I had my wheel bearings replaced last saturday at Mike More Miles Elgin, they diagnosed/repaired the right issue with my car (wheel bearings). I brought my car in at 1pm on a Saturday and got the car back at 4pm on a Saturday. Really happy about the service as i needed my car back as soon as possible, they fixed it the same day despite it being the weekend and them closing soon. Appreciate it

Went in on Wednesday to have my car checked out after noticing some changes in the way my car was running. Jesus took care of me promptly and was clear and concise every step of the way. I felt very taken care of and definitely will return.

Josh is very good at his job, and makes things very clear for you and is very professional and honest. Was referred from discount tire to have an alignment done, took less than an hour. Also the price was great. The only reason for one star off is a couple of the values on the alignment report show they are off, but all the others are fine (car drives pretty much fine now, but sometimes pulls to the left a little bit when getting up to speed). And the first time I took my car in, the mechanic got the interior full of black stains so if you have a light interior beware lol.

Had the car checked out due to a noise that I could not figure out so I brought it to Mike more miles and they told me it was my brakes and rotors in the front. I went ahead and changed front and back brakes and rotors and the noise is still there and they charge you $30 to diagnose your car. Hesitant to get it checked out again by them.

These guys do really know how to take care of people, so generous, and great at explaining what work needs to be done. I was almost finessed by Midas im shelling out more money to do an oil change (new oil pan, motor wash, and possibly a new gasket). This is my second time being here and they explained everything to me; what I needed to service, honest truth into what work they would be doing to my car, and good recommendations to fix my issues.I most likely wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you for working on my car!

Honest mechanics and great prices. We took our car to the dealer and they were charging us a fortune and said we needed new brakes. We took our car here and they showed us the problem, we payed $200 less then the dealer and they said out brakes were fine, we had just gotten them done about 5 months ago.

I love this team! I went in with an engine issue. I had taken my car to a different mechanic about 6 months ago, and I had my fuel injection system replaced. Apparently, the mechanic was working a little too quickly on my car, and did not install the system properly, and he broke something. The Mikes team saw the problem, reinstalled the injector, replaced a broken piece from the mistake, and did not charge me one cent! I was there at least 45 minutes! This is a very wonderful team, and I cant say enough about their professionalism and grace! I will always, from now on, take my cars only to Mike More Miles! Thank you, again!!

Was referred to them by Discount tires. They were supposed to replace studs and lugnuts. Didnt have parts upon arrival. So I went and purchased my own parts for them. They misplaced one of my studs. I gotta fix my car myself.

Great speedy service at a fair price!

Never got to leave a review after a few visits.At first i enjoyed the first visits for some tire work, alignment work and last visit was a little less than a year ago for tire change. My last visit i had them replace 4 tires with tire i purchased on my own,. As always they were friendly and got me in quick. Took quite to get the wheels off and tires swapped but i was expecting that. The problem was after the work was completed. My TPMS hasnt worked since, and then a few weeks later the front two tires started losing air. Every morning they were as flat as can be. After 3 days of that happening i took them off and went to a local tire repair shop thinking it could be something in the tires i couldnt see. It ended up being the tires werent propely sealed on to the wheel. Which i have never had happen before. I had my last two cars tires changed at thsi location. The worst part was when we took the tires off and found that the TPMS sensors were completely missing. I never bothered to go back since i knew i had 1 bad sensor and was planning on replacing them all and figured another must have gone bad. (my dash showed two tires bad not 4) those two front tires did NOT have the sensors put back on. Not sure what happened there. Still waiting to hear back from them......ONE YEAR LATER.

I really dont recommend this shop. They are rude and do unsafe work. Came in for a brake inspection a week ago thinking Id just need to replace pads and maybe rotors, but turns out a caliper was seized. No big deal, but I didnt have the money for all of the work that was needed to be done right then and there. The manager was quite rude and was trying to bully me into something I couldnt afford that day, claiming it was impossible to get the caliper back on the assembly (Its possible, and mechanic did it in a heartbeat). A man needs to gather funds sometimes so I needed time. I eventually convinced them to let me take the car home, and they wouldnt give me the work order so I would know exactly what was wrong. Basically the man tried to bully me into somehow gathering $1,500 and then called me a broke ass and treated me poorly after I flat-out said it was impossible and Im not giving them any money right then and there. Once I finally got my parts in order I took my car somewhere else (not going to go back somewhere I get treated like that) only to find that when the mechanic from Mike put my caliper back on the car after my brake inspection, he put my caliper on so my brake line was kinked. Thats insanely dangerous people, do not trust these guys with your vehicles. Stuff like that can kill you. Just stay way the hell away from here.
