We had an egg and cheese and avocado sandwich, and an egg and cheese and spinach sandwich. Both were tasty, the Egg was cooked correctly, the veggies were right, the English muffins were soft and warm and tasty like they should be, too. Very good.

Highly recommended! Its refreshing to have a healthy lunch option near by that actually taste good. The avocado toast is perfect.

This place warms my soul. Tea is serious business and these great people take it seriously. I was driving and was surprised by their new location on route 236 so I banged a u turn and got a Stay Well Steamer it has tea, ginger, cinnamon and frothed milk. So good. I will be back shortly for Christmas shopping. And maybe some things for myself. 😇
