I came in with a radio I ordered that didnt work, he automatically refunded me the money without asking or giving me a chance to get a replacement. I asked for a replacement, he told me he already refunded it to my credit card, so I either head to wait 3 to 5 days or pay for it again on the spot. Very incompetent for assuming I wanted money and not a functional radio

Generally Advanced at most locations has exceptional service.This location is the exception, the people there dont care about helping and will give any excuse to be lazy.Two stars are for higher quality parts than most other companies, if the review was based on only service it would be one star.

Service is not the best part or the return policy. I purchased a new Autocraft U11 battery (store #06454) Elgin, IL, installed it, and the following week it was dead. I took the battery with the receipt to the store to recharge, exchange or get money back. The store has a policy to determine if the battery can be charged, which i agreed, then when it was determined it was an old battery from 2016 and it should have never been sold, this store tried to sell me another battery. This time i asked them to check the battery and the once on the shelf were all dead. The run around i got for a $30 dead battery, which they have an internal policy not to sell, was my problem and very hostile. No responsibility and some poor excuses such as, There is no store manger here to do a return you have to come back...People try to cheat us.. right!! It maybe a bad day, but a company with a slogan service is our best part should really look at that statement, or better consumers should be careful trusting...
