Mill End Carpet installed a new floor in our kitchen, dining room, and a small hall way! The floor looks amazing! The men who installed the floor were hard workers & stayed focused throughout the day.I worked with Tracy I’m the showroom. She was extremely helpful. We had a busy summer, so we were unsure when we would be ready for the install. Tracy stayed in contact with us and put us on the schedule when we were about 2 weeks out from being ready to have it installed. She assured us that if we needed to change the date all we needed to do was call.There was some water damage to kitchen floor, they were also able to repair that without trouble!We are return customers to Mill End Carpet and will return to Mill End for all our flooring needs!If you need any flooring or tile work, contact Mill End! Very very poor customer service. 14 months ago I had my entire upstairs carpet replaced and downstairs flooring. The carpet was installed by laying down 1/2 of the room and then splicing the other half of the room together. Flash forward 14 months and the carpet is buckling across the entire room along this seem. Made numerous phone calls and left a few messages and never received a call back. 3 weeks after the first call I finally got in touch with the manager. He was very matter of fact stating they can only stand behind their install for 12 months... we are at month 14 right now. Thanks for the service mill end, so after spending 7 thousand dollars with you, you refuse to do nothing about the carpet you installed improperly. DO NOT USE THEM.
