This is one place I love to visit on the West Coast!!! The food is always consistent and the service at the El Segundo location was phenomenal.I went in about 11 pm after arriving at LAX so it wasnt the cleanest considering they closed at 1 AM (seats and floor had food particles) but even at this late hour staff were upbeat and ensured I had everything I needed. Ordered my favorite...a double double combo and it was hot and fresh. No complaints whatsoever. Happy camper until my next trip out west. 💖

Typical In-N-Out. Great staff, great attitudes even though the Friday traffic was around the building and dine-in was out the door. Animal Double Double and Fries were great. If you want bacon, A1, jalapenos etc. Better bring you own if you intend to cover up the flavor of a great American burger. Perhaps you can enlist the help of one - five guys if you need help covering up what a burger should taste like!

Great food. They are very efficient & organized. There was a huge line but they come to your vehicle to take your order and it moved very quickly. Impressed all around tbh.

The service is fast, burgers taste great, but the fries are bland and not crispy enough. They provide salt and pepper packets which is fair enough. And the animal fries are always an option for more flavor. I suppose fresh potatoes dont get crispy without some extra steps.

Made to order, quality tasting burgers and their shakes are the best. The fries are so so but hey I always get them. The value is incredible, these days most burger joints are like $10 for a burger but In-N-Out you’re looking at $2.65

Im from out of town. I stopped here on my way to LAX. It did not live up to its name. It took 30 minutes to get food. That added a little stress to the departure even though I was well ahead of schedule. I also did not get my burger as ordered. I ordered a plain double-double. When I drove away it had sauce, onions, etc. It was a very annoying experience.

Nothing like a Double Double after a late night trip from Boston! That’s when you know you are at home. The burger to perfection! It hit the spot. Thank you for staying open late!

In n out is well worth the long lines and the waiting. The staff is consistently friendly. The food is consistently delicious. I just learned they have an extra large milkshake size and you can order a neapolitan shake!?! Did you know you can also order a Arnold Palmer drink there? Neither did I.

Pretty conveniently fast and cheap, I must say. I think I spent like 7 or 8 bucks on burger fries and a shake. Not bad food. Buns are always burned and kinda hard. Not just from this location. In texas too. But yeah..... good place good place.

Service is great. Had what appeared to be a stack of cars in the drive thru, but they were handled efficiently, and our order was handled quickly and efficiently with smiles all around. Was disappointed in the fries though. After seeing the sign that they were always fresh, ours definitely were not, and even with a ton of ketchup just couldnt finish them. The burgers ere good though. Exactly how I remembered after being out of state for a number of years.

Wanted to try the legendary burgers that every west coast person talks about. It was good but nothing mind blowing. The beef patty itself was masked by the sauce and toppings. I think shake shack’s beef is flavored better. Fries were alright. Good burger but not worth all the hype.

Fast service except for my experience, friendly staff. Went at 1am, they didnt make my burger. Apparently their printer for my order was blank. Had to park in front from the drive through and wait extra 7 minutes. Staff apologize and its understandable it wasnt intentional. Never thought in my life my order could have been delayed via printer issue. Hopefully for the future they can double check and read what has been printed.

Plenty of parking, close to the airport, clean inside and out with lots of outdoor seating too. And of course the burgers are delicious!

Stopped by for hot chocolate in the sudden downpour, but the service wait time was almost ten minutes with very little customers waiting. The worst thing was the hot chocolate was only warm and was very gritty. They usually have the best hit cocoa around, not this time.

Delicious, friendly and FAST!! We are in the area for a week and will definitely be back!! This fast food was actually FAST!! Service was served up with all smiles! Was really impressed with how amazing everything was, everyone was so polite and proper. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!Safe to say new In-N-Out fan here : )

Old faithful. Reliable & consistent in their burgers. Usually quite busy, & prefer to go through the indoor checkout.

My local In-N-Out busy as ever but full of Happy kids serving you burgers and fries. My go-to place after baseball practice and apparently after team practice for most of the local kids in the area.

Dont let the long drive thru line fool you. Order take in is always quick & the food great. -grilled onions-

Greatest fast food burgers by far in my opinion!

I have always said that In- N Out has very delicious cheeseburgers ( I like them with grilled onions), but their french fries are sub- standard, company wide I must add. You can find better fries at McDonalds, Carls or even Jack. I usually get crumb fries in my orders to go but this time even in my seat in tray found these unpalatable little ones.😕

Nice and clean environment. The burger and the fries...what can I say?? THEY ARE EXCELLENT!! Highly recommended!!

