I had my wedding invitations printed here in 2015 and I was thrilled with them. So when we decided to start homeschooling I knew whatever materials I needed to decorate our homeschool space I could count on copy post. They have not disappointed me! But also, theyre human, running a small business during a global pandemic. Even if that werent the case everybody deserves some Grace now and then. I hope all their customers can have the decency to accept that occasionally mistakes happen! I personally have had nothing but a positive experience at Copy Post and always reccomend them.

I am happy with printing and installment of window decals. I love the shirts and mask that were designed and printed for my business. Thank you for great service, I will be back and refer others as well.

I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review. They are running this business into the ground after 20+ successful years when the previous owner sold it. So sad! Customer service. Well, there isn’t any. The family employees are rude and lazy!! They don’t even know the first thing about their own business. And don’t have them pack anything! It will get broken and they won’t honor the insurance. My daughter just went there to buy a box and no one even tried to help. It took them 35 minutes to price a box and it cost $12!! What has happened to this business??? Don’t support! Don’t waste your time or money!

Was just in Copy Post. Very disappointed. Shipped a package last Thursday, needing it to arrive by Saturday. Could have shipped it 2-4 day, no guarantee, for $13.00. Paid $30 to have it arrive Friday. Was told it would definitely be there Friday by the lovely young lady working the counter. (she really was lovely, we had a nice conversation)It is now Tuesday and UPS tracking puts it out on the truck with delivery by end of day today. I was told today at Copy Post that it was shipped ground, but that almost always gets there by the next day. Apparently since the word guarantee was not explicitly used by her, even though she assured me twice it would be there by Friday, I am not entitled to a refund of the difference I paid between the 2 choices. He told me she was probably trying to save me some money. While I appreciate that thought, I should be given all the information I need to make an informed decision about what shipping I need to use to actually get the package there when it needs to be.I was apparently not even the only person this happened to last Thursday. He told me another lady had come in this morning with the same problem. I understand if I had been fully informed that I was taking a chance on the package not arriving by Saturday I would not be entitled to a refund. That was not the case. I was not even offered another choice of shipping. Surely my saying the package has to arrive by Saturday would have led to a discussion of true next day delivery. I thought thats what I was paying for!Terrible customer service. Will not be back.

I brought a laptop computer in to have packaged and set to a repair facility. It arrived at the facility physically damaged, the case looking as if it had been dropped on a concrete floor. However, the package showed no external damage. I have absolutely no doubt the damage happened at Copy Post and they sent it out anyway hoping the carrier would be held responsible. The Copy Post owner was completely dismissive and just shrugged off the whole thing. The repair facility felt sorry for me and repaired the computer free of charge. I wouldnt trust Copy Post with mailing out cotton balls.

UPDATE: Half of the RSVP envelopes that were printed were crooked...and there were only 74 envelopes. I bought these envelopes and delivered them to the store unopened...the count was 110. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY PRINTING NEEDS.I inquired about having envelopes printed. I was told I could drop the envelopes off and have them the same day. I emailed the file to be printed in both word and PDF along the actual font file (it was a specific font that needed to be used). They printed out a test when I dropped the envelopes off to make sure the font worked.24 hours later, only one batch of envelopes had been printed...with the wrong font. After calling several times and eventually showing up...the large envelopes still were not printed. I ended up taking them with me blank.They also taped down the flaps of the envelopes of the A1s without asking.All in all it was a terrible experience. I wish they had just said they didnt have proper equipment to print envelopes.

I have gone to this store countless times for copying and other services. The people are very friendly and efficient. Prices are very fair.

I cant even provide any stars. I sent in a pre-made invitation design to be printed on cardstock. When I showed up - the invitations were not cut so I requested cutting. By the time I got out to my car to look at the invites, the cuts were not straight showing uneven amounts of white. I requested envelopes that were provided but didnt have any adhesive for closing. And the heavy weighted paper requested was only on 1 invite, the rest were on just a slightly thicker version of printed paper. WORST service ever - will never return - which is unfortunate because I prefer to support local.

Great place to go when you need things to do done
