I realized that they started changing their prices dramatically. the young girls who used to work there were always so kind and knew how to proportion the food. now they took the prices off from their cups and most products there. they give less product and charge more?? this place needs serious fixing!

Horrible experience, honestly the old lady should be fired. I’ve found bugs in my food and when i complained she didn’t want to give me a refund. so i didn’t get any food and i didn’t get my money back. when i asked to speak to a manager she said she didn’t have the number to contact him. I also noticed that every time i would go she would call someone else to take my order, i don’t know if it was because i was dark toned or if she had another reason. always stared at me weirdly. Never came back to this place. disgusting ! hope they fix their problems and start reading their reviews to change their business

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Came here a few weeks ago and a old lady took my order and I have to say I don’t know how she got the job in the first place to be honest and why she hasn’t been fired. She was extremely rude and had an attitude. I had been told that she is like that and it wasn’t just one day. Super disappointed.

New ownership is very friendly. You can see an improvement in quality.

This place is very much hypocritical and overall a very bad place to go for ice cream. The managers there treat their employees horribly from when I’ve been there, they barely give them breaks or any benefits at all. Maybe that’s why they’re always hiring, not because of the need but the managements fault. Don’t support these kind of people.

I went to get a cup of mango like I always do, the same lady that always helps me was there, she gave me an icecream cup instead so I told her oh no, I wanted the cup of mango like always she goes well I already made so idk what you want so I told her the cup of fresh mango, she continued to say that she couldnt give me that because had already made the other one, I asked to speak to the manager and she told me to come back after 7pm... She took my money and didnt give me anything.. Im extremely shocked given that she always helped me and I literally go there like 3 days a week. Go to a different one, this lady lost her mind!

The older lady is rude and condescending, I tried to explain what I wanted but she cut me off, next thing you know shes handing me the wrong thing. When I told her that was wrong she said well I already made it, so here I tried to reason with her but she just laughed!! Horrible experience 😪

I used to go to this location almost 3 to 4 times a week, the older lady has been helping me out everytime but lately she has been extremely rude like I’m bothering her for coming in to order stuff, save yourself the bad experience and just go to a different location, she even said “just come later at 7pm if you want someone different” horrible!!
