Joe Garge Door was a great, When I call on Saturday, He said he can come over on Monday at 8:00 A.M. He was well knowledgeable, Showed me what was wrong with my door and helped my wife & I pick out a new door. He thought it would take about two weeks to get the door I ordered, but called me two days later that he had gotten the door, and installed the very next Monday. We were very impressed with the work and how fast, but great job that he had done. Would recommend to anyone.

J&E was very easy to deal with in large part because they follow through on their promises. I originally bought a garage door opener and installation from Home Depot. A week later I still hadnt heard from the installer and after five calls to the store I gave up and got a refund.I called J&E on a Saturday and talked to Jorge who promised to come to my house on Monday to determine what we needed. He was right on time. We agreed on an opener and he again promised to get back to me the next day to let me know when he could get it and install it. Again, he was right on time and said he could do it later that day. Again, right on time. Work was done quickly and expertly.Had Home Depot actually followed through I might have saved a few dollars but they didnt and who knows what kind of problems they might have caused. Jorge and J&E did what they said they would do at a fair price. A very happy customer.
