Terrible customer service! Ordered from edible arrangements and they delivered the basket yesterday during a blizzard... Nobody answered the door because it was late but neither I or the recipient was contacted and both phone numbers were provided. Instead of taking the basket back to the shop, they left the basket sitting there while it was snowing and freezing outside. Basket was not edible by the time the recipient got it. Sat outside overnight, delivery driver left it there, careless as can be. When I called to get a refund or a redelivery, they claimed it was not their fault and I should be thankful that they even delivered in the snow.. also was told that the recipient should just be happy that she got something, even though it was not even edible. Ridiculous!

If I could rate this place zero stars to leave a review.l Would! My son, a sailor in Ca, attempted to send my Mother’s Day day gift using this location & they left it at the wrong house, took a pic of the front door and declared it delivered! I called and received the worse cust service ever!!! The person on the phone was just rude, refused to apologize for not delivering my gift on MD, told me the next avail delivery first was 2 days from today, which I told him was unacceptable, than offered to deliver it tomorrow (tues) MD was Sunday. He couldn’t understand my concern of leaving food on the porch for the raccoons, skunks or possoms and took no responsibility for first of all leaving a perishable gift on someone else doorstep with totally different address and second of all debating with a customer about whether they received a gift because it was status delivered as of I would lie to my son about receiving it . Slow delivery is one thing- NON delivery of a gift purchased for delivery on an occasion is unacceptable & a refusal to simply apologize & blame the customer for not getting a pckg delivered to the wrong address is disrespectful. For the record, I requested that you not make another attempt to redeliver anything to my door, Kindly return his money the service as well as the delivery was unsuccessful.

Im very disappointed in THIS LOCATION(Edibles Arrangement) and only this location, because Ive had a way better experience with the one in Bartlett (5 Stars) AnyWho, My Husband ordered a Special platter for me for my Birthday and to no avail WE were very disappointed... To sum it up they left my order outside for a hour in the hot Sun and it was melted and destroyed and the fruit was not freshly made... You can see the brownish in the fruit.. NEVER AGAIN

🛑 Stop! Do not use this location!!! They make deliveries super late in the day. Placed order day before and still delivered at 330pm. The person left for the day before it was delivered!

Order was delivered literally 45muns ago. Cookies were stale, strawberries were not fresh..they were frozen and old. The cheesecake was so dry that is crumbled as soon as I stuck a fork in it. Very disappointing, and when I called the store the young lady that answered the phone was rude.

Ordered some cookies for a sick granddaughter. They were awesome! Delivered on time, tasted great. Brightened up the families day! Nice job to everyone there!

I ordered chocolate covered fruit and it was delivered to my partner. He loved the surprise and he loved the fruit. I loved the fruit too. I give the arrangement 5 stars. My four stars are because the message card wasnt separate from the shipping card. I called to check the status for my order and the lady who answered was really friendly and attentive. Thank you.

I have just recently sent my daughter a box of your chocolate dipped strawberries for her birthday. She reported back to me that they were the BEST she has ever tasted and couldnt stop eating them! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Thank you for making her birthday special.

Fresh delicious fruits. Was gifted a fruit basket for my birthday that was very fresh and nicely prepared. They also have a walk in store that sells small cups of plain or chocolate covered fruits. The chocolate covered fruits were the best I have ever had and were very reasonably priced.

It took more than 6 hrs for a delivery? What was the point of charging $9.99 delivery fee? By the time the order arrived the person wasnt there anymore. Ridiculously bad and unsatisfactory service... very disappointing

**DO NOT SHOP AT THE ELGIN LOCATION *I was visiting the location to order but when I visited, at least 2 coworkers had NO mask on. I was skeptical on continuing to shop with them because of the COVID19. I advise that NOBODY shops at this location until management fix this!

Its a great novelty idea, but you could buy some fruit and dip it in chocolate. Its an arbitrary opinion.

Where do I start from? mmm...last year I ordered from here a nice little $100 bouquet for my wifes birthday, they said they were too busy that theyll have to delivered 2 days after I ordered,OK I just cancelled that one, today I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries, a balloon and a little bear for my wife delivered to her job, and just the strawberries got delivered, fruit was OK, people is nice a courteous but the service is just a mess, definitely wont order from here no more, definitely It didnt worth it $100 to look plain and simple at the end. They just made it look cheap like a $1 granola bar. Sorry, I had big expectations from this place.
