Ive never had a problem with their in person service. When I called on the phone, the rep was extremely rude. He said, I dont have time to tell you how much an oil change costs. Zero customer service and professionalism. Ill never go there again. I will go to my dealership any day over thebrude Jiffy Lube representative.

On a really hot day the staff at Jiffy Lube did a great job changing my oil, checked air filter, vacuumed floors, checked all fluids and tire pressure. On my receipt I got a service checklist which showed me the overall status of my vehicle. All the while Im sitting in an air conditioned waiting room. Good Job!

Best service Ive had in a long time

Service is terrible at this Jiffy lube now. Not very personable and was out of stock of an air filter and did not tell so I had to question it. Also had my dash display all messed up and did not return to the proper setting and I had to return to get them to do that. Must have changed ownership because I never had that bad of service there in the past.

The Eldersburg team is very kind, thorough, and efficient. They were considerate of my budget and didnt charge me for services I didnt need (for example, I asked them to change all my wiper blades, but the rear blade didnt need to be replaced, so they knocked that off the list). Its rare that you can rely on that kind of transparency these days and Im very grateful for it. This is why I prefer Jiffy Lube over other service centers in the area.

This center refused to use anything on my car other than synthetic oil. The service manual for my car does not specify synthetic only, and they pushed hard for it to the point of refusing service.

Great quality and prices. All employees were kind and knowledgeable and I will keep going back.

What can I say? These guys are great across the board.

They noticed a screw in my tire, through the side wall. Went and got me a new tire from another store and got me on my way within 35 minutes. So glad they were thorough and I didnt end up with a flat somewhere on the side of the highway.

Awesome service and professional

I really love this Jiffy Lube. The technicians work quickly and do excellent work. Also they’ll show you what they’re doing and will clearly explain if they run into any issues. I had my brakes replaced today and the technician brought me in to show me there were issues with one of the studs, told me he would try to repair the stud if he could, and let me know he could replace it if he wasn’t able to repair it. I really can’t recommend them enough, they’re fair priced and have downright by me every time.

Wonderful service! Friendly and knowledgeable srltaff. I had a coupon fir an oil change that my phone decided to eat! The attendant was sooo patient.. This is my second experience at this location and i have zero complaints. I will definitely be using them in the future.

These guys were fantastic. A gentleman with longer hair answered all of my questions and a nice lady a the front desk helped me figure out what I was going to do with my car. Great service by both of these kids - really impressed and grateful.

Fantastic service. Quick, friendly and proficient. Went over all recommended services but no pressure. When I turned down an item due to budget restraints, the team made a couple of recommendations so I could afford it in the near future. They not only cared about my car, but me, too!

Blown away by how efficient they were. I was in & out in less than 10min for an oil change. Checked my fluids & my brakes. I did opt out of the brake change.... never had a place be as on point as they were. The lady clerk, unfortunately i dont remember her name, she was AWESOME. ..I waited a week to post. I still felt their customer service needed to be acknowledged after that cuznothing went wrong. Thats how much of an impression they made on me.

Called them on the phone asked for a price to do break pads all around got a quote of 190. Called two days later to confirm and see if I could drop my truck off after they close to have it done first thing in the morning. Then they said that it was 190 per axle. So I talked to the manager and we worked it out that I would buy my own pads and he would only charge me labor 120/hour and it would take two hours to complete 1 hour for the front, 1 for the back. Got there handed them my keys and break pads. They were finished in 30 minutes and charged me over 250 dollars. Then when I asked for the manager again he said that it’s a fixed rate. Every time I talked to them it was something different. Me and my fam will never be going here again.

Super fast and friendly. They made the simple task of an oil change just that, simple and fast, after Walmart lube center wasted 2 hours of my time and told me they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t get the skid plate off bottom of car. Will be using the jiffy lube location from now on.

I guess the 5 star reviews are the lucky customers.my wife had the oil changed in her 2018 Honda CRVluckily we only live a couple of miles from the place.when she got home i noticed a puddle of oil under her car.Guess What - LOOSE OIL PLUG!!!Really??? its not rocket science to change the oil!!!

All they are interested in is making money. Not whats best for the car or customer. The told me my truck REQUIRED synthetic oil and when I questioned it and said I dont think thats right, the answer was most cars made after 2015 need synthetic. Some stock, BS answer to get me to spend $100+ instead of $50. Never going there again. Going somewhere that actually knows something more about cars than oil and selling.

The eldersburg jiffy lube team embodies the jiffy lube brand. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of. I dont feel that they unnecessarily upsell services but only recommend the services they truly believe are needed or are required at that time.

Brought my vehicle back after leaking oil following an oil change. Jiffy Lube told me they couldn’t find the leak. Dealership says oil filter was barely hand tight, and the engine compartment is now covered in oil. Lost a customer, guys.

Been here many times but I never left a review until today. The Jiffy Lube in Eldersburg deserves more then 5 stars. The service is great and the employees are very respectful and polite. They get you in and out just like the sign says in a Jiffy you will never get this at Walmart.

This place is the best. Everyone is super-polite. They open doors for you, smile, make conversation, and are just very pleasant. I love going to the Sykesville Jiffy Lube.

Pretty disappointed with this place, they changed my oil and then asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated, so I agreed to have it done. They rotated them and I dont think they balanced them! My car rode really rough after they did the work, I ended up taking it to Bay Area Tire to get them to fix it, so I basically paid twice to have work done that Jiffy Lube should have done properly in the first place. Never again will I use the Jiffy Lube in Eldersburg for anything.

Jiffy Lube at Eldersburg are pretty consistently friendly, customer- focused. I no longer feel like I am being taken advantage of in terms of upselling from jiffy lube (not specific to Eldersburg). Here is one of the reasons why -- The computer graphic system showing the customers where they are in the process of their maintenance is very helpful and demonstrates transparency. They also have up to date information on the employees training on the wall. Today the manager Sean and Darrell were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I was out in ten minutes. They also helped me with a windshield wiper issue at no charge. Extremely helpful. All around a great experience. The workers were very professional. Good job jiffy lube. It is refreshing experience.

On 12/1/2016 I Visited this jiffy lube and had the most awesome experience in customer service, car care I ever had in my 53yrs on earth,I was driving my wifes car a 97 mercedes c230 and had oil spilled all over the engine,the Manager that was there at about 6pm cleaned the oil from the engine,refilled my fluids and wished me happy holidays,I dont live in Eldersburg but I would urge everybody that does to go to this jiffy lube for oil changes and car care because the staff here put customer & car care as their top priority!!!!!

Got turned away at the new wallMart because they dont do walkins. Headed over to this jiffy lube and they made everything right, oil change and information on the cars needed work (which I said no to for now). However I paid extra and asked about vacuuming the interior and they said they would and did... but looking at the car literally nothing could have been vacuumed in my opinion. So one star off for that. Shrugs. I cleaned my car out myself later that day with a shop vac but it would have been nice not to have to.
