I just had the most disturbing call there. I called to have them come and light pilot light and deliver fuel and she proceeded to tell me unless I was already a customer i could just forget it. Guess they dont need any more business

I agree 💯 percent with what everyone is saying, terrible customer service people here, go elsewhere. They argue with you and dont show up on time.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Jenkins. They have great customer service, were on time and were helpful when we had an issue with our furnace. Other companies have charged me multiple times for fixing one problem, but Jenkins came back a second time to get the job done right and only charged me for the one visit. Thanks for your honesty and help.

Outrageous service. Especially since we have been a customer since they formed the company fifteen years ago. We call for a delivery since we are out of oil and they insist that we have to pay a $125 extra delivery fee and they will only deliver 100 gallons. They said that we were late on our payment and would not do a delivery until the prior one was paid even though they did not even have the courtesy of a phone call. They have no heart, nor any business acumen to treat a long term customer who has bought thousands of gallons of heating oil from them. If this is the way they treat customers, they do not deserve your business.

Wow. The Jenkins receptionist just hung up on me after basically telling me to find another fuel provider! We had been loyal customers for years...sad.

STAY AWAY! After over 15 years as a customer with multiple residences they left us out in the COLD! Would not deliver in emergency, told us go to the gas station and buy diesel. Very rude over the phone! There are plenty of other choices out there.
