This rack room shoes is one of the better ones..well stocked and plenty kids sizes..which was great after going to 6 shoe stores before them and no small kids shoe or very limited..keep up the good work

No matter how many times I go they never have my sizes. This particular visit I did find 1 pair of Crocs. Not really the style I wanted but hey. Of course the difference maker will always be ordering online. Now that the world is opening back up, why on Earth cant sizes be located inside the stores. Not happy at all with this...Oh by the 13 medium is the unicorn of sizes for me.

I love this store. Its nice and clean. Well organized so that you can find what your looking for. The foot measure is located on the floor in plan sight. Customer service was great! The prices are fabulous.

Disaster. We picked 3 pair of shoes. 2 pair of Birkenstock at $99 and one pair or sale shoes at around $35. The clerk charged us 2×99+half of the sale shoes. We left without the shoes and will probably never return.

Great customer service and a wonderful selection of shoes

There were two of the nicest guys I’ve ever met in my life working in that store today! One guy was named Ryan the other gentleman I didn’t catch his name. Both were incredibly helpful. They said welcome when we walked in the door, both asked if we needed any help and when we did need help it was no problem at all they were more than glad to help! Checking out was wonderful they even came and took my shoes before we were done shopping because they knew we weren’t done looking around!!! I can’t compliment these guys enough really excellent job on customer service.

I have used this deal more than once. They also constantly give discounts which helps bring the price down even farther. The staff here has always been nice and helpful, offering to order shoes for me or show me a pair or two that they think would look good on me. Very easy to get along with. You dont have to wait long to be offered assistance.

Expensive, seen the same shoes at shoe Department for about $15 dollars less. The buy one get second 50% off is not really a good deal when prices are jacked up like that.
