We have use MHW on several forklifts purchase and everyone of the units has been great shape . We had issue with one and it was address and resolve fast and we were 100% happy.

Purchased a used fork truck from these guys and after less than 10 hours on the machine, a bearing goes out. After calling their service manager, he informs me that i am past my 30 day warranty and I am on my own. All he would refer to is if you bought a used car and something went wrong after the warranty, what would they do. I said - any reasonable company would at least be willing to discuss the issue and try and meet in the middle. They wouldnt help at all. I wouldnt even buy a rolling ladder form these guys! Be careful, they will take advantage of you.

I have been parking here for a few months. They took a $25 deposit for the key (in case we lost it) and a deposit for one month rent. We have been calling Steve to get our deposit back and he refuses to give our deposit back. It has been over two months since we have parked there. Steve refuses to even talk to me. Everytime I call him, he hangs up on me. Do not do business with these unethical people.

We purchase a forklift and trusted them to place the right battery in the truck. Plate says the battery should weigh over 2000 pounds to 2500 max. The battery they gave use weighs 1700 pounds. This is criminal for sure. Someone could get injured if the lift tips over do to the lack of weight to counter balance the lift. On top of that the battery went bad and now we are left to pay another $6000 to get a replacement battery. About a month ago we just paid out over $4000 in repairs and rental fees to the rip off artist at Toyota in Elk Grove. Overall cost for this junk went from $9000 to $20000.
