One of the springs on my garage door broke. I called that day and they came out the very next morning. They give you an estimate before they start the job. I thought the price was fair and the repair was quick. The repairman made sure the door opened and closed before he left and didnt leave a mess. I highly recommend.

I called to have a key pad installed on my garage door. They set up to come out that afternoon. Not only did he come out on time but installed it while he was here. Cant get better than that. Would recommend them and would be who I would call again.

SPENT $2300 WITH THESE PEOPLE. CALLED TO TELL THEM DOOR WILL NOT SHUT THEY SAID GET DOWN AND ADJUST THE SENSORS SAID THEY GET THOUSANDS OF SENSOR CALLS I SAID I DID STILL WONT SHUT. I HOPED THEY WOULD SAY WHEN CAN WE LOOK AT IT BUT NO THEY SAID THAT LIGHTING COULD HAVE HIT IT AND BURNT OUT MY NEW CADILLAC LIFTMASTER CONTROL BOARD IF SO BAD LUCK. WHAT A BUSINESS. INSTALL WAS GOOD BUT YOUR ON YOUR OWN AFTER THAT.OH I ALMOST FORGOT I SOLD A LIFTMASTER TO A NEIGHBOR FOR THEM.YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD WANT GOOD WORD OF MOUTH GUESS NOT.

We were extremely pleased with NGD. They provided a same-day assessment of our garage and an cost estimate the next day. They were able to schedule us 2 days after we called to get a new garage door. Their team of two were professional, courteous and did excellent work. They did removal and breakdown/disposal of the old door, installation of new woodwork to support the new door and installation of the new door. Things look beautiful and work great! The price was also better than any other company we spoke with in the area.
