Love the community. Great place to call home. Been here for 12 years and the manager Veronica is awesome. I highly recommend Old Oaks.

I have lived in the Old Oaks community for over twenty years. It is a very nice place to live. A quiet community with friendly neighbors. The manager Veronica and the rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Veronica really cares about the community and the residents. She and the rest of the staff are always there to answer any questions and help with any problems I have. They work very hard to keep Old Oaks looking its best and to keep the residents happy.

Veronica is a nice person very clean park

Outstanding manager & staff. They are always willing to help if you need assistance of some sort. If your going through a tough time they are understanding & try to direct you to places that can help you. She helped me get my house painted through Habitat. I have lived in the community for over 20yrs & you really see the difference in the community since our current Manager Veronica came here. The park is clean & no riff raff. If something happens its usually taken care of immediately. You see her out constantly planting, picking up trash & doing things around the community. The assistant Maria is always pleasant & smiling. Honestly I think the only people who dont like the staff are people who dont like to follow rules. I deduct one star because the roads need paving but they really do a great job all in all. I have recommended this place lots of times to friends & family.

They take advantage of a vulnerable population with unnecessary fees while they provide terrible living conditons. Expected to get your water shut off at least once a month without any compensation.

Management lies. Tell you you need to do this and then you do it and they say we never said that.
