- Come here for my monthly bill and it is always the same amount, granted sometimes the bill goes up but I immediately call them and they bring my bill back to the same amount- There is also specials like buy 2 note 20 5g and add a line and get 1 note 20 5g for free- I would definitely reccomend going here

The staff was very friendly and nice so I will give them that but I have to admit, we stood and waited for 10 min before anyone even greeted us I understand if someone is busy but at least let us know you will be with us shortly. Three people were helping the same customer. The staff that was working that night were all very young which is fine like I said they were all very nice and friendly but they were pretty unprofessional, in the middle of the guy helping us out another staff member interrupted us to get his order from Dunkin’ Donuts. We got our new phones and were very pleased but I made it very clear that I need my pictures from my phone as I had important wedding stuff saved on there they assured me that it would take a day or two and my pictures would be on my new phone. 90% of my pictures never transferred over to my new phone which was extremely disappointing. We have been coming to this location consistently for the last 5 years and we’re just pretty dissatisfied with the service we received.

I came in with my mother in law to get our free T-Mobile Tuesday’s stuff that’s it. Instead I’m asked a lot questions about things I or my mother in law do not want or need. I understand these kids are sales people but please recognize when a customer does not want something. Continuing to ask us over and over only makes us want to leave. There really should be a system where we can pick up our free stuff without enteracting with sales people.

I cant suggest using this TMobile store for anything other than buying new phones. I have had issues here every time Ive tried to Jump upgrade and the staff doesnt care. They wont even call customer service to try to help. The majority of them tell lies to get rid of you if youre difficult. They will watch you do everything without flinching then take your money and ask for a 5 star review.Edit- They called me after this review but only to request a 5 star review of their service. This girl was the same one who tried to get me to pay half a grand to Jump when I owed nothing. When I refused to pay she went back to picking her giant nails. The audacity of this shop owner and their employees is astounding.

Had the best time recently getting my new iPhone 12 with my aunt who was the main holder!! All of them were so much fun, relatable and didn’t feel like I was getting sold anything! I was glad to take whatever they were selling to me! I personally had Julian, Kyle and Mary help me! I think the sale went to Julian because he rang me out but they all helped me so much! Julian was super nice to me I hope next time I get a phone or buy something from T-Mobile that he’s there so he can help me

Went there and the staff is somewhat unprofessional. I bought my phone from the South Elgin T-Mobile and Eric 9the manager) took care of me. My issue was somewhat complicated because I was trying to get HD on my hotspot and it wasnt working. What made the issue complex was the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint. I was ultimately told to call 611. Instead i went back to Eric and told him the problem. He explained the HD I paid for was just for my phone, no the hotspot. So I called Sprint and they credited me the charge for HD and cancelled it with no questions. The point is, the staff at this location should have known there is no HD on their hotspots.

Awesome staff, very friendly and always helpful. They always greet everyone as soon as they walk in, even when the store is packed and try to help you as quickly as possible. They answer your questions in detail, so you can understand all that is being done.The staff is very knowledgeable. They always make sure they let you know about any promotions they have going on, so you wont miss out. They try to make sure you are on the best plan possible for you and if your plan is outdated, they will suggest a newer plan to save you money. However, they do not try to push anything on you and are very professional. Ive been to multiple T-Mobile locations and this one is by far my favorite. Its not the nearest location to me but, its always worth the longer drive. Highly recommend this store!

I would share 0 if possible. My husband called the store to see what different colors they had for Samsung note 10. The rep said we only have silver but I can go to a different store to see if they have white to show you my husband assure her that he would like to see it but didnt really guarantee he would go with it since he would had to see the phones first. When we got to this store, she was rude and had a lot of attitude to start with. ABSOLITELY no customer service oriented at all!! Once my husband saw the white color phone he didnt like it. Well the rep was pretty upset and was trying to sell that phone to my husband any cost. My husband said that he didnt want this particular color. the manager came out and he was no help. He kept saying that they drove several miles blah blah blah like if he wanted us to pay for their gas. We ended walking away and not buying anything! This reps needs to be trained on how to deal with customer service 101..DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if youre looking for great customer service! NOT HERE!

