I love this store! Antonio was extremely patient and answered all my many questions. Riko also chimed in and the cohesion in this store is magnificent. I had been coming in this store for weeks asking questions about purchasing a new phone. I switched from teen mobile after 19 years because I didnt feel valued. The customer service at this Verizon is so incredible I switched companies. I feel valued and appreciated. The manager John is an excellent leader. I highly recommend this Verizon. I give great customer service, so I know when its genuine. Lastly, there was a very frustrated older guy in the store and Riko was so professional. Thank you Antonio!! This store represents Verizon is a positive light!!!

They could have charged me $100 if they wanted to fix my phone and I would have happily paid, but they are honest people and showed me it was just a quick fix. Amazing employees. Im so happy I could cry! If you want honesty and helpful phone repair, come here!!

Hands down best Verizon in the South Bay! Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. Absolutely loved the cleanliness and the service. I’ve been to a lot of stores and always hate the wait or the rude employees who don’t know answers to your concerns or know what to do and keep asking supervisors for assistance. Definitely recommend coming here you won’t regret it! Went in for help with my phone got it fixed and also grabbed some accessories.. great selection and variety.

This place is a joke. They make verizon corporate look bad. This is not a corporate store and they charge $25 for a sim card.

I had a great experience with the Guys at Verizon. They were welcoming and extremely helpful. They were able to get myself and my mom on an amazing plan .We were able to find parking with no problem. Did I mention free parking? :)-Store was clean- Knowledgable staff

I was one of those annoying customers that kept ordering accessories online. After 4 failed products I stopped in and not only did I get great accessories ( screen protector & a case) I ended up purchasing a new phone.Gorge was extremely helpful and helped me save a few bucks on my plan.The store was nice and clean & the beat part was that their is plenty of comfortable seating. We all know cell phone stores normally have the most uncomfortable seating.

Worst place to buy a phone. After 1 week it stopped working. No wonder they made me sign a paper that I can’t return it smh wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I bought a phone in Westwood but the rep there didnt set up my phone correctly. I went into the Verizon in El Segundo and Frank was super helpful, competent, customer service was great! He totally took care of everything. Great service with a smile and jokes!

Bought a used phone here, they told me it worked 100% good. I was leaving LA and told them I needed it to work good, because there was no chance to claim for it.
