warrenty there bad transmission horrible horrible people and i hope cna national drops u guys at least cna steped up and did the right thing unlike u horrible people .Cna said we dont even want u to touch the transmission now thats bad on u guys but good for me cause i got a better guy rebuilding your garbage you guys suck and are rude as hell..... 3 days later and still no call back your company is a joke and i hope cna drops u. Hhahah still no call u guys suck been like a week or two

Real bad business, stay a way

Stay away from this company! Its too bad there isnt an option for zero stars. The Parts Department sent an engine through an extended warranty company. The engine had an extensive oil leak from the right cylinder head gasket. Spoke with Ira in February and he said he would send another engine. I waited FIVE months on three different engines. When I would call to check on the status of the engine, Ira would say, Let me check with my builder and call you back or Ill call you back with a tracking number or Its stuck in a warehouse in Memphis. The problem is, he would never call back. Seventeen times he failed to call me back. He later admitted via email that he never sent an engine because he didnt know what was wrong with the original one. I ended up repairing the engine because I was tired of the B.S. Here we are eight months later and they refuse to pay the $4,100 repair.
