Everything we ordered was so delicious. The kids love being able to see all the choices they have for ice-cream and Popsicles. I highly recommend going here. The staff are super nice too.

Everything is delicious. Just the staff is very rude it looks like they don’t like working there at all they get mad at you for just giving them your order and give you the worst attitude. If you don’t like attending customers then this is not the job for you lady’s.

I always enjoy family places some times its a little pricey, but its worth it. There may be some things that you may not like, but there is big menu to choose from. there is a good thing, after you spend $30 you get anything for free from the spinning wheel.

Ice cream was very delicious

Delicious food, friendly service, nice and clean, restrooms for customers . Waiting period to get attended Id say like 20-25 min when its busy.

Ice cream, popsicles & food are really good the only problem in this palateria is the customer service, very rude people, they always messed up my order, is frustrating.

This place is one of my favorites that it hurts that the staff is not friendly, they even seem to dislike their job I used to buy a lot here but with the tract that they gave me I dont want to go back although everything they sell here is very good as I said It is one of my favorite places I hope that when I return 😃 they have new friendly staff because when the people are friendly that favors the place and also the owners so please look for friendly people who are friendly with people 😃😃🙋

Very disappointed, arrived at 9:05 and per the website open until 10:00pm. We had a group of 10 and the lady at the door pretty much closed the door on my husbands face. Hours should be reflected on website. Bad customer service to have door shut in face, trying to support our local business. Lost a faithful customer

Great place, never disappointed! Fresh fruit, yogurt, drinks, ice cream its all good! My favorite would have to be the cheese ice cream and fruit cups.The one downfall is everyone has to stand in one line on the ice cream side, even when your not ordering ice cream, it has not always been like this, I hope it changes

Pretty good here. Its a traditional Mexican ice cream place. It sells mostly ice cream but has plenty of other things on their menus also. So if you like elotes and freshly squeezes waters and the works come down here and youll be pleasantly surprised.

Out of the 4 Ive been too this was the best one. They always have the things I request. Never have I ran into the problem of them running out of something. They could do a better Job on Cleaning the tables and sweeping but other than that its great.

So today I had an unfortunate experience with my payment method, I dont like carrying cash so I wasnt able to complete my purchase. It took a while (about an hour!) for me to get my bank up and running for me to be able to complete my purchase.But throughout the time I was there the staff was not only patient but completely understanding of the situation at hand, one of them even offer to let me walk out and come back later. Obviously I didnt, but the gesture alone was enough to hook me as returning costumer. This is the third time Ive been yo this particular location and Ive seen the humbleness and care the staff have with costumers.Amazing customer service and they strive for making you feel at home!Great corn cups and fresh fruit beverages!

The ice cream is good but the prices are over rate it. And the waiting time is just to much 15 minutes to be serve thats if you get lucky. They need to hire more people so the line move fast

Extreme variety of ice cream! Very creative flavors. Good quality ice cream its just that it is a little on the expensive side. Staff is polite although I wouldnt say they are very friendly.

Best ice cream, drinks, and fruit specialist. Depends on location for sandwiches and lunch special. There are different Michoacanas and original stores. Overall good stuff including walking tacos, and energetic drinks plus fruits.

Great product. Prices are high. They are displayed so you know what what you are getting into. Service is not so good just need to step up the service game to be up to standards for the industry.

All water base products are delicious.You can see and taste all the fruit from drinks to icecream. Worth it.

I drive from Itasca once every couple of weeks. Yes its that good. Old fashioned creamy ice cream and a variety of flavors. Ive yet to try the other treats.

Only the best Mexican ice cream in town! They have a wide selection of ice cream and paletas and I have yet to try one I didnt like. In the Summer the lines are out the door but you wont regret it.

I cant eat ice cream from anywhere else. I dont speak Spanish very well so i cant always ask what it is Im eating, but Ive never been dissappointed. Even a random point and try seems like a good deal. Great date place.

My visit here today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had but was dirty in here and they charged me 17$ for 2 horchatas and 2 hot cheetos which the bag said they were 1$ will NEVER RETURN

I am here right now well before 10PM and they just refused to serve our family. I have a 2 year old crying for ice cream and the employee said no more people for the day for no other reason but they just want to be done for the day earlier. It makes no sense to advertise you are open until 10pm if you are going to waste peoples time. We drove out specially for this place! I have a crying toddler to deal with now and no ice cream. What ruthless employees! So unprofessional! PLEASE JUST UPDATE HOURS IF YOU DONT WANT TO KEEP THE PLACE OPEN.
