Most of the time I run in and get what I need with out any problems. Have been given the wrong coils 2 times but never had problems switching them out. Friendly staff and good lay out of different products.

Id say I agree with a previous reviewer and say that unless you know your hardware, you are on your own when it comes to knowledge of the product. Customer service was fine, nothing over the top, kind of a New York type of attitude for the guys running the place. Good selection on liquids, prices are fine, however I will state that your price may differ from what they charge me, as it seems as if they set prices on the fly.

They have a wide selection of merchandise and most of it is quite affordable. The store is organized very well so that the vast selection of items and products wasn’t overwhelming. When we walked in we were greeted and soon asked if we needed help. They answered all the questions we had and were very personable. When we went there was only one other customer in the store so there wasn’t a line or anything like that. The transaction went smoothly and my fiancé said he will be returning. It was his idea to go and I wanted to tag along. It was a pleasant experience.

Were playing the waiting game. It is currently 9:23 am July 6th 2015 and while the sign reads open, and the posted hours say open @ 9am, it is anything but. Were starting with 4 stars.A potential customer just drove off, unable to purchase their products. 9:30am. Half a star deducted.940 am finally opened.My visit was overall pleasant. Great juice selection, reasonable prices. Hardware is iffy. Customer service was alright. Definitely more business minded than knowledgeable on the product. 3 stars is where I land.

Dude sold me an unregulated mod and told me it was regulated got back to the hotel researched the mod only to find it was an unregulated mech mod when I specifically asked several times if it was a regulated mod and was told yes. Then wouldnt refund my money tried to tell me I could do an exchange but Id have to pay more money. This guy is going to get someone hurt trying to sell stuff to people when he obviously doesnt care about safety and gives misinformation just to try to sell something. Id quit vaping before I bought anything else from this place wish I could give Zero stars.

E CITY VAPES: On March 2, 2015 @9:00 p.m I purchased a 20w E leaf istick from E City Vapes. The night of my purchase I was told that the item I bought came with a 30-day in store warranty and a additional 60-day manufacturers warranty. On March 14th @ 4:00p.m the fire button on my iStick stops working. I gather all components including receipt and return back to the store ready to activate my in-store warranty. The owner then begins to ask me 21 questions as if it was my fault the battery stopped working. He then precedes to package all components including recipient into the box and tells me he has to send my unit off to get fixed and it would be at least a month before I would get it back. A little confused at this point I asked him if he is going to write a letter of receival for the item I purchased. He says What, you dont trust me? I told him I did not feel comfortable giving him the merchandise and receipt leaving me we no way to prove my purchase. The owner then precedes to laugh in my face and walks into the back room. When he returns he has a blank sheet of paper and begins to call me over to him as if he was calling a dog. I then told him upfront and to the point that he was not going to be disrespectful to me in that way and that he needed to adjust his tone with me. After making sure he understood that he was not going to talk to me that way, I tell him that he lied about his 30-day in store warranty. That in store is right now and I could do the same return he was going to do but save gas not riding to his store to do it. After a few more exchanged words, I have had enough and decided to return the item myself. DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment unless you like being waited on by a unpatriotic disrespectful and overall rude staff. I will never buy from E CITY VAPES again.
