After getting in the driver threw line at 4:30 and waiting over an hour they have shut the drive threw down right when i got to the window MULTIPLE TIMES. None of the workers want to work and it shows. They will call me to tell me my prescription is ready, i’ll head there and they will be closed. Are they ever open anymore?? No one should have that to wait hours for their prescriptions and even worse they shouldn’t be closing earlier than their set hours. And let’s not mention the attitudes these people have, it’s disgusting.
I have been trying to purchase Pokemon cards for my children from this Walgreens for a year. I have even went and camped stocking days. After spending 6 hours the manager informed me that they do not put the Pokemon cards out because an employee buys them all to sell on ebay. (Scalping) I went back to check a year later because maybe they fired him, and not a single pack this week.
Sat in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. That doesnt bother me as much as them closing the drive thru (apparently) as I was pulling up to the window. Shade was drawn and there are no posted hours that are viewable as of 9.23.21.How much harder can they fail at providing mediocre customer service?
Picked up photos ordered online. No wait. Photos were high quality & beautiful. Prices are excellent for prints!
After spending 4 days at CHKD, I chose this Walgreens to have my sons prescription sent to because they have always been fast. The script was called in at 3:30PM and I got there at 6:30 to find out a doctor they didn’t recognize had called it in. I promptly corrected this by calling CHKD and didn’t the problem by 6:45. I went inside at 7:15 thinking this was enough time to CHANGE A LABEL on an already ready script. Nope. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT for me to get fed up and walk in. The text messaging service never sent me anything. I will never go to this place again in my life. All together it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to change the doctors name on the bottled up script while my son sat in agony in the parking lot. Pathetic!
Great sales, clear lay out and the staff doesnt seem to mind if you ask for help.
There has never been a time that I haven’t had issues with this place. I get hung up on, they are slower than molasses, and they never have anything in stock. I will never go to this store again.
This is the absolute worst pharmacy opened, drive thru is always closed knowing cases of COVID rising and they have the nerve to offer vaccine and you have currently 23 people waiting in line to get prescriptions needed,,, drive thru always closed for a least a month or two now,;, the staff of very rude, they are very slow here,;; I just can’t even believe they are still opened,,I highly recommend going to another pharmacy
Avoid the pharmacy at this location at all costs. The actual store is fine, but the pharmacy is horrible. They are constantly screwing up prescriptions, constantly making mistakes with insurance, and the techs/assistants who work there are extremely rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Furthermore, the pharmacist is just as incompetent and rude as the techs/assistants. They are disorganized and their customer service is abysmal. They have screwed up my insurance and my prescriptions on numerous occasions, and they have done the same with my husband on numerous occasions as well. We have decided to take our business elsewhere, and anyone else would be making a good decision to do the same. I have never had the problems at any other Walgreens pharmacy that I have had with this one, and neither has my husband. Walgreens needs to fire everyone in this pharmacy and start fresh.
The pharmacy associates at Walgreens are always so rude, they make me feel uncomfortable for just asking a question and having them do what they have been hired to. Not to mentioned over the phone service, they hang up before you even get to finish your thought...
Store opens at 8. I got there at 8:30 and put one item On the counter to buy. A young Indian lady employee ignores me for several minutes. Another guy wants to check out and walks to the photo section and asks if he can check out there. She shrugs her shoulders as if to say she doesn’t really care. The man then calls me over to get in front of him to check out. No hello, no thank you from the employee. While looking at their products some of their hair products looked like fungus was growing in it.
The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. If you want your prescription screwed up bring it to these people. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If corporate actually cared they would shut this pharmacy down and start over. They only got one star because there is nothing lower.

Worst Walgreens in American is this place. Pharmacy needs training on human relations. I have never picked up the right prescription and billing is always off. Wait times are always 30 minutes plus. I will be using Amazon pharmacy from here on out!

Went there yesterday to get the flu shot ... thought i hit it just right being there was no line with one person checking out... when i got to the counter and requested a flu shot was told it would be at least 45 min wait because there was 1 person ahead of me.. 45 minute wait, really? How long of a wait if there is more than 1 person ahead of me? Maybe they should consider appointments for vaccinations?
Horrible customer service on the pharmacy side
The person who waited on me today in the pharmacy was very pleasant - which was refreshing, because that has not been the case at this store very often. I am glad to see their improved customer service in the pharmacy.
It would nice if you could find what you needed. It was a nice store it seemed to well stocked. Trying to find rubbing alcohol any where around here is impossible.
Worst store experience I’ve had in a while. The sloth from Zootopia moves faster than these employees! After waiting in line for an obnoxious amount of time,l another cashier came to help and helped THE PERSON BEHIND ME!!! Where do they teach proper customer service???! This store is horrible! Almost as bad as our Walmart haha