Double burger and animal fries are delicious!

Our order was timely and everyone was very friendly. The bun of my dbl dbl was on the cool side, but the beef was hot and delicious.

This was the VERY first place a friend and I visited once arriving in LA for 4 days. The hype the place gets can honestly be toned down a bit. I’m no burger connoisseur, but it’s simply a good burger. Eliminate the “YO, YOU MOST DEFINITELY GOTTA” because you don’t. Service wasn’t expeditious but it was great. The place was very clean considering how busy it was.

I didnt like it at all. The burger was smaller than the bread. If you want bread, lettuce, tomato and onions this is the spot for you. The staff was the only thing that I enjoyed. Maybe it was too late in the evening. They were closing in an hour. Maybe I will try again during the day. Not in my top anything for burger spots.

My grandmother came by and the staff were very rude, they double charged her for our shakes and then gave us mediocre cold burgers. I usually enjoy their service but this left a sour taste in my mouth.

This spot is a delicious must-have as soon as you arrive in Los Angeles (there are two just outside of LAX). My go to burger is the Double Double with grilled onions instead of raw onions. It’s one of my favorite burgers because it’s so simple, delicious, and inexpensive. Highly recommend this to any burger enthusiast. Although the burger is AMAZING, I’m not a huge fan of the fries. Again double-double with grilled onions. They also have animal style which includes the grilled onions and pickles.

Order well done French fries, well I know now its not my thing.

The maximum rating for any fast food restaurant is 4 points from me and IN-n-Out deserved it well. Double-double is very good. They offer free hot peppers which is a big bonus. I do not like the fries and no mayo is a minus...however try it. You will only regret it (and only afterwards) if on a diet 😜

Visiting L.A have heard of this joint all over tv and social media plus lines was long at every location we passed. We decided to try it burger was good the fries belonged in the trash. They need to get a different brand of fries my Down South tastes buds did not approve

Love their burgers finally got the chance to try it after my friends recommended me to eat here. The staffs were friendly and nice the menus is limited but if you know the secret menu than you have more options. Usually busy but not too busy after 7pm. Definitely recommend this burger apot.

Got an order of fries Anda chocolate shake. Theories tasted like they were leftover for a week and the shake was overfrozenand took about10 min to be able to draw through the straw. Hadnt been to InNOut since beginning of Pandemic. Will not return anymore

Your classic In-N-Out with several okay shops nearby and a great gym to burn off any of those extra fries you sneak in! Close to plenty of parks and the beach, but like all you may find heavy traffic!

No traffic and the food was great as always and got my order spot on. Great customer service from the staff very friendly. Even got stickers for my niece.

Waited a half hour to get “fast food” at 8:30 pm. It’s the only thing that stops me from going there more. Burgers are great - can’t get over the wait.

Nice burgers but most of the stuff are not friendly. They are really not doing their job correctly and they just want to talk but never listen to the customers. Again this is not the first time for me in this branch and I really want to get better experience. Also, since this branch is the nearest one to me I come to it regularly and almost always the french fries is cold and old even though I tell them to make it fresh and hot but 🤷🏻‍♂️

First time at an In-N-Out. My friend grew up in West Covina and he always goes to an In-N-Out when he returns home. I was taken back by the long line of cars waiting for a burger. Im thinking to myself whats the big deal. Im texting my friend as we are sitting in line asking him if it is worth the wait. We got the burgers and I gotta say the yukon smelled like heaven. I couldnt dig in until we got back to my friends place. I gotta tell ya, it was some good burgers. I would definitely go back! UPDATE: Back in HB again and we stopped at InNOut and the bruger was grdat. Milkshake was great. McDonalds has the best fries.

Always fantastic! Looking to save calories and avoid some carbs but maintain some flavor? My recommendation is the Double Double, protein-style, whole grilled onion, and a medium Arnold Palmer Lite (iced tea & sugar free lemonade)... Hope you like it!

In n Out Burger is reminiscent of old school diners from the 50s, 60s and 70s when people wore bell bottoms, poodle skirts and it was the place to go get foos after the sockhop, or dance, or drive in movie theater. Its old school themed on the inside. They serve simple burgers and fries, sodas and milkshakes- strawberry, chocolate or vanilla are your choices.

Good service, well attended. People talked to me about this burgers, I expected more but is just good.

Drive thru is faster than indoor ordering.
