First place I went to try on dresses and I found my dress. Bill and Penny were absolutely amazing! Bill had pulled exactly what I was looking for and fell in love with the first dress I tried on! Thank you for making this such an amazing experience.

I’ve been to a lot of places and tried on a lot of different dresses! But I found my dress at couture! Penny was beyond amazing and patient with me! She made everything so easy and smooth! They have so many different designer dresses and all of them were stunning!! I fell in love with the second dress I tried on! Came back the next day and made the dress mine! I can’t say enough good things about this place!Penny asked me my budget and I found my dress wayyyyyyy under my budget!! I’ve been to a lot of places and tried on so many dresses!! Most places I went to either they weren’t flexible and just wanted to sell you a dress, or they were over priced! But couture has amazing dresses for amazing prices! And they’re all designer dresses!!!Even after getting my dress penny was so sweet and was helping me find a veil and shoes!My overall experience was just amazing! I can’t say less!

Penny is the absolute best - understood my style right away and helpfully suggested beautiful gowns within my budget. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a dress, and ended up purchasing a beautiful Mira Zwillinger gown at a fraction of the retail price - and every other dress was just as much of a steal! In all my hunting, I have yet to find a bridal salon with as many gorgeous dresses as Couture Bridal Outlet. Happy hunting!

I’m not one to engage in hyperbole, but there aren’t enough stars in the universe to appropriately rate this place. I spent months looking on sites like Still White and OnceWed trying to find the designer I loved but in a price range I could afford. It was basically impossible. Then, on a whim, I decided to make an appointment with Couture Bridal Outlet. Not ONLY did they HAVE my (actual…literal…exact…) dream dress in stock, but you could’ve knocked me over with a feather when I realized it was actually UNDER my budget. Honestly though, even if Couture Bridal hadn’t had that exact dress, I would have found something I loved there. Bill takes your whole wedding and vibe and “thing” into account when pulling dresses for you, well before you even arrive. I tried one other boutique (in MKE) before checking out CBO, and although they were lovely people, it was like they hadn’t listened to me *at all.* Bill, on the other hand, just GOT what I was going for. Not only that, but when you go there, you’re not dealing with the usual salesperson shtick. Penny (you’ll love Penny, too, she’s AMAZING!) and Bill aren’t there to sell you *a* dress — they’re there to sell you *YOUR* dress. I know that sounds like an ad, but in this case it’s legitimately accurate. I’ve been on MANY bridal appointments with friends, (because everyone I know got married within the same three years of one another for some reason?), and I’ve seen how (even the nicest!) salespeople are taught to operate. That’s just not how CBO works AT ALL. It’s a completely different experience from what you have in your head, truly. I felt like I was just hanging out with two very cool, hilarious and knowledgeable new friends and playing dress-up. If you’re struggling to find exactly what you’re looking for and don’t want to settle OR spend more than you can afford, THIS is where you need to go. Whatever your vision is, Penny and Bill are going to be able to make it happen. These people are absolute wizards. Stop playing on Pinterest and just visit their site and book an appointment. You will absolutely not regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Bill and Penny! Bill took his time on the phone to ask me about the styles I want and as soon as I walked in, they both took their time to understand my needs. I was coming from another appointment that wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t even close to the service I received with Bill. He had chosen a few dresses and the first one I tried on, I absolutely loved. It was the best experience ever and the questions that Bill asked really helped make the decision. It truly shows that they’re both very passionate about what they do and I wish I would have come here in the first place. I got a gown that was truly made for me and I cannot wait until my big day. A couple weeks ago I said Yes to the Dress at Couture Bridal Outlet! I wanted to thank Bill and Penny for helping me out in finding THE dress! We were meet at the front door, given a small tour and was asked questions based on what I had tried on before and what I wanted. I saw many many designer gowns. They had chosen a few dresses before I arrived. Bill told me to pick a few to try on. All the dresses were different but beautiful in their own way. I am very petite in size but they took their time to explain what was needed to be altered in order for me to visualize it. The questions Bill asked helped me think over on what I wanted and make a decision. Bill and Penny took the time to find dresses based on the style I was looking for. There is a dress for every bride and budget! I was able to take my dress, the veil and a hair piece all for the budget I had requested. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I went with my mom and we both were so pleased with our experience with owner, Bill and his assistant, Penny. Based on information I had given them before coming, they had dresses pulled for me when we arrived. I would’ve been happy leaving in the very first one. That’s how much they understood what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing the most beautiful Lazaro dress that would’ve been way above my budget had I purchased elsewhere. Every bride deserves a personalized experience like this and I will recommend Bill and Penny to everyone I know!

Having a place to view and purchase designer gowns is such a plus. We found several dresses for my DIL but then it was the one and so perfect. The shopping and process was amazing and the gowns were all so beautiful and in excellent condition that just needed normal alterations to fit her like a glove. I would recommend this option to anyone that is looking for amazing but also wants to save a bit. Dresses get used once, so this is a perfect solution for upcycling a designer garment for a dream wedding...whether large or micro. A must check-out shop!
