I had a great experience with Aaliyah (who was working on 5/14/21 at closing time) I came in a few minutes before closing, even though I was pushy at first, she maintained a calm composure and willingly helped me.Again, sorry I came in 10 minutes before closing, but thank you for letting me get my items.

Love going here! Clean store, always organized. Lately the employees have been very attentive and helpful. I only buy select items, maybe if i was a type of salon owner/professional i would give 5 stars, (4 only because i dont use majority-to-all the products, only select items). (Anothers comment about employee dresscode; I understand the cold months of winter, but i do agree that employee attire should be sharper-than-casual, or to your best. So far, attire hasnt been an issue for me.)

Store wasnt busy and it took us forever to check out. The store itself is in good conditioon and clean, organized. The service just isnt great and theyre not dressed nice. I feel like if youre working in a store front you shouldnt be wearing a hoodie. Ive never normally had a problem here, but the newest employees arent very friendly nor are they very helpful. My moms purchase was $7 away from a free tote and she didnt even mention it, we had to ask. So then we had to sit through 2 refunds to put our purchases together to get the free tote.... just kind of frustrating.

They usually always have everything in stock. Very clean store and staff has always been friendly.

I die my hair a lot and going to Sallys saves me money ! Theyve also got the best colors Ive ever seen,and I dont die as often as I would with box color .
