Horrible Business! Wrongfully charges shipping charges. Ordered boxes. They shipped and charged me a inside delivery charge when I unloaded the boxes myself with my tow motor. $140+ charge.
Just got off the live chat with customer service rep Maricela. I was after purchase a shipment of commercial quality boxes and, since they are only a wholesaler, I asked for distribution partners to make the purchase and test the product. Instead of providing the Dist close to me, Maricela refused stating they wanted all my personal details so a sales rep could call me. I gave my name, location and email to send me the info and Maricela was rude and then closed the chat. Maricela needs some education in customer service and I for one wont be buying their product. Theres just no reason to rude and unprofessional, Maricela.
STAY FAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Possibly the worst company Ive ever done business with. Had an account created as a reseller, was giving them 5-1k orders consistency, they treated me like gold at first but when I decided not to pay their monthly fee and order their stuff a la carte they didnt like that and closed my selling account. Always questioned the validity of my business. To constantly on back-order, to hidden fees after orders are placed, to the management that wants to boss you around like youre scum. They are NOT a partner I would recommend any person get involved with
One of my least favorite places to deliver to. What’s the point of making appointments, they can never keep them. I wouldn’t care if I could wait in my truck. Nope you must wait in the lobby. There’s 5 chairs, and 8 drivers in here now. I’m pretty sure this is the last time I take a load delivering here. I’m not spending 3 hours here every time

They sent me an order that was going to another customer of theirs. I called let them know that they mistakenly sent me the order that was not mine and that somehow our order was bundled together with another customers order and we received both orders. They expected me to pay to ship the order that I was not to have received back to them. I said no they needed to pay to have that done. They canceled my account for their mistake. Just the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received.
Not bad have to wait inside to be loaded or unloaded. Comfortable furniture to set and wait waiting be loaded or unloaded. Staff is friendly and you get a dock when you get here.
You can park over nite here and you can wait in your truck..he did say come back in and wait but I looked at him and said really thats not safe so he said ok u r right check in with me like 30 minutes
Its a great job for a trucker. Great pay and benefits plus retirement options, sick pay and vacations. Dont pay attention to the one star reviews. This job is easy and laid back.
Not even close to the best company. While I worked there we had reports on alcohol consumption and drug use be ignore by Pat a lot. This company is a revolving door. Its normally a last ditch effort for people who need work, and cant pass a drug test. This place is unsafe and really needs a visit from OSHA. Never work here. Management is so bad somebody tried to light the building on fire! Look it up! This happened. Then they illegally handed our finger prints over to the police too. Complete violations of our rights. Never work here. You can always do better. Youre a much better person than you make your self out too be.

This company sucks. I got delivery for them for adress 2501 Galvin. At 3 pm I checked in, they told delivery not for this building, and I have to go to next door building (2601 Galvin) and it was wrong place again. They sent me to building across the street (2650 Galvin). Across the street they told me they are short with employees and I have to wait until 8.00 am and they allow me to park and sleep at their place. At 8.00am checked in again and they sent me back to 2501 Galvin where finally I was unloaded.
Not to sure why I have to sit inside while my truck is being offloaded. Last thing I want to do is sit more after driving for 10 hours.Off load was quick, less than 20 mins with full trailer.
Ridiculous that you cant even get pricing without opening an account. I understand not selling without an account. But such a waste of time to open an account if their pricing is terrible.
If you need packaging boxes in wholesale this is a great supplier, they also ship and deliver.
Minimum of 2 hours every delivery, 20skids or full, does not matter. Typically 3 hours and have forgot about my unload multiple times.
By app, came little earlier, was empty in 1 hour...thx!
Must to wait inside no matter drop or not !to be load and unload, truck drivers working hard, they are need it to sleep and get rest in the truck !!!
