I saw a vehicle listed for sale on an aggregate website, and decided to get in contact with the dealership. I talked to Ken for most of my interactions with them, and he was kind and to the point, which I highly appreciate. After some back and forth, the vehicle ended up needing more service than was initially anticipated, but they made sure to do everything before I arrived. I was frustrated at first, because they were saying they had a lot of interest in the vehicle but that I couldnt come test drive it yet because it was in their shop. Looking back, I wouldve done the same thing, as they wanted to make sure it was in perfect shape so I wouldnt waste my time.My only complaint is that the vehicle, while in fantastic shape mechanically with a very nice and clean interior, ended up being too rusty to be worth the trouble. I wouldve appreciated having that information prior to coming out there, but the vehicle I was looking at rusts in a very specific and particular way, and it was a trade in, so I do not blame them for not realizing which critical areas needed to be checked.Overall, even though I didnt end up purchasing a vehicle from them, they were an absolute breeze to work with. Its a nice, clean store, and the atmosphere there is very low pressure. I want to especially thank Ken and his manager whos name I unfortunately have forgotten, as they were totally up front and honest with me, and seemed like they genuinely cared about my experience with the test drive and the condition of the vehicle. When I let Ken know I would not be purchasing the vehicle in question, instead of not responding he reached back out to let me know it was not a problem. I hope this dealership gets a good example of the car Im looking for, as I would love to purchase from them. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience buying our Cadillac from them.Just some constructive criticism, in the future I would highly recommend not bashing another company or trying to get us to do something we repeatedly told you we didn’t want. We were trying to be as transparent as possible. I understand it is a competitive job, but we left the day we test drove the car because the aggressiveness put a bad taste in our mouth.Shelby was so sweet and we absolutely loved the car after she showed us all the bells and whistles. We purchased a great 2012 Honda Fit Sport on a budget. Ken and team were very friendly, low-pressure and efficient with our first-time car purchase. The owner said hello, which was nice, as he reassured us we were in good hands with Ken. It was good to see the team wearing masks during COVID-19. And in a world of growing, mega-giant vehicles, it was good to be able to find an efficient, well-maintained, easy-to-park car for the city. We should note, the cars name is now Spritle (Speed Racers younger brother; friend of Chim-Chim the chimpanzee).

My wife and i bought a new explorer here. One of the best car buying experiences Ive had. We drove past up several dealers to get to here cause we didnt feel confident with there product. Shelby was excited to see us, she didnt push and worked to get us the absolute best deal I am sure. They were quick with everything as far as working on a semi restricted time line. Everyone was kind and polite and thanked us for being there. After working with a more local ford dealer I did not have high expectations for Ford, we have not had the car long enough to tell but i can say for certain working with the people has definitely made me feel better about working with Ford.

After a long and extensive car search, and going around the world of what kind of car I wanted I still could not find something that fit me. I decided to give Ford a closer look and visited Hopkins Ford.I met Ken Witz, told him I had no idea what I wanted yet, or what would fit me. Ken was very helpful, asking me about my lifestyle and what I wanted my vehicle to do.After his queries he showed me the Ford Edge. We started out looking at one of the new base models he had on the lot. After seeing it, and the test drive I was like YES! But I wanted to try and get something with more bells and whistles, which the higher end Edge’s were a little out of my price range.So Ken went and showed me a gem they had tucked away in the lot...A used 2018 Edge SEL, almost fully loaded. He understood, got me the best offer sheet he could together and I went home to think.Obviously I decided to buy. He knows everything about these trucks and called me back to let me know a 2021 I may like was coming in soon. I went in to see the truck, and I mentioned I did not want to come in. Despite the cold weather, he stayed out with me, took his time to answer questions, and even lined up other trucks/trims I may be interested in. He explained the warranties, service, and timeline for ordering one I wanted. I would go out of my way to buy a car from Ken.

We are not strangers to Hopkins Ford, in fact we actually feel like family to them. When we go in they are smiling and saying Hi Ed and Marie, so good to see you. Yes, thats right, we are on first name basis with them. Jeff Hopkins has a great sense of humor which I love to tease him a lot! Jeff has always treated us by being honest and respectful. Our salesman for the last few deals has been Ken Witz. When I first met Ken I gave him a good run for his money. I was a pretty tough cookie and bossy besides. Ken always kept his composure and met our needs. We have been buying vehicles at the rate of about 1 every 3 years or so. We now just bought our new vehicle once again and it sure is a beauty. There are some very important factors when choosing a dealership to make your large purchase at. The most important being getting a fair deal. Theres no better feeling than walking out after your purchase and feeling totally satisfying. They have great service and customer service and thats also an important factor. We are now retired and our money means a whole lot more now that we are older. So, that should prove our testament of Hopkins because they have been our dealer since we were in our 50s all the way to our retirement.

Went it today looking for a car and Jack and Cesar were awesome. Great to talk with and even better to buy a car from. Leaving today confident that the car I bought is going to be awesome. Hopkins Ford is the way to go no doubt.

Was supposed to change my timing chain and tensioner on my truck. They used the old tensioner and when they started my truck the chain skipped and blew my engine. When I asked why they didnt change the tensioner like they said they were going to, they said because it didnt come in the kit they ordered. They still charged $11,000 for the rebuild of my engine even tho it was due to their negligence. I will never use this location again.To add after the shops response, they think things are OK because the 11k didnt come out of my pocket. If they are willing to screw my warranty company they are willing to screw all customers. The mechanic showed me that the tensioner was bad and yet that wasnt checked before putting it back on? That would be normal practice for replacing a chain to replace tensioner with it(or at the minimum inspect it). I also brought my truck in for a brake issue and that also wasnt even fixed. Would suggest never going here if you dont want to deal with a shop that doesnt take responsibility for their mistakes and doesnt do whats promised

They could not crunch the numbers for me,but I understand; dealerships are not in the business of taking a loss for the customers price. Overall, Hopkins is a Quality Dealership.We could not agree on what I could afford. I would definitely come back in the future.