Ive always been helped pretty well here. except today. i come in to get my screen protector replaced as apart of a lifetime warranty. EXCEPTION!!!!! the lady who took care of me when i got my new iphone didnt share the disclaimer that i needed the apple care insurance to get my protector replaced in store by t mobile. so i spent $65 on a protector and case when i couldve saved money on buying such products. also spent 45 min in store just waiting to be helped to be told i couldnt get my protector replaced. rididculous.

Avoid this store like the Plague!! Very deceitful and practice bait and switch!! They’re not corporate store, so I guess they feel they can do what they want without consequences!! My advice to anyone is to go to South Elgin store about 5 min drive on Randall Rd from this location!! I would post negative or no stars but was not able too!!

Went in last night to return my Note 7 for the emergency recall. Leaving for Texas, my grandfather is dying. I need replacement phone, they told us to come bring in the phone. Get there, told they wont take back without the box. I have had the phone for three weeks, I didnt keep the box! No where does it say bring in the box as well. I need a replacement because I will not be allowed to take this phone on the plane. My bf calls customer care, Mike the in-store sales rep. argues with customer care because they are telling him to give me a replacement phone. Mike was heartless, spiteful, and a all around horrible human being. Because he wasnt making commission he would not help me. I will travel and when I get back we most likely will cancel our business plan with five phone lines. I have never had such horrible customer service, or meet such a mean, horrible person. Disgusting, human, and disgusting place. Go to a different location, because the manager did nothing and watched/heard everything. They both should be fired, and would be if they worked where I do.

Sales Rep didnt really care about my bussiness. He didnt specify what would happen to my bill if I switched my plan and he also future dated it so I was not able to use my high speed data right away. I ended up calling customer service later that day and they fixed it.

Stopped by this location to get my mom a phone for Christmas. Was helped by Sam the manager. First of all he was texting on his personal phone the entire time he was helping me. Not even making eye contact. I was tempted to walk out but I was there and wanted to get my mom her new phone. He passes me on to a different employee. Long story short they wheeled me into some promotion where I needed up leaving with stuff I didnt need. After calling t mobile I found out that the employees of that location did not give me the full details of this promotion . So I went back the next day to return this stuff and got the worst attitude from the so called manager Sam. I wanted to exchange the phone so he sent me to the location in stremwood because he had no access to exchange devices. Worst manager Ive ever dealt with.

Horrible service when a sales person can take advantage of an elderly person. Told him lies when saying his bill would be cheaper and get a free tablet when it reality it was more a month, added a line, added a monthly fee for the so called tablet.... then when he tired to return it was told he couldnt return it couldnt help him out and told him more lies. Not recommending this location or sales people ever.

Be careful going to this tmobile store. Kyle is a liar and will take advantage if you dont pay attention. His exact words to my sister, your family has been with tmobile for 15 years, you have a $400 dollar credit and you can use it on anything in the store. I check my bill and there is all the stuff that was free, and im paying for it monthly. Definitely shouldve had something in writing but they shouldnt be telling people anything is free. My sister had to get in contact with Sarah at corporate to fix this mess because they kept lying to her at the store. This place is known for this, so dont go here.

Worst TMobile store. The worst customer service ever. They told me I was going to receive up to $650 for each line.. all lies... now I have a $907 collection bill with AT&T.. I never got the gift card they promised, I never got the memory card they promised me.. hell they never gave me any money for the 2 smartphones I traded in, all I got was a credit on my T-Mobile bill. I could of used the money to pay off part of the AT&T bill. I urge all T-Mobile users to go to a different store.

Yesterday I was welcomed and helped right away upon entering the store. I requested a new phone under warranty because mine has some issues. I was told I could get the phone the next day and Id get a text letting me know it was there. I was in and out fairly quickly. I got a text today and it told me the phone was at the South Elgin location, which I avoid at all costs because of an overly interested employee (Alexander). I checked the Elgin store in case and I had to go to the South Elgin location and deal with the same creep as last time. Alexander from the other store told me this was done intentionally because the employees at the Elgin location are lazy and they dont want to work. I never got my new phone and I do not plan on going back to the South Elgin location, EVER.
