Am glad Erick and his team came as usual to do our routine service when they discovered that a part of our upstairs unit that prevents carbon monoxide was leaking. We were having guests come for the weekend and would be staying upstairs. Crystal Heating And Air came out the next day and replaced the unit. we really are so pleased it was discovered before our guests came. They also put in an air scrubber attachment to both of our units and we are breathing better.

Our heat went out on Wednesday night and I called Crystal Heating And Air the next morning. They quickly sent a technician to our home to inspect our system and as we feared we were in need of a new AC unit. He answered all the questions we had and explained the many different problems with our current unit. The crew came out the next day and installed the unit and so far, we are loving it. This is the HVAC and contracting company I have ever dealt with. Weve used them for our new house and old house and theyve always done great work. They have always come out promptly and did a great job each time. They have serviced our HVAC unit, replaced our AC motor, replaced our water heater and changed out the gas piping so it was to code before we sold our house, they even ran a new gas line for us in our new home. Theyre very honest and the guys they send out are great! I wouldnt ever use anyone else.
