Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable. 4 stars for the staff and options they did have. They didnt carry most of what we were looking for but the store is organized and we looked at shingles, siding, flooring, and backsplash tile, etc.

My builder used them so I went in to pick. They didnt seem to care but I assumed they were my only option. After moving in, we wanted to add a backsplash and cabinet trim. I paid for the backsplash sampler but after waiting 3 weeks for an estimate on install. I decided to try Earth Stone. I had a quote from Earth Stone in less than 8 hours after measuring. I went with Earth Stone and if Kemperville ever contacts me with the estimate I requested in April, Ill send them the photos from of the completed project. I guess they have enough business they didnt need mine.

The ladies there were very helpful and not judgemental of those learning about remodeling projects. They were very patient and considerate; even though, we are doing the entire process backwards!!! A remodel is a terribly expensive and time consuming process, and they are very understanding of this fact!

Very expensive go to Builders discount down the street you will get a better price if you need a kitchen definitely don’t go here go to Noble brothers in Edenton some of the staff at Kempsville is friendly but the managers are awful very greedy CM will rob you blind

All your building needs

Wouldnt recommend this place. Over priced and the staff has no clue what theyre doing. I specifically called and asked for a vinyl corner 3.5 inches or 4 inches and we and was told they carried them in stock. Turns out according to someone else that they only carry 3.25 or 5.5. Which is funny because the one they sold me is only 3 inches. Obviously my fault for not double checking before I let me guy cut it. But damn you work there you have a computer you should know what you have in stock. I spend thousands of dollars a month at Lowes and Home Depot every month. Guess kempsville wont be getting that business.
