I had 4 tires replaced on my 2016 Silverado. When I picked the truck up, the TPMS was not functioning. A technician attempted to reset the TPMS sensors in the wheels. 1 of 4 would not reset and function. Duane my service advisor has ordered a new sensor and I am awaiting for it to arrive and be installed.Update: my TPMS sensor was replaced today and my TPMS is working properly. Thank you Duane!

We werent sure when we got there if we would leave with a vehicle or not. But with Jimmies help we were able to purchase a new Equinox. He worked really hard to get us enough in discounts to make it affordable for us. We took up a lot of his time, but he never seemed to mind. He was our salesperson when we bought our last vehicle 10 years ago and we know hes who we call when we are looking for a new vehicle.

I had an 8am appointment the only guy and lady in the receiving department was the only two that spoke the rest of the staff walked by me and another person several times and never acknowledged us walking around without a mask on inside the building. My experience is with the service department. I took my 2016 Impala in for an AC unit replacement. The AC was fixed; however, the interior on the side panels next to the wind shield was dirty and the interior of the car was dirty with finger smudge marks everywhere. Also, when I turned the radio on the station had been changed to a country music station and the volume was BLASTING!!!!! My car is not there for you to listen to your music. Use your phone and wear ear buds. If my speakers are blown, this dealership WILL pay for brand new speakers. In addition, it apparently took 2 days for the guy to be able to get my car dash back together and the driver side panel next to the wind shield was not secured and had a gap at the top. I drove back to the dealership and ooops, it does need a clip. WHY DID YOU RETURN THE CAR THEN!???!?!?!?!? I also took pictures for proof.

I have a pace car that just turned off for some reason while driving it. I brought it to a neighbor service station and after paying them over $300 I got stuck again in about a half hour after leaving there shop and they were no help as I pleaded with the owner and he never called me back to see how I was making out . I had the car towed to Performance CHEVROLET in Elizabeth City and they diagnosed it and told me the problem, Which was no way related to what the other place had changed. They ordered the part and it now works great . Never again will I go anywhere else if I have a problem. This review is strictly for the most recent service appointment.)My car was super clean when it was taken in for oil change and maintenance. My wife took it in. When i checked over the vehicle that evening, i was disturbed to find oily black finger prints all over. I should have taken pictures. I feel better care should have been taken. The least they could have done was wipe or wash the spots off. The rest of the service experience was satisfactory. Prompt service allowed for my wife to be in and out within one hour. Would have given 5 stars if not for the above concern. Sales team gets 5 stars! Overall, we are very happy to recommend this dealership.

Terrible experience! If you buy from here make sure you bring your lawyer with you to protect yourself from promises they cant keep. They sold me a fully loaded vehicle that wasnt fully loaded, when I brought this to their attention they tried to get me in a different vehicle but I was going to have to carry over negative equity to the other vehicle from the fully loaded one I didnt receive. Dealership and managers wont make mistakes by their salesman right!!!

I have a 2012 Sonic, my brake sensor went on the blink last week. I was given such great recommendations for this dealership. Well, after they fixed my brake sensor, oil change, rotating tires. I then had a flat tire from a nail that I picked up on Friday, so on Sat. I had to make another trip. They plugged my tire. I can only say that this is THE BEST DEALERSHIP that I have dealt with in a long time. The people, Tiffany and Jeff { in the service area} were great. I was impressed by their courtesy, caring and genuine concern about my car. Thank You one and all. I will deal with them all the time, whenever I need them. I bought a vehicle in March from the Chevrolet dealership. Within a month the vehicle had a minor hole in the exhaust. My vehicle overused oil consumption and this led to a ticking in the motor. I went to have my vehicle serviced several times for a oil change and balance and rotation. The ticking noise was never addressed. Even my multi point inspections came back fine. Aside from all of this, my suspension randomly went out in the vehicle. My ABS system started to lock on the vehicle causing my brakes to become unable to function. I had to have my brakes and rotors replaced and then my steering wheel became hard to turn. I thought this was as minor as getting power steering fluid until I found out through Auto zone that my car was electrical and didnt take power steering fluid.I finally set a appointment with another mechanic to view my vehicle and two days before the appointment, my engine blew. My car was towed to Chevrolet, and they told me I needed a new engine. I asked several times if there were recalls on the vehicle. None of my caution lights came on at any point during my journey with the vehicle alerting me that the car needed oil or the engine needed to be maintenance. My advise is to look into the vehicle youre purchasing and request a Carfax the day you buy the vehicle if it is used. Bring someone with you who knows about vehicles and speak extensively with the salesman. I spent a lot of money on the vehicle because I bought it that day with cash. My money I saved went down the drain and thats hard to swallow when you have a family and other things to take care of. Once you see multiple issues wrong with the car, and youre in a situation I was in where you cant pay continuously to service your vehicle, call GM motors and speak with someone to help. Complain, complain, complain because there are laws that protect you. The service workers were nice. Everyone was courteous including the salesman but I was sold a helpless lemon without any help along the way.

Bought a brand new Chevy Traverse a year ago. Have had nothing but problems with the radio. Unfortunately ever time we have problems there are no appointments available so we can’t get it looked at. Finally everything went out completely and stayed out was told it was just an amp problem not even 5 days later speakers cutting in and out again. Earliest appointment 5 days later. System is not acting up so was told they probably can’t do anything to fix it or not. This is getting old and a continuous problem with no solution.