Pharmacy tests my nerves every time. Prescriptions take far too long, even simply refills. After waiting in a long line to get to the register they can never, ever find the filled prescription. The search goes through all the bins, through the shelves, through the boxes on the floor and in one case the pharmacist came out to tell me that they simply couldn’t find the package and I’d have to wait while they prepared it again. Best of all is the multiple refund checks that started arriving from Walgreens corporate because I was over charged at the register. Couldn’t stand it any longer and switched to Todd’s
Incompetent. gave me wrong dose of medication, took it back, and had me wait an hour to fix their mistake...
I have not had any issues here before. If the line is slow it is because there is a long line at the register. If it takes a while for my medicine to be done it is because they are very busy. I have been able to find anything I have wanted to buy in here that I know they have. Shelves are always stocked. Plenty of parking outside. They even have two Redbox machines outside. They are a FedEx location too so I have dropped off stuff from here. Also, I have ordered prints online and picked them up and they were ready. Absolutely no issues.
After reading these reviews I figured folks were just griping about little things and fussing but after a visit to get 4 prescriptions I was shocked to find the lower star reviews were accurate. The staff at the counter were rude and unhelpful especially the tall girl with braids.
In the past 2-3 years this place has gone so far downhill. A pharmacy is place you go to and get medications after many times a long road of doctors and surgeries. You should be treated kind and feel better when you leave there, not worse and aggravated. There have been multiple times of messing up medication orders. Finally a girl at the drive through laughing with a co worker says your card and license are in the bag. To get home after a long day with a 4 year old and find out it’s not. Then to call and they say we noticed right away and told the pharmacist. I said you could have called me and her comment to her co worker was “is he kidding me?” This place needs some serious help!
Good Walgreens. Decent selection and 8/10 for cleanliness. A pleasant associate helped me find what I needed. Photo and pharmacy open as well.
Im updating my review from 2 years ago as I noticed a lot of negative reviews when I did a Google search. Now, 2 years later, same review. I have always received friendly customer service. A month ago,nice the pharmacy didnt refill an order and didnt notify me, I complained to the manager and I felt he went out of his way to make it right and said he would brief all pharmacy staff to prevent what happened from happening again, Im not naive but I have no reason to not believe him. The store has always been clean, items are easy to locate, when we have possibility of hurricanes, snow, etc. they stock the needed supplies.
This is the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. Wait times are beyond ridiculous. Now don’t go thinking I’m just one of those sad ladies who likes to complain about everything. I’m talking about more than 24 hours to fill a prescription. Not pills, not anything that needs to be reviewed by a pharmacist… I’m talking about ointment that comes in a freaking box. These people have zero customer service and zero motivation to provide any type of customer service.
Nice staff slow service. Very few times my prescription was ready when they give me a time. Longest wait time on a drop off was 3 hours inside, and longest wait time in drive thru after scheduled pick up time was 1 1/2 hours.

Do not go to this pharmacy. My scripts were transmitted over by the urgent care. After waiting around for 1/2 hour we were told that processing couldn’t take place until the next day, “there wasn’t enough time”. The next day i returned and they only “had” one script denied receiving the second script even though confirmation of two was made the night before. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
My experience has never been an issue, its a small store and a majority of their staff are in pharmacy. A little patience and understanding goes a long way. And you can see it in their faces that it really helps them, who knows how many customers they have dealt with that have been rude or impatient and ignorant. They know that everyones medication is important, dont believe what your doctor offices tells you that your medication will be done by the time you get there, its not, call ahead to check on the status. Also insurances are ridiculous with their policies, plus another reason a line may be long is that there are customers who dont have insurance so they have MULTIPLE cards that could give them a discount on their prescription, so those take time. If you have a problem, their managers are there to jump in and quickly help solve your problems. The photo lab has the best selections of photo gifts. If you dont see anyone up there then press the button for customer service, they will quickly get there to assist you. I do agree that they may need more staff members, but we dont know whats going on with Walgreens Corp, so kindness goes along way and they do appreciate it, plus they will remember you and make sure you are always assisted.
Pharmacy has no clue what they are doing. No communication with each other or customers. Three different trips for they same medicine that they still do not have. After being told come back tomorrow. Done!!
They are very very slow in filling meds. Not only are lines long, but they fill the wrong meds and seem to struggle getting the proper staff needed.
The absolutely worst Walgreens. My Dr. sends in five prescriptions and they recieved them all but only have three ready for pickup on the same day. Customer service at the pharmacy stated they needed to send insulin injection needles to tricare for approval and another item. They stated that I can buy the needles from them for $26 or wait a week for approval. This is an over the counter item. I went on Amazon for the third time dealing with them and purchase the needles (3, 100 count) for $11. Today I had to contact them for status and they didnt know what I was talking about. Incompetent!

The worst and most expensive pharmacy I have seen. $50 worth of medicine for $190. The call receptionist was rude and I will never go there again.I have never had someone hang the phone up when I was still being polite.
Ive always had a good experience, sometimes they take a long time (6 hours I waited for medication ) but other than that they are nice.
Do you like lines? Waiting forever to get your prescription? If so, then Walgreens has the best line simulator ride without the trip to Disney. Line wait time to drop off a Rx averages at 20 minutes. Picking one up can take over 40, and that is just to get up to the counter, not even including the time it takes to fill. Drive through or inside doesnt matter, wait time is always the same. Understaffing and unmotivated employees drives this ungodly wait time. If Tricare hadnt forced me to come here, I would run screaming. You should too.
Walgreens pharmacy is terrible waited in line 30 minutes for them to tell me to drive back around and get In line to wait longer because my prescription isn’t ready. Terrible just awful. Will change my pharmacy ASAP.

Crooked Crooks they charged me $30 for 20 300mg Gabapentin. when I can get a 120 300mg for $20 at wooders in Hertford I will NEVER GO THER FIRSTNOW I CALL AROUND!!! An beleve it or not WOODERS IS CHEAPER!!! I dont about you but I dont like to wast money!!!!!
The staff is very friendly. The pharmacy staff cant help the fact that health care and prescription insurance has changed. This is the main cause for long waits. Just be patient people. They are doing the best they can.
The ladies that work the makeup counter are beyond kind and helpful! Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Had my medicine fast
I have been getting the same two prescriptions for over three years with wall greens, and even after I submit refills, They are either always delayed or not finished even after I get the notification that the ready. I will not spend another dollar with Walgreens, hello Todd’s

The ship to store service is horrible. My order was delivered and 3 days later I still hadnt recieved a pick up notification. So, I went to go pick it up and my order had been sitting in their mailbox for 3 days.
