Beautiful packaging and it smells AMAZING! But every time I use it my face burns then goes numb. I cant have it on my skin for more than 4 seconds and I tried it twice. Safe to say I wont be using it again, hopefully no one else experiences this as I believe its an allergy. I let my friends try it and the same thing happened to them. Do a spot test before putting this product on your face!

The products are awesome. I am teen and I suffered trying to find the right skin care products for me and Florence by mills has literally changed everything for me. They have made me more confident and happy with myself. I highly recommend!

First off - this review is not about the actual products as my daughter loves them but the absolute appalling customer service from FBM. I live in the UK and placed an order for $96. Tracking info provided which I kept checking, after 3 weeks I contacted them because the parcel wasnt moving (must be lost) but it was like talking to a brick wall!If they do bother to answer your emails they dont actually answer anything youre asking and just try to fob you off. To cut a long story short I bombarded them with emails and used the live chat on their website and basically wouldnt leave them alone. Gave me every excuse under the sun but I have eventually had a refund. Also I opened a dispute with PayPal.I will never order direct from them again. Its not the products, its their stinking customer service and Im sure Millie Bobby Brown wouldnt want them treating people the way they do! Anyone in a similar position - just keep forwarding your emails to them over and over and use the live chat on the website. If I wasnt so persistent I would be £70 down.

Don’t place an order... I placed my order on November 28, 2020 for over a $100.00 purchase. My order has not been delivered. Customer service is non existent and when you call their number you will not get a call back. Calling the better business bureau. Don’t make my mistake.

I received a sample in the mail from Florence by mills it’s called Mirror Magic illuminating body moisturizer it so amazing I makes my hands so smooth and it has a little bit of glitter in. Thank you # FLORENCEPANEL

Terrible service. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. I havent gotten my order yet. We paid extra for 2 day shipping as this was a gift. The party came and went several days ago. Still no package. In the meantime I have emailed and emailed with no response to my issue. They dont have a phone number. I will never again order from a company that doesnt spring for a phone number with customer service. So irritating to be ignored. I dont even want the items at this point. I will never spend my money again on a company that treats customers this way.
