2 years ago, the bed was purchased and installed. All good. Love the concept. Love the bed. However, there are a couple of design concerns I wished I had been aware of:1) I ordered a custom paint color at an upcharge. Any nicks show as a little white spot. I wished I had stayed with a wood finish.2) The mechanism for the legs works, but I worry the legs would break, collapse or be compromised if not careful to make sure legs were exactly perpendicular to floor, or if a kiddo bounced on the bed. Problem inexpensively solved with a pair of dorm room style risers to set at hinges for bed legs. The 2 risers support the weight of the bed, making it (seem to me) more stable..

Wonderful experience with ordering, delivery and putting together our bed. The instructional videos with each step make assembling the bed so easy. There was plenty of hardware and even a few extra pieces. The bed looks terrific and my brother and I assembled it ourselves in less than 7 hours and we are in our mid seventies!! I would highly recommend Wilding Wallbeds to anyone in the market for a quality piece of furniture. Thank you for quality from start to finish and everywhere in between!!

Jan at the El Segundo showroom helped me with my selections, made the order process swift and easy, and made special arrangements for a custom installation schedule due to my travel plans. My gorgeous new wallbed was delivered on time as promised and set up by experts Frankie and Andrew in no time at all. My newly decorated guest bedroom is gorgeous, and as my son says the disappearing bed system is “way cool”! This is by far the most beautiful piece of furniture in my home-Thank you Wilding Wallbeds!

Wilding Wallbeds has a very nice showroom with most of the bed designs on display. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful when we asked questions but otherwise did not bother us while we were looking around. The prices are reasonable and the beds are good quality. There were a lot of options to pick from; however, they do not allow too much customization without added cost. They prefer you buy one of their premade designs.

After a lot of internet searching to try to provide some extra space in a small room, I found Wilding Wallbeds. Thank goodness! It was great to be able to go to a showroom and see, firsthand, the quality and craftsmanship. Was also able to check out the various mattress options to find the perfect one. Brian Peck was great to work with. No pressure; but very knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to make our selection of options. Thanks!

We went to the store in El Segundo this morning. Really nice store with more selection on the floor to see than we expected. The two team members working in the store were super knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is made to order and pretty much every decision is customizable with many options. They took great pride in the product and the company that they work for. It was really important for us that these beds are made in the US, and of high quality materials. We were thrilled that their Murphy beds are...right in Utah. We did our final measurements at home and placed the order. It could not have been a better experience. Hopefully, they arrive in the promised 6-8 weeks.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Brian was a great help. We love the shop because of quality of the furniture and the fact that we can actually see different styles in a showroom. The prices are good and the installation is really a value.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my bookcase wallbed. The quality and craftsmanship are superior. It affords me the space I wanted in my living room and yet provides a perfect bed. People cant believe its really a bed until l open it and show them. Jan, in the El Segundo store, was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful and made the entire experience wonderful. We LOVE wilding wallbeds! Ive been sleeping on them for years and not only are they incredibly comfortable, but beautiful and expertly made as well. Customer service is always friendly, prompt, and helpful. They dont oversell which is refreshing. I really cant say enough about how wonderful this company and these beds are. Its being run by good, honest people, which is something I will always support.

A Murphy bed made the most sense for a multi-use room with limited space. After finding several showrooms within driving distance, I would start my shopping quest in El Segundo on my way home from work. I notoriously comparative shop and expect to have my checklist of criteria met. At Wildings, there are more style options than one could have imaged: shelf, side cabinet, lighting, finish stain or color, and more. Jan was amazing to work with, customizing the unit to meet my specifications. Her insights were extremely helpful in making decisions about the details. With all criteria met, I found no reason to shop around. The order was confidently placed.

Brian is the consummate sales person. He walked us through all the options and finishes with absolutely no sales pressure to ensure we had all the info to make an informed decision. We are very happy with our purchase.

Found them on the web and came down to shop. I moved into a new apartment with tight living quarters and I wanted it to be as practical as possible. Their showroom was beautiful with all different types of wall-beds throughout the space. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but Rich asked me the right questions to really get me going and helped me figure out which wall bed would be the best option. All of their wall beds are hand made and are quite sturdy. The one that really caught my eye--could transition from an office into a bed and keep my laptop and lamp on the desk while doing it. These guys really know their wall-beds and are just plain out nice guys. I would highly recommend this little gem.Yan

I had a great experience visiting the El Segundo showroom, Jan and Brian were extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the right wallbed for my situation. They walked me through the various woods and finishes as well as the material for the couch. Im very excited to for the arrival of my wallbed unit and couch.

We are downsizing from a large home in Rhode Island to a 2 bedroom condo in California. Someone mentioned that we might consider putting a murphy bed in our 2nd bedroom so we can use it more than occasionally. I did a lot of research online and was astounded to find that a murphy bed had drastically changed since i last saw one years ago! I was very impressed by the online presence of Wilding Wallbeds and the videos that gave me a good idea of their offerings. We decided to visit the El Segundo store. In fact, we visited 3 times and, Brian, was so patient explaining all the options provided. He was especially patient with us as we were moving such long distance and had many questions. We now await our move to California and look forward to the delivery and installation. To date, Wilding Wallbeds has provided excellent customer service.
